Only shoe I wear ...for the last decade.

This is the perfect shoe for me: I have a smaller and narrower than average foot for my height, as well as a high arch. I used Brooks shoes for over ten years, but I could tell an instant difference with the Wave Rider 22. Even more surprising, they wore more evenly than the Brooks shoes did, and uneven wear is a persistent problem for my stance type. I bought three more pairs just to be sure I would have them for many years to come! Please do not stop making this shoe!

Love the shoe. Feels great and inspires me to get moving. Addictive in the best way.

Oh I love these shoes. I keep buying them when you have a sale and bought two of these so I can have them for 'awhile'. :) I am a girl and bought the mens and I am actually happier w the mens. There is a little more room in the toe box and that helps stop me from getting a blister at the end of one of my toes. I have two different size feet (by 2 sizes) so to go any larger on the one really messes me up more on the other. And I have tried buying different sizes...sometimes it works but often the shoe for the smaller foot will feel too tight-and can actually be too tight-across the top of my foot. That door has nerve damage and a deformity. So...I just work w it. And run just fine w a deformed foot in a shoe 2 sizes too big.

This is a breat pair of shoes. If you run or workout these are a great choice.

Great product. Fits perfectly. I get 300 running miles out of mine. I'm on my third pair.

Wave rider is the best running shoes

This is my first time I try MIZUNO .. Great quality! Very comfortable

I have used Mizuno Wave Rider running shoes for a very long time and they have served me so well I cannot part with any of my retired models. The 22's are avove all the expectations running shoes can (or will) be for me today and in years to come!

A little cushier than the 20 edition, but excellent support and still light

This is probably my third or fourth pair of wave riders, and they just keep getting better. The toebox is nice and roomy, but the shoes don't slide around at all. The upper part of the shoe is also cushioned nicely which makes it almost difficult to over tighten the laces. Good amount of shock absorption, but the padding on the sole doesn't interfere with or change my gait at all. And the shoe feels quite light. Very satisfied with this product.

I am a mom and a cross country coach, so my shoes see a lot of miles on gravel roads pushing a jogger as well as some miles on trails and the track pacing my cross country athletes. These shoes are lightweight and have been great so far. I usually run in wave riders, but the shadows were a cheaper option so I decided to go with them. They give the right amount of support for my needs. I have not done a longer run than 6 miles yet, but I have no hesitation in attempting longer distances with these shoes.
