Super cute and very comfortable. I have a formerly injured foot and very flat feet and these have pretty good arch support, don't squish your toes. Already have gotten alot of compliments!

Loved the look and feel of these, but the sizing is way off. I bought them to replace another pair of Born boots that are getting a little run down, ordering the same size I had before, and they are at least 1/2" to 3/4" shorter than my old ones!

I ordered 3 Born booties: Helka, Trinculo and Keefe. I ordered my regular size (38 or 8) and all fit very well. I love the height of the Helka--at 6" about an inch higher than the other two booties. These were a very attractive bootie, very light and understated. I would have loved to keep them but in the end decided to keep the Trinculo as they were more cushy and seemed to be of higher quality--I especially preferred the heavier sole on the Trinculo. The Helka were in between the more casual Trinculo and the dressier Keefe. These looked lovely on, so hard to send them back. Thanks Zappos for allowing me to try all three--it was a hard decision.

I really loved these, or rather, WANTED to love these because the style was so great: Shaft not too big, not too small. Perfect shaft height. And super soft soles that won't slip on ice and won't go CLOMP CLOMP around the lab as I work. Alas, the leather is terribly cheap! Looks cheap, feels cheap and the lack of stitching around the welt just adds to the cheap look. The footbeds in these are also sewn in, so I've got zero chance of getting my orthotics in these. A deal breaker for me :(

Love these boots and they are so comfortable. The first time I wore them was to a concert, and I did a lot of walking without any discomfort. They look equally great with jeans or a dress!

These boots are great. The brown leather is somewhat distressed but after a few good days of wear, isn’t really scratched up. Super comfortable!

Love double zippers for easy on and off. Comfy, love the look, nice leather, not stiff. If it came in wide I would have exchanged it for that , but it didn't.

A nice, basic ankle boot with excellent support and cushioning. I am a solid 7.5 but could barely fit my foot into this boot, order half size up.

These were just okay. They're cute enough, but nothing special. Comfort wise, the top of the shaft does hit the shin a bit when I walk. I'm afraid that might become bothersome or cause irritation after long periods. Not the arch support I've come to expect from Born.

I normally wear 39 but these boots were huge on me! I thought maybe I had ordered men’s boots on accident. Definitely order a size down. On a side note - Zappos, you sent me dirty, returned shoes. They were even faded a bit! DISAPPOINTING!!!

I was very disappointed to find this boot made of such poor quality leather. The leather is very thin with a poor finish--definitely not the quality I expect from Born. I sent it back because I am certain it would look terrible with just a few wearings. I hope this is not where Born is headed with their line of shoes/boots.
