Great shoe... but ... on the picture it’s blue and red, while in reality they are blue and pink... not really a good color for boys. I wish it was red ...

This is a GREAT compromise for a winter boot so far in Colorado. Last year, I bought expensive winter boots and my 10-year-old son just wasn't into wearing them (changing in and out or wearing them all day at school). This year, I decided to try to find a good hiker that might cover the bases -- this seems to be it. He loves them. His feet don't seem to be getting saturated-wet in the snow (and he's been IN the snow). It's only November, but I'm happy with this purchase thus far! Thanks to the reviewers who cautioned about the size -- I got about a half-size up and it was a good idea. The velro closures make it easy to tighten up if they err on the roomy side.

Love these Keens on my 7 y/o. They look great and he loves wearing them. No laces to bother with is an extra bonus! December in Chicago and he is getting lots of wear out of them already.

Really great boots for all weather, they are perfect for NY winters and my 9 year is happy to not have to change from snow boots to sneakers after our walk to school. Love them

The shoe arrived labeled a different size than ordered. I had my son try them on and they had enough space for him to grow into them for the rest of winter. He likes them and keep his feet warm (he bikes to school). They have excellent grip for walking on ice and snow. They have held up for the last month, waterproof and keeping his feet warm.

Very comfortable shoes for my 9 years son, they are warm, easy to pull on and he is happy to run in them all around

These shoes are awesome. So handsomely styled and the vibrant pops of color make them fun looking too. Time will tell but they seem very well crafted and sturdy enough to hold up under the abuse my 7 yr old guy can offer. Easy to wipe clean. Easy to put on and take off. He loves them, that's a win in my book. A little pricey perhaps but they seem to be worth the cost.

These are great looking shoes. However my son has a wider foot and they just weren’t quite wide enough for him. They are a big rigid at first but I had him wear them around the house to see if they wouldn’t become more comfortable, and after 30 minutes or so he said they didn’t feel as tight around his ankle. Definitely provide a good snug fit and would likely work as hiking boots quite well. We are going to be returning them bc, for the price, it’s not worth it for us being that they’re not super comfortable for him.

My 5 yo son LOVES these shoes. He can easily get them on and off on his own and they look very nice. I love that they are waterproof. We live in Michigan so we get lots of wet weather. Having an alternative shoe to winter boots that can keep his feet dry is exactly what we needed. We will be able to use these for winter shoes so he doesn’t have to wear winter boots everyday and then hiking shoes in spring and summer!

My original order was a size 1, which was too small, so I exchanged it for a 2, which was perfect. Therefore, this shoe felt a full size smaller. My son loves this shoe, he says it's comfortable and easy to put on. I love the shoe because of how well it's made and it looks stylish. He hasn't worn it in the rain, so we don't know how well it will keep his feet dry, but other than that, we recommend this shoe.

My son loves these! He wanted waterproof boot like shoes he could play outside in for the winter. So far so good in our WI November.
