I have these in three colors. Very nice looking comfortable pump. I have a high instep and high arch so I needed to add a little insert at the ball of the foot to keep my heel from slipping out.

Fabulous. Got it in beigne,and it had stains on the top - had to return for a different pair.

I really love the style - my husband not so much - it was just big enough for my heel to come out of (don’t think heel pads would solve), but not big enough that sizing down seemed an option...

I was shipped the flat-heeled version of this shoe which I cannot wear due to bad arches. The box says "Hilly Su" but it looks like the "Flute" shoe also by Eileen Fisher. Regardless, the shoe is very snug (this is a 10 and I wear 10.5 but usually can wear a 10), the instep is low even for my flat feet but does have an elastic band which stretches. I would only reorder the correct shoe if it was available in a larger size.

I have these in all 3 colors. They are literally the only shoe I can wear all day long, walking on concrete, without any pain or discomfort. Amazing. I think it's the unique shape of the heel that makes this shoe so different than others.

i love these shoes - the style the fit the color wow all good the heel is easy to walk on & it looks very stylish - it also helps that they were on sale so the price was much more reasonable - they will be great for spring and summer - this brand makes a lot of beautiful shoes - this shoe also looks better in person - can't wait to wear them

These shoes are so beautiful and chic in person. The black suede looks and feels very expensive. My husband loves them on me, as well. They are very unique looking and pretty darn comfortable. Your toes may feel a little cramped due to the pointy toe and I was thinking if I should return for a bigger size. But my heel almost comes out a bit so it's best to stick with your original size. For some reason they feel more comfortable bare foot then with the knee hi's I tried them on with.

These are such a great looking shoe, love the style and the suede is soft. I wear a 9.5 in most shoes - and ordered that size first. The shoe was too short and the pointed toe area was too tight. I exchanged for the size 10 - which I walked out of. Was able to salvage with inserts that did a fairly good job.

Liked the shoe. Nice style & quality. Good mid-heel pump. Returned them because the heel slipped off. Not sure if they were too large or the heel wider than my foot.

This shoe is well-made, was very comfortable and great for bunions. They are a hip shoe that also happen to be comfortable. I'm returning because the 8.5 was a tad small. I'm going to try the 9 but I'm worried I'm going to be between sizes.

gorgeous but run very short, more than a size
