Wow, what a gorgeous shoe. It fits true to size and is very comfortable by ordinary shoe standards. The description says that it has a "lightly padded insole", but I would describe the insole as sturdy. The shoe has a very quality, solid feel. For people looking for the Vionic arch support, this shoe does not have the high arch support that most of their shoes have. It's above average in comfort, but may not be enough if you have plantar fasciitis.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I have been searching the earth for a pair of stylish and comfortable mules to wear with jeans and skirts. When I saw these, I thought my dream shoes had been created. A company I liked a lot, Vionic, and an iconic shoe style, the mule, had been born. So, here's where the love went wrong. The shoes arrived. I ripped open the box, to find an enormous set of tassels staring at me. Really enormous, eye-catching, patent leather tassels became the focus of my attention. It will be the focus of your attention, too. So, because I value comfort over anything, and, I am tired of ordering expensive shoes that are lovely but feel like I am wearing soul-less, painful blocks of wood, I am going to keep these for a short while, and see if I can find something to put in place of the TASSELS. Like a big puffy thing. Or, maybe I can wear them ironically. So, with all that, the shoes are comfy. The tassels are big and unsightly. I purchased the US 5, I wear a 5.5, and they fit my skinny little feet perfectly. There is some arch support, but not like some of my other Vionics. I would say these are short on the arch support.

Gorgeous shoe, but my feet are on the wide side and a 9 just felt too small. My heel was right on the edge of the shoe, and as I walked, I had to fight to keep it in the shoe. Because Zappos makes it so easy to return products, I'm trying again with a 9.5. We shall see, because I normally wear a 8.5-9. It might be too big in the end, but I just have to try because I love this shoe style!

CUTEST EVER BUT DIDN'T SEEM TO WORK ON MY FOOT. SEEMED TO NARROW ACROSS THE AREA BEGINNING WITH MY TOES. THEREFORE THE FOOT COULDN'T SLIDE DOWN INTO THE SHOE. HOWEVER, PLENTY OF ROOM AT THE END WOULD LEAD ME TO THINK A HALF SIZE LARGER WOULDN'T WORK.

I own other Vionics with great arch support. This one was nonexistent. I returned the shoes.

I loved these shoes, so cute and stylish. I wore them maybe 6 in the month that I had them. I noticed after the first time that the insole felt like it wrinkled somewhat during wear in the toe box. Didn’t think much of it until every time I wore them it just got worse. The last time I wore them with the insoles “intact” I had to remove them several times to try to flatten them out, which we all know doesn’t really work. The final straw - wearing them and the insole in the front came completely out, later in the day the mate joined it. Then I had to walk around with my shoes sticking to the toe boxes, to what I presume the insoles should have been sticking to. So very disappointed with these Vionics! I don’t mind paying this kind of money for good shoes but these were ridiculous. Major quality issues on this one and I don’t think I’m the first. So thankful for Zappos customer service! Top notch and this is why I’ll always be a loyal Zappos first customer. Thanks Zappos!

I love these shoes! The are comfortable, stylish, and the color is great. They are different so you don't see them everywhere - unless your friends ask you where you got them :)

I got these mules in silver, size 9 (my usual size in Vionic). First, let me agree with other reviewers that they do not have the level of arch support typical for Vionic, the tassels are very large, and they gap on the sides. However, I like these shoes! They are fun and comfortable, just what I hoped for. The tassels are a bit prominent (and my dog is obsessed with them), but they take the conservative loafer up a notch to stylish!

I love Vionic and own many pairs in many different styles. I so wanted to love these but they were too wide and the side panels gapped/flexed outward in a strange way. So I'm sending them back. The tassels ARE quite large and the color is a little too orange for my taste. The suede is nice quality and they felt like they would be OK for support.

I loved these online and thought they would be a win from vionic as flats with good arch support. However when I tried it on, the shoe was so unstructured in the mid-front that it didn’t seem to matter it had the awesome classic vionic suport. There was very little holding my foot upright and therefore was likely to be just as uncomfortable after a while as any other flat.

I never wear these as I have terrible blisters on the tops of my feet. Great support, but not sure how to fix the inside as there is a seam that irritates the skin on the top of your toes.

These do fit true to size. and they are comfortable. But they are very masculine. The tassels are too big and out of proportion.

I almost didn't purchase these after reading a few of the reviews,, but overall I'm pleased with the shoes. There is nothing too large about the tassels. There wasn't much arch support or padding at all (despite the claim that there was), but the shoe is comfortable and cute. I'm happy with them.

Cute shoes but didn't have the usual Vionic arch support and comfort like most of their shoes. I found them to be a little smaller than usual size.

The toe box is very stiff. These are such cute shoes I wanted to love them, but they aren't comfortable.
