Bought these for my dad who has swelling in his feet from edema. These are very soft and comfortable, and they do no squeeze his calves or feet at all. Great buy!

XL is perfect size and fit as shoe is size 14. Needed a comfortable-padded sock for diabetes. Much better than the Wigwam socks that have been used over the years.

I have worn several generations of Thorlo socks over 20 years, because they are comfortable, and long wearing.

Great socks. I wear a 12 1/2 shoe so I opted for the XL sock and a perfect fit. If my shoe size was less that 12 they would be too big. I am diabetic my previous socks had gotten too tight around the ankles. THese do not bind and are very comfortable. I also have flat feet and would like to have more cushion in the sole; but I had to reduce the pressure on my ankles. Will buy again.

I bought these socks for my husband. He was very pleased with the fit, comfort and style.

Great fit. COMFORTABLE

The most important features of socks for diabetics is that they do not restrict blood flow and don't irritate the skin. The Thorlos meet these criteria. The padding is comfortable but might take up too much volume in a shoe and make the fit too tight. If your shoes are big enough for the extra padding, then these are worth considering. The price is high, however. Dr Scholl's sells a very similar sock for diabetics with slightly less padding but just as comfortable for about one tenth the price.

My husband really likes these! He doesn't like socks that are tight around calf. Hard to find socks like that. I suggest whoever is interested just order the diabetic socks even if you don't have diabetes.

I have worn Thorlos socks for years and love them. I switched to diabetic crew socks because the top of regular crews began to cut into my calf because or diabetic swelling. Problem solved. I highly recommend them.

Testing these out to see if my aunt will like and keep her warm. So far, so good.

I bought 2 pair for my husband for Xmas. Yes, I believe in practical gifts. The Thorlos brought great compliments on the feel. Not elastic binding around the legs and just overall great fit...Therefore, I ordered 4 more pair....even though they cost more than other socks, the comfort is worth the price.

I have foot pain and diabetes. These are THE MOST COMFORTABLE socks I've ever worn. They DO NOT BIND on your leg and fit WONDERFUL. Sizing is accurate. They slip on super EASY. They last a long time.

Soft material and well made. Seems to be not binding and no seams. Returned it because there is more cushion in the bottom and would make the shoe fit tight. Some might like the added cushioning.
