Fit was as expected for socks. But what was really nice is that the tops of the socks did not bind around my leg. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a tendency to swelling in the legs.

Just what I have been looking for in a sock. Top does not bind but stays up. Only wish they came in different colors. The perfect diabetic sock.

This is a very well made sock with double layers on the toe and heal. The only problem is they are still a little tight at the top. I am going to keep them and hope I can stretch them.

First I must explain I am flat foot and have pain on the bottom of my feet from calluses because of prior orthotics which are painful at times. Love these socks, the padding is just enough which cushion them and I believe the design as described does help me. I've been using them for approximately one month and they still feel good. I do not have the pain I use to have. The pain I have now comes from arthritis in my ankles but is really cut in half and I can walk farther as time progresses. Highly recommend them.

This is exactly what I wanted. I had to go to diabetic socks because I am allergic to synthetic materials. They wash well, fit perfectly, and are very soft and comfortable.

I've tried so many different brands of socks and they ALL were binding and left those classic marks on my legs. Clearly not good for those with circulatory issues. THORLOS socks are perfect and leave no marks and they stay up just fine.
Personally I think a tiny bit more padding would be great BUT this doesn't stop me giving these socks a 5 star!

Other diabetic socks I've tried are thin or so loose they slide down. These socks have great cushioning in the bottom and stay up where they are supposed to be without being tight or constricting.
