I need shoes comfortable enough for working long days on my feet and while these fit the bill, sizing is difficult. I've tried my normal size (right) and felt my foot completely slipping out of the shoe only remaining on because of the Mary Jane strap; I've tried a half size smaller with narrow width (left) because that's all that was in stock and while the length fit better, it simply felt a tad too snug along the sides. I am returning both and will try one final size: a half size smaller than I normally wear, medium width. I hope this helps someone else order the perfect size on the first try!

Awesome! These shoes are so comfortable. I’m on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day and find it hard to find stylish dress shoes without having to sacrifice comfort. My toes aren’t squished and the toe box has plenty of room. I’m very pleased with these shoes and my feet aren’t throbbing at the end of my shift. Would recommend these shoes to everyone :)

It took me 3 times to get the right size in this shoe. Now that I have it I love it. I normally wear a Clarks 8.5 but ended up needing a 7.5. I do not own any other shoes this size!!

I do believe these run larger than usual. I had to go down a full size for the right fit from my usual. They are comfy but they squeak when you are walking, maybe it will go away after they've been used more. They are very prude Maryjanes, for like older Sunday church wearing or office wear. They're cute and proper but not sexy.

Cute shoes and super comfortable right out of the box. I like their classic look with a skirt. I can see why airline workers wear them.... cute and you can wear them all day. The perfect heel size.

I bought these as an alternative to character shoes for a musical after a friend recommended. Stylewise, they are a bit conservative -- not the femme fatale vibe with these thick 2 inch heels, but OH SO STABLE to dance and run in, they feel like sneakers. And much much more durable and lasting materials for the price than a pair of 'dance' shoes. Sole has rubber but not too grippy for basic community theater musical dancing. I was able to spin and slide in these. The velcro strap makes them super easy for quick changes. Apparently these particular shoes are in high demand by airline attendants and I can see why. I have a wide foot and ordered a smidge large on these; I ended up adding a hiking footbed to make them absolutely stable for dancing and they were great for 10 performances plus rehearsals. I'm happy to have neutral character shoes/court shoes that won't peel or fall apart in three months.

Very comfortable, looks great, but a bit too narrow even though I am not a wide. If it came in a wide size, I think it would be perfect.

After trying about 5 pairs of dress shoes (all size 6.5W) that I wanted for a high school reunion, these literally fit the bill! They are so comfortable and are styled such that they can be worn with pants or dresses/skirts. They are not super fancy, but I prefer comfort and a universal style over splashy shoes. The heel height is just enough to make them dressy without hurting your feet. I highly recommend these shoes for women with short wide feet like mine!

The fit was perfect. The heel height was perfect for me and the leather is very nice and comfortable.

I work on my feet up to 10 hours some days in an airport and I can run around in these with no issue! No discomfort at the end of the day and they are very flattering with our uniform!

The fit is true to size. Comfortable to wear all day and did not fatigue my feet. Very stylish and sleek. I chose no arch support b/c I add my own and by doing so did not interfere with the strap across the top of my foot (meaning, the strap was not tighter).

I was a little unsure what size to get after reading reviews. A lot said size down. I went with my regular size, I didn’t size down, and they fit perfectly. They are cute and comfortable. Very happy with the purchase

These are, without a doubt, the most comfortable shoes I have EVER worn. They're also perfectly acceptable in almost all fashion situations (depending, I suppose, on your age, location, and average situation). 100% would wear these on a walking tour of a cobblestone city... with or without socks!

The first is perfect for me. Very comfortable! I like that the heel is rubber, makes it much quieter. Very popular with flight attendants, I wear mine 14 hours a day without changing into flats at work.

A bit frumpy looking but Soooooooo comfort. The ball of you foot is pain free forever. Actually can be worn with pants or skirts! Great when you must be on your feet a long time at work or sightseeing.

I need these shoes for a part-time job where I spend all of my time on my feet - overall the shoes are very comfortable and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I have had a tear in my left tendon that healed but required arch support even after 5 years of recovery. I needed a formal shoe for long days at work and occasional job interview. I was concerned about the heal and my super feet inserts. This shoe is really good. It surprised me . My feet loved them without complaining at all. The inserts are not removable entirely because they are glued. But I co UK ld still put my own inserts although I feel the does not really need them because the heal somehow gives a gradual lift...you don't really feel you are wearing a heal...

Fit perfect even with my bunion. Love them.

The strap position makes these a challenge to put on, take off. They just got my foot, no wiggle room and I get the feeling these would pinch after an hour. I have some success with Clarke but not these.

This is a very comfortable shoe for my narrow feet (I purchases a 10N). It has a reasonably high toe box, so that unlike most pumps, it doesn't hurt my big toe joints. It feels very stable to walk in and is a good-looking shoe.

Super comfortable and cute style to wear to work. I walk from a train station to my work, and these shoes make it easy. No more sore feet first thing in the morning!

Finally, finally, finally I found a shoe that fits and is comfortable. From the toe box to the heal (I have a bunion on one foot and narrow heals) these shoe fits. It’s a good looking shoe and the height of the heal is great. I am so happy to own this shoe.
