Great boots! I just wish they zipped all the way down so that they were easier to get on.

The boots fit well, but as another reviewer mentioned, they are very difficult to get on your feet. If you decide to buy these boots, I would suggest investing in a shoe horn to make them easier to put on. In fact, it was a while before I could get them off my feet without the help of my son. The leather is very thick and durable, but I would not consider them “weather” boots. They keep my feet dry, but not warm. If I’m caught in fresh snow I feel pretty stable, but not so much on icy/slippery walkways or wet floors. These boots may require a few visits to the shoe cobbler in their lifetime to maintain the sole/heels, but I’m confident I will have these boots for years to come. FYI- I’ve had these boots for 11 months now, so I speak from experience.

These are beautiful in grey but I'm uncertain about the fit. I ordered two different sizes and they feel similar. They clunk a little bit in the heel when walking and the toebox is just a bit narrow, and foot slides forward into it. Shaft fits very closely to calf. In one boot the top is too tight, in one size. Seems like a bad sewing job.

I love the look of these boots. Unfortunately I have a high instep and the zipper doesn't go down far enough for me to easily get them on and off. Otherwise I would have kept them. Bummer.

Beautiful boot! Very nice thick leather....BUT.....I could not get them (the left boot) to unzip so I could try them on. The zipper is a very strong, sturdy zipper and also very difficult to use. Without even trying them on, I had to return them.

Very very hard to put on. You’ll ruin the back of the boot just to get your foot in. These are going back.

The texture was not what I wanted. It is a pebbled feel, very soft, but I am looking for a smoother leather finish. Very nicely made, but not quite right for this shopper.

Although this is a good looking boot in the picture, I don't feel this is the boot I received. The boot is very large, tall and the calf width is very big. If you have average, or small calfs, this is not the boot for you. The material also felt very cheap. I love the Sorel brand so this boot was disappointing.

I should have followed the previous reviews before me, but my ankles are not broad so I thought I would give this a try. I liked the overall styling but it was so difficult to get my feet into the boots & then get them off! Returning them. Bad design.
