These shoes are comfortable. The materials are soft both inside and out. The lining is especially soft and does not rub my bunion or little toes. The insole is removable and has nice arch support. My pair is a 9W and it feels true to size. The style is a bit dressy with a low heel and would be nice for work or going out after work. For me, personally, the toe is too pointed. My toes fit better in shoes with a square toe. With the somewhat pointed toe, the ball of my foot began to hurt after wearing them about half a day. Others might not have this problem. The heels are loose and would flop if it weren't for the cross strap. I personally don't care for the style. The shoes look rather matronly.

The heel is too wide and I walked out of them. I need a wide toe box, but not a wide heel. This happens with a lot of shoes unfortunately.

The color turned out to be just what I wanted, a dark taupe, although the color name suggested it might be slightly greenish. They seem to be well made and have a 'cushiony' feel to them. But, that said, I have not actually worn them yet. They will be used for special occasions where I can't wear my sneaker-type shoes. I am retired now, but they would be suitable for wearing to work in an office situation too, and for those who want to dress up a bit, but no longer feel comfortable wearing heels.

I found these shoes in black at my local shoe store when they were going out of business.,I liked them so much, I ordered them in the sage color. These are very comfortable. I wear a narrow width and these were true to size. The sage color is a medium tan and the toe box is a shade darker which looks great.

This is my second pair of Softwalk Chatsworth shoes I wear for work....I even bought a third pair when these wear out. I love the comfort and style and wear them with a skirt. I highly recommend this shoe and style..

Love these shoes. Plenty of room in the toe box and a narrow heal--a combination not easy to find. And they have an arch support. I wear them for dress and casual .

I usually wear narrow width and this shoe may be fine after wearing for awhile. It is tight at the insole. I'll know after several months. It will be a dressier shoe for occasional use.

Have not worn for any length of time as it has an offensive odor - kind of smells like an unkempt cattle barn. Currently housed in the basement, hoping the odor will dissipate so I can wear them.

It's a cute shoe, but runs about 1/2-size small and the back of the shoe is stiff and too tall. It is very uncomfortable around the heel. It was such a disappointment. I have other Softwalk shoes that I practically live in. Returning the two pairs I ordered.

Nice shoe..but I ordered a 9-1/2 M and my right toe was at the end of the shoe...the toe boxes were too snug and my ankles came rite out of the shoe! I didn't realize the mj strap is slanted and doesn't go straight over the shoe...it is up too high and needs to be closer to my ankle to support...sorry...thanks Zappos for great service~sorry shoe has to go back..

Cannot get rid of the terribly unpleasant odor coming from the shoes - no amount of airing seems to help.
