I work 12 hours a day 3 or 4 days a week on steel and concrete floors. Being in a clean room type of area calls for exactly this type of shoe. The cushion that I walk on is fantastic. It's only been 4 or 5 weeks so I am keeping track of how long that lasts when I walk around 6 miles a day. Being able to order a shoe with extra width for my feet to have the space they need is a first for me and I'm very happy. The shoe is made of a wonderful sturdy but soft leather and have no points where the shoe rubs uncomfortably. I bought a pair of Brooks last time and they blew apart in less than a year. I'll see how long these will last but, so far, I'm glad I found these. Game changing.

First time Hoka buyer and very impressed. High quality materials and just the right combination of cushion and support for my foot. I've got Morton's Neuroma and Metatarsalgia so finding a shoe that works for me is difficult to say the least. I've been in Brooks for years but their product line has no longer has the cushioning I require. My new Hoka's blow them away. I'm wearing the Bondi leather with my custom orthotics and it's working out great. The rocker sole keeps the pressure off my forefoot. I'm out walking two to three miles every day with no pain, a true miracle. Plus the leather is nice and warm for the winter months. I'm a total Hoka convert. BTW - I'm a woman's size 10.5 and I'm wearing the men's Bondi 9.5.

I'm a walker in my late70s in Minnesota. Since I walk year around I like these in the winter where a leather shoe is much warmer.

I don't buy any other shoe for work and I've been using this style for almost 5 years.

These are walking shoes that are very comfortable. I purchased them previously because of plantar fascia. By far, the most comfortable I've worn.

On my feet all day at work and like these.

I wear these everyday, I have rheumatic arthritis and these are a life saver for me to walk in.

On my feet a lot of the day for work and these Bondi Leather shoes are like a dream to walk on. Along with my Hoka running shoes I will only wear this brand of shoes From Now on until the End of Time!

Comfortable on concrete

I wear bondi leather running shoes as work shoes and my feet thank you and my knees and my back thank you.

I am on my feet 10 hours a day, these are like walking on air.

I am on my feet all day at work and subject my feet to concrete floors, metal grate stairs, loose debris and harsh chemicals in our work area. These shoes are so very comfortable, they fit well and provide an unusually great cushion, at the end of the day my feet are not swole or tired. I hope you design a tougher work shoe one the HOKA ONE ONE Platform, most work shoes are stiff and your feet have to form to the shoe but your shoes fit feet perfect Thank you

The Bondi L is great shoe, I have had them for 3 weeks and they are perfect.

I originally bought some Hoka walking shoes which I love. So I bought this second pair because I spend a lot of time on my feet in my shop. I had been ending my day with sore feet but not anymore. Since I got my new Hoka's, my feet have been very happy. And the leather uppers are easy to clean and keep looking good. Thanks Hoka, my feet are smiling at the end of the day.

When you are on your feet for 12 hours a day, your shoes make all the difference in your day! They can make you have a great shift or a lousy one! These shoes make me feel like I am walking on mattresses! Absolutely love them.

My husband works at a very busy travel center, clocking 15k to 20k steps in a shift. The anti slip leather Bondi shoes are just what the doctor ordered! Lite weight, comfortable way beyond any other shoe we have ever tried. These shoes have made a difference, thank you.

I am 79 years old and The very first time i put my sore feet in a HOKA shoe 2 years ago I could not believe a shoe could fill so good. I now have 3 pair and best of all is I can walk again without much pain. Thanks HOKA

I am on my feet for 12 hours a day. I have tried other and nothing compares to the comfort and no foot pain with the bondi leather shoes. My hope is that Hoka does not discontinue these shoes or change the color as they a perfect for my job.

I've tried many brands and this has by far been the most comfy shoe I've ever worn. Best part is , there's no break in required. Put them on, tie em up and go.

I am an executive chef on my feet at work . I never sit down. My HOKAS are the best shoe I have worn in the hospitality business in 30+ years. The shoes are not (to my knowledge) marketed as slip proof BUT they are. I can stop on a dime. The ONLY thing i wish is that You guys made this shoe with a flat top(at the toes) for easy cleaning. The stitching catches flour and everything else. None the less I will buy these shoes agai and again based on all day comfort and slip proof.

I need to buy these for my husband every year. He works hard and these shoes work hard with him! What a great match :)
