I wanted to love these boots. I thought it would be the perfect pairing of ugg comfort with a little more style with the added heel. But when I first put them on I was surprised to find that the warm inner lining was not continued around the foot... it’s only around the leg/shaft. The comfy “slipper” feeling of uggs are what keep me coming back, so this was a deal breaker for me. My feet felt cold (even with socks on). They looked ok but at that price I want some serious comfort too. These are sadly going back.

Ugg Kasen I am 5'9 & 130lbs and a true size 9. I Underpronate (supinate) severely on my right leg and pretty Neutral on my left. I run about 50-60 road miles per week with at least two 10 milers in each week. So you need to know i love comfy shoes and boots and i do not like to wear socks with my boots! I bought these in a size 9 and i am pretty sure they are true to size on me. However the black ones seemed more soft and comfortable at the toe box than the chestnut pair. Still like all Uggs they will stretch to fit. The sheepskin lining is only to the ankle but the sole is made of a very nice strong leather with a simple padding under it. For me, these were very comfortable. And easy to get into! I bought the both colors and i think im going to buy the short ones as well. I just love them! I have skinny legs and they fit my calves perfect (not tight and not loose with a gap). These are made for the taller folks. It hits right below my knees but above my calves. Perfect! The block heel is sturdy enough that I felt comfortable wearing these on a rain/sleet day here in Maryland. I guess you can fold them down too, if you like that look. But it will become a tight fit on your leg if you do that. IF YOU ARE TRUE TO YOUR SIZE and DON’T WEAR SOCKS then BUY YOUR SIZE. IF YOU WEAR SOCKS then SIZE UP. IF YOU ARE in the HALF SIZEs then SIZE UP. I just love love Love love these!!!!

The sheepskin lining is only to the ankle but the sole is made of a very nice strong leather with a simple padding under it. For me, these were very comfortable. And easy to get into! So I bought the other color as well. I have skinny legs and they fit my calves perfect (not tight and not loose with a no gap). These are made for the taller folks. Seriously UGG - A tall boot without a zipper??? I couldn't even get it on!! So sad because its a great looking boot. If you have extra narrow feet, low arches, and skinny calves, this boot is for you.
