They are very comfortable and nice looking. They fit 1/2 to a full size smaller than some other Sorels and are not rated as warm. In fact, we can't find a temperature rating for them. We're hoping they are warm enough for serious snow.

SUPER CUTE on, but ran at least one size small. I typically wear a 5.5 -6. I purchased a 6 and my barefooted toe was touching the front of the footbed/show. I re-ordered a 6.5 & 7. I'm sure one of those will work will socks!

Very happy with the these boots! I have tried several different types of Sorels (Caribou and Joan of Artic) and they were all too "clunky" for me (or just a little too much for the fairly mild winters we have here in DC (I were still living in Boston I may want a warmer boot but for my needs the Caribou slim is perfect - warm and easy to walk in. Shopping with Zappos made it easy to compare and decide what worked best for me. Love Zappos!!!

Loved the red color! But all of the Sorel boots I ordered ran very small on me. I need to size up at least a half size or whole size, apparently.

This boot felt very clunky and not at all stylish. I understand it is more about function (keeping you warm and dry), but I wanted something I could wear in bad weather and still look decent. The shape of the boot just above the foot is not at all tapered and there seemed to be a lot of material around the ankle. I do have thinner ankles and calves so perhaps that's the culprit. Anyway, it's a no for me...

Item was true to size and much narrower than typical Sorel - great for narrow women! Toe box was spot on. Leather seemed stiff and laces time consuming to get in/out. Seemed like a great durable shoe, but in the end wanted more flexibility and ease (think side zipper).

LOVE these boots. They were shorter than I expected but I wear them daily!

These boots are awesome! I ordered last minute before a European vacation....and I couldn't be happier. They kept my feet warm and dry in the snow. I wore them on a 7 1/2 mile toboggan run (the world's longest) where you use your feet for steering the braking. I can't even imagine how miserable it would have been with a non-functional boot! And then I walked 11 miles on city streets (in the rain) -- they were perfect. My daughter ordered the same boots, different color and loved them too. My husband has raved about his Sorel boots for a year, now I understand why! I'm usually an 8 1/2, but chose the 9 in these boots and they were perfect.

Love love this boot!! The grey is a cool updated look. Perfect shoe for snow days in the south. Like the minimal fur around top.

Got these for the Mrs. Very comfortable and excellent quality shoe for a cold and rainy day. Good to go to work in, but not meant to be worn all day long in an office environment. These are not steel toe/construction boots. The sizing is dead on perfect. They are comfortable, water repellent and the lining keeps your feet very warm and snug. Worth every penny spent on this pair!

I like these a lot. Obviously they are not heavy winter boots to be worn on an expedition, but they are warm enough for running errands in the snow and your feet won't roast if you are inside a while. I mostly bought these because they are slimmer than most Sorels and so they look fine worn with my work pants in snowy parking lots. I also don't look ridiculous if I do end up wearing them at work for a bit. They are also great for moderate activity outside like shoveling. Waterproof. Good grip. Really great every day boots. Only thing is the faux fur cuff on the black pair is a greyish color that almost looks a little dirty.

I love these boots! They are NOT designed for super cold weather or giant snowstorms. I needed something to wear through the slush and muck after a storm hits and the sidewalks are shoveled. These do the trick. I'm between an 8.5 and 9 - ordered the 9 and had plenty of room for thick socks. These, plus my Joan of the Arctic boots, get me through crazy New England winters.

I'm sad to return these boots, but the reasons way include the lack of arch support and the foot bed feels very thin; lacks the sturdiness I'd want in a winter boot. They receive high marks for style and durability of the design.

Overall these are nice boots for every day wear. They felt about a half size too small. The material at the top isn’t very fluffy but still looked okay. I ended up sending this item back because I was looking for something super warm for the snow and I wanted them to be a little bit taller. I ended up ordering the Sorel Joan of Arctic boots.

This boot is decently cute and comfortable. However, if you are looking for significant warmth - look elsewhere. Even with wool socks or layers of socks my toes are cold on a 30 degree day.

Ordered multiple pair of Sorel winter snow boots and these were my least favorite. As someone else mentioned, there is no weather rating, which was included in the other shoes I purchased. These just looked like a cheaper (though actually they are the same price) version of the Winter Carnival (those ended up being the pair I almost kept). I ordered an 8 based on reviews (normally a 7.5) and felt they fit well so would recommend ordering about 1/2 size larger than normal, but would honestly just recommend ordering a different pair of Sorel's. There a lot of nicer options.

So disappointed! I liked the style and need boots for messy winter weather. But these run really small. I consistently wear a 7 1/2, but these were ridiculously too small. Too bad since I bought them on cyber Monday sale and don’t want to pay full price for an exchange in a larger size.
