I have been bought several pairs of this shoe over the years because they are so comfortable. However, I notice that the size is no longer consistent. They used to run rather large and wide. The last two pairs I bought were half a size smaller and a width narrower than the first two pairs.

I have been wearing this shoe by Propet in all colors, leather and nubuck for many years. I recently purchased two pair, different colors, again. Propet has changed! I have to put them on with a shoehorn (never before!), and the soles are made of some type of vinyl. I can't wear them in low snow anymore because they slide (never before). The size and width are still true to size, but I will not be true to this style anymore from Propet. I am looking for other brands for better shoes.

Hmmmm...what to say about these shoes? They look fine, for this style of slide-on, not terribly stylish, but ok. The thing that bothers me about the shoes is the width. But only in the heel. The front of my 9W 2(E) shoes are perfect. But the heels are way way too wide. The shoes are completely slipping off my heels when I walk. I’ll need to buy some type of non-slip insert to hold them on. So I can’t recommend due to the strangely wide fit of the heels.

I love the Propet shoe. I bought 2 of them 20 years ago and they lasted a very long time (and I don’t wear many shoes so the ones I have I wear a lot!). I recently bought two more and I think I will get a third. The shoes are well-made and comfortable. I like to buy them through Zappos because they have excellent customer service. I had to exchange one of my proper shoes for a different size (because after 20 years, my feet have changed) and the person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the experience.

I was thrilled to find my size in this shoe on Zappos as the catelog company I usually bought these from never seemed to have my size in stock anymore. Boy was I disappointed when I got these and put them on. The sizing is way different than it has ever been before. I have wide feet and need box toe shoes for my 7Es. These USED to be great, perfect for work, and they used to have great Arch support but not anymore. The toes are much more narrow and Arch support is not as good as it used to be. So disappointed. I will have to go back to ordering a variety shoes to find a decent pair for my fat feet since my go to shoe is no longer...

love the shoe, I have 3 pair, however, could you make a little fancier looking shoe. Something that does not look like a work shoe. They simply are a comfortable shoe, but a blah looking shoe.

I love Propet shoe, especially these wash and ware ones! I have had a number of shoes exactly like the ones that I just bought. They are comfortable, easy to care for, and I can't say enough good things about them. I am diabetic and good fitting shoes are important to me, and Propet shoes like these are terrific.

I don't know why these shoes are never rated very high. I always have several pair on hand and since they added a new color (merlot) I thought I might try them. Great color and I even got some gloves to match. Granted they are not a fashion statement but are perfect to slip into when wearing jeans or slacks to do some errands. Great to slip on to take the dog for his/her nightly walk. The fit was perfect.

I have been ordering and wearing these for years. Yes, they're ugly, but I have WIDE feet and a bunion, and I can wear these standing all day at work with good arch support and no pain. [Sometimes I take out the insole and put in a softer memory foam insole.]

For some dumb reason, Propet makes women's shoes, including this one, with a bit of a rise in the heel rather than truly flat. I ordered the men's version and it fits me better and my foot sits well into the insole. If you wear a women's 9 wide or bigger you might give the men's version a try. The men's size is about 2 down, in other words I fit a men's 7 medium and might even fit a 7 wide. This is my second pair of the men's. I use them for gardening. My ratings are for the women's version that I returned. I had hoped they had stopped adding the heel rise, but no.

I always by size 10D shoes and many times, they are a little snug. These were huge on me! They did not taper towards heel and had no real shape to them. They are attractive, but all over (height, length, width) very big. At some point I might try the 10 regular when they are in stock.

I enjoy having slip-on shoes to wear around the house. These shoes are stylish and comfortable. I have been wearing these shoes for years and love them.

I looked everywhere for white Propet Slip ons but Zappos was the only site that offered them in my size. I live in Propet shoes for the last 10 years. They are the only shoe I know I don't have to " work in" before wearing. I love white for summer. I would have them in every color if I could.

squeaks when you walk on the hardwood floors or tile. have to return to bad because they were so comfortable. Had shoes like this before and no amount of walking outside got rid of the noise. Looking for shoes on vacation. Do not want to be walking through museums in Europe having everyone look at me.

I LOVE these shoes . I have a hard time finding shoes in both extra wide width and slip resistant for working in a restaurant . Great anti- slip soles and cleaning them is a breeze , just wipe them and go .

This shoe runs 1/2 size shorter than what I usually wear.

I wear a 10 1/2 W. These fit pretty good. The only complaint I have is that it's hard for me to shove my feet in without using a shoe horn since the back breaks down on the shoe without it. But the merlot color is beautiful.

going back to size 10. size 10.5 too long. Will try taking out insert to see if 10 will fit. I keep trying.

I ordered a 7W as that is what I have worn in previous Propet shoes. The toe box seemed short and was definitely too narrow. I did not order the next larger size as the heel was too wide. I walked out of it. Returned the shoe.

I have bought this same shoe over and over for years. If you have very wide but short feet or bunions this is one of the few models that fits me correctly and it may be just the shoe for you. There are no seams that hit the bunion. The shoe fits orthotics. I can't reach my feet so the slip-on feature is optimal for me. It's a very nice useable walking shoe - especially for a slip-on. It is very soft and wearable right out of the box. If Propet is listening, there are some that I think they could do better. One is to make the sole out of material that doesn't wear as much (need to replace the shoes every 2 years because of wear on the soles - as the tread goes, the shoes get slippery). The shoes could add more arch support - there are very wide few shoes with excellent arch support so this is an opportunity. I wish they made more colors in the widest width. But overall I think this is one great shoe.

The removable insole meant I can use my enhanced arch support insole, and the shoe fits perfect. Comfortable right away, I love them.

This is the 3rd pair of these shoes i have ordered. I wear them so often! I have both knees replaced and they provide the support and "spring-e-ness" that i need in my daily life. I love them!

I have bought these same shoes for 20 years! I love them. They aren't very attractive but they are my go to walking shoes.

I was in need of shoes to travel in (long walks, easy to slip off/on at airport)...you get the idea. I tried black and pewter. I have narrow feet and I buy medium width shoes with removable inserts so I can replace the original with Superfeet (I highly recommend these inserts for folks with high arches--say goodbye to planters fasciitis). This combo is my goto solution for footwear. The black "leather" pair fit a little snug on my right toe, whereas the pewter "suede" fit perfectly. There is excellent support. My ankle doesn't slip out and there's enough give in the shoe to be very comfortable. They remind me of Merrel Mocs but a little more stylish.

felt great right out of the box, love the no laces, makes it easier to get ready.
