Cosy and waterproof for doggy walks and hill walking.

Hmm, will such cool styling ever come in the mens version I wonder. Awesome color schemes, eyelet-less lacing. Women got it nailed this one, so jelly!!

Great for my daily hikes in Tilden Park in Berkeley ( also love the name of these!) Recommend wearing these with thicker ankle socks for comfort and support. Bringing these with me this summer when I hike the Great Wall of China!

These boots are amazing! I'm always on my feet all day and the ortholite in these boots makes my feet very happy! Not bulky, super cute and stylish!

Love these boots! Stylish and comfortable. They are waterproof and offer some insulation. Not great for arch support but then neither are a lot of shoes - if you need extra arch support I recommend buying insoles. Low-top ankle that does offer a fair amount of ankle support as well. Good for casual wear or light walking/hiking. Not a true 'hiking' boot, though, so don't go trying to wear these out on the Appalachian Trail or anything like that! I'm confused by some of the previous reviews and saddened that apparently those reviewers were misinformed or didn't even ask, re: returns. I used to work for the company (haven't in about a year and a half) and the return policy didn't require that you have a receipt to return an item (however, without one you were only given store credit) and we didn't have a 60 day time limit on returns (there was NO time limit) however if they were very worn/used then obviously we wouldn't take them back because we can't resell used shoes (I used to always recommend to customers to walk with them around the store, in their house, indoors, etc) for a few days. This keeps the soles much more protected from getting worn and gives you a chance to feel the shoes, break them in a bit, and decide if they truly are right for you. If you buy them and get them muddy and the soles scraped up and then try to return them then yeah...you're out of luck.

These boots are warm and comfortable for walking around town in the winter, and where I live it snows quite a bit and it's often in the 20s (and sometimes well below that). With a pair of wool socks, I expect to be fine all winter with these. They do not offer a ton of support, so I don't recommend walking far in them. But it does mean that they are pretty lightweight.

Trs contente que ce modle soit encore sur le march! Cela fait plus de 6 ans que j'achte le mme modle. Ce sont les meilleures bottes pour affronter nos hivers qubcois (neige, pluie, glace). Modle parfait pour ajouter des crampons! Vous ne regretterai pas votre choix!

I bought these for a trip to high altitudes. I needed a waterproof boot. They come with two sets of laces -- one laced up and one laced only at the last set of holes. That was pretty confusing, and North Face customer service flat out told me they did not know why. I removed one set and it seems fine.

I use this everyday. I like the design but i think this is design for snow only?

Not good for walking long distances. After walking for a while very uncomfortable needs more support.

These felt so comfortable to start with but there is no arch support so feet killed after walking in them also the back heal rubs so I was always left with blisters. Such a shame as i really like them. After asking North Face what I can do I was told its passed 60 days so no return and they cant provide extra support ie insoles. Rubish.

These boots look great but both soles started separating after just a few casual outings and the sides of my rights boot ripped on the sides for no apparent reason right around there same time the soles stated coming apart. If I hadn't thrown out my receipt I would've returned them. Shame because I want to like them.
