OMG! Dansko has done it again. A comfortable shoe that's super stylish. I have plantar fasciitis and can stand for hours in these. Super cute with skinny jeans. Buy them!! You won't regret it! I want them in every color!

Like the style, but (unlike most Danskos) the sole is not very rigid so doesn't work for my hallux limitus condition. Plus they are very, very tight over the instep. A fine shoe, just not for my foot. Must return.

This shoe has beautiful clean lines and I liked the black suede but this in size 38 was a bit too roomy for my low volume foot and also lacks the fantastic arch support of Dansko Professionals. I could have made it work with inserts or a smaller size but decided to return and get the Spring Step KATRI-B (also in 38) instead.

So cute, comfy but my ankles are weak & my foot rolls easily, so I need to return for a shoe with a wider heel.

I liked the style and fit of this shoe but they were not the soft cushiony feel that my last pair of Danskos had.

I love the look of these shoes but didn't find the same quality that I'm used to with Dansko. They were a little narrow and there wasn't enough cushion, which is very unusual for this brand. Also, they have a very strong chemical smell that smelled exactly like Downey fabric softener. Ew. I sent them back.

After searching long and hard to find a pair of attractive boots for miles of city walking, I finally found these. I've worn Dansko clogs for years and these aren't them. These boots are MUCH MORE NARROW and form fitting, but with enough arch support to satisfy me. We'll see how they do on the DC streets next week. Given the time of year, I sprayed them with a nubuck sealant. Two coats of spray and they continue to look brand new. If they disappoint, I'll be back to amend my review, but I'm seriously hoping they take me where I want to go in comfort and style.

I struggled mightily with pulling the trigger on these boots, because I don't normally spend that much on shoes for myself. However, I was spending 12 days in Europe with my daughter in March, and I knew that I needed something stylish, warm, and comfortable because we'd be walking 8-10 miles each day. These boots are worth every penny! My feet were always comfortable, warm, and dry. (I did spray them with waterproofing before wearing.) The arch support is amazing. I love that I now have a pair of boots that I can wear for hours and hours without any discomfort and that can be dressed up or down. Fabulous boots!

I bought these to wear to work (I'm a bartender)--- so my concerns were that they be fairly waterproof, supportive, and not too slippery. They are really comfortable and support my high arches while I'm on my feet for long hours. My only warning is that if you have weak ankles you shouldn't buy this shoe---the heel is a bit narrower than it ought to be and I have rolled my ankle several different times already, so be careful! Other than that they are really comfy though.

I just love these shoes but I didn’t have to go from my normal 39 size to a 38. But I’m glad I did because they are super comfortable and I got tons of compliments on them. I wore them for a full 10 hour day and I was on my feet the whole time with no problems!

These boots are lightweight and feel like they are lifting your feet right off the ground! I wore Dansko clogs for years as a health care worker, and eventually had to stop because my ankle would roll over the heels. These boots have a professional style and offer great support. They are roomy without looking orthopedic per se - very happy plantar fasciitis and forefoot. Dansko quality too - so happy!

I have major feet trouble - can't have narrow toe, can't be any high heel, need arch support - and I find it so difficult to find any shoes that look presentable. These not only are cute and easy to match, but they are so comfortable. I have worn them every weekday for the past 3 months, and my feet don't get tired of them. I can speed walk in them. I can even dash to catch a bus. They are soft on the landing. Sooo happy with them.

The burnished brown is a lovely, versatile color with varied shadings that make it look great with everything. These feel like perfect shoes for traveling: comfortable, cute, and versatile. The thick sole and heel add height so you feel taller than in other walking shoes. The brass-colored aglet is a charming detail that adds a bit of class. The cushioned footbed and arch support quickly molds to your foot, but be aware of where the leather top hits on your ankle bone. You might want to plan to wear them around the house or on short jaunts until it softens up. (Don't worry; it will.) All in all, a quality shoe that I'm pleased to own.

Wow, these are great!! I've been trying to purchase these for a couple months since they've been out of stock, but they were worth the wait! Comfortable, true to size, cute, and the slight heel feels nice on my arches. Only drawback is the black nubuck shows every dust speck & scuff, but cleans easily. Would absolutely purchase again!

Cute and comfortable!

I first ordered these shoes in brown, and then decided I also needed to have them in black! I wear these with jeans and cords, though I’ve noted that some reviewers wear them with skirts, too. I find these shoes to provide a great balance of comfort (thanks to wonderful arch support), security (thanks to a pavement-hugging sole), and style (more precisely, a chukka boot style with a wee bit of heel lift). I probably have an average width foot with a small degree of “yoga toe” spread, and the toe box is perfectly comfortable. I also appreciate the fact that the lace-up feature of this style better accommodates a range of sock thicknesses than, say, a slip-on boot/shoe. I’ve not exposed either the brown or black pair to rain, so I can’t know for sure how the scotch guard stands up to water drops. My difficulty now is choosing which pair, the brown or the black, to take on a two week trip that will feature lots of walking and casual outings.

Love this shoe! I have plantar fasciitis and have a really hard time finding comfort. Usually if I find something reasonably comfortable, they are just plain ugly. These shoes are awesome. They cradle my bad heels like an egg. They look cute. They aren't completely flat, nor are they ridiculously high.

You can walk all day in these boots! The leather is beautiful and strong. Due to the front ties you can adjust these shoes to accommodate special shapes of the foot or size differences between feet. I am so happy with these shoes. I got them in brown and want to get black also!

I ordered the brown and am quite happy with the comfort and style. They are a great casual shoe and great for walking.

I love these shoes. I've had them for weeks but was afraid to wear them. The insole seemed a little hard but when I tried to add padding they got too tight. But the next size up did not feel right. I finally wore them outside today and I absolutely love them. My perfect fall/winter shoe over the past few years (I'm 64 with bad feet and knees) has been the Lynn flat, which has been discontinued (something that happens to me often) and this looked similar except for being more of a boot. But the sole is harder than the Lynn flat...so that had me worried - but it is not a problem at all in fact it feels very nicely supportive. The arch and heel of this shoe is fitting me like a glove - and, being a boot, it's more supportive to my ankles than the Lynn flat is. I wear a 9.5 - more towards a 10 than a 9 and I got the size 40. Yes, my toes are basically all the way to the end, but it's not uncomfortable. When they stretch out more, maybe I could wear thicker socks or add a foam insole for more cushion. I would say they run a little bit narrow. My foot is average to wide.

I love the fit and look of this shoe. Great look and good arch support. Very comfortable.

These Danskos are the most comfy shoes I have had in years! I have narrow heels, so the lace up feature makes them snug and supportive. The arch supports are just right. I bought the black ones, never wanted to take them off, so I ordered the brown ones too. Recently I traveled to UK and France and walked miles in these shoes. Thanks, Dansko, for my favorite shoes. If a third color comes available in this stylish shoe, will buy it too!
