I am a solid size 9 with a somewhat wide foot. I found these shoes to run about a half size too big. I am sending back the size 9 and ordering an 8.5. These shoes feel like they a little more structure than other flats I own and my foot is not spilling out of the sides.

For flats these actually have decent padding, but they do not provide enough arch support. Also, my foot kept sliding forward into the toe of the shoe and my foot was being squeezed and crushed. Not sure what would stop my foot from sliding forward so I had to return them.

Love these! Very cute with soft, cushioned soles. Narrow in the toes (like all pointy shoes), but overall quite comfy.

These are super cute and the fit is great! They gape at the sides a little, but that wouldn't have been a deal breaker. I'm sending them back because the black leather creased within 1 minute of testing them in my house, and I don't think they would have held up long enough to justify the price. I think other styles (like the blue fabric) wouldn't have this problem.

Comfortable and stylish shoe, perfect for work or going out casually

True to size and ridiculously comfortable right out of the box. I'm serious -- I was desperate for a pair of flats to wear to work and put these on right out of the box without taking the time to properly try them out. To my relief, they not only complemented my ensemble, they provided cushiony support through the day. Felt like a pair of shoes I'd worn for years, not minutes. Very pleased with this purchase.

This shoe is as cute as the pictures. Fit is good, comfort is excellent. Made very well as you would expect from the brand.

Quite large for a 10.5. Felt more like an 11. Also quite wide.

Beautiful shoe... but too stiff for me. The M width is wider than I expected which is a good thing with a pointed toe flat (for me). The mirrored silver is absolutely gorgeous though!!!

I purchased these and began wearing them as soon as they arrived, they were comfortable and fit well. After a couple days, the right shoe developed a LOUD squeak that I CANNOT get rid of. I don't believe I can return them for a new pair since I've been wearing them regularly (because I would). Very unhappy I have to walk around with a squeaky shoe if I decide to wear these, there seems to be friction in the sole that I can't easily get to without taking the shoe apart. Very disappointing for the cost and "quality" of the shoe and Aerosoles brand.

I am usually a size 9 and often wide. They were huge and my foot slipped out. I ordered them in an 8.5 wide and they are perfect! So comfortable. I just recommend ordering a half size down!

It's comfortable on the bottom of my foot but even though the medium seems wide on my foot, the back of the shoe pinches in around the back of my heel. I've worn it twice and it is loosening so hoping this is maybe from packaging and will continue to loosen.

I had high hopes for this shoe but unfortunately, it disappointed upon first wear. The shoe immediately creases at the front when you wear it, making it impossible to return and also making it look worn even when brand new. The back heel is a bit narrow and pinches a bit (and I have narrow feet).

These seemed like the perfect "go with anything" shoe: color is a great neutral, styling is good for jeans or skirt or dress or even shorts. But... the fit isn't perfect. I'm a 9.5, but the shoe fits too loose (both in length and width -- it gaps in the sides) and yet I'm also somehow getting friction on my heels.

Very nice shoes but not good for a chubby foot girl like myself. I tried wide and my foot swam in the shoes. Sucks because they are really nice looking

While these were more polished looking than round-toe flats, they were slightly stiff. At least 1/2 size too large.

Tried this in a 6.5 med and also a wide. Yes, the shoe gaps at the sides, it is a nice, (too), soft feel and no support. And the top cut across my bone; I have a high instep. Thanks Zappos for excellent Customer Service and even those goofy, pun jokes!

Nice looking shoes. Some padding. The problem is the right foot has too much slippage. I feel like Goldilocks. They will be going back. I hope Zappos knows just how much they are appreciated. What a great company. They are the gold standard. Thank you Zappos for your services.

I wear 8.5-9 and have wide feet with bunions, so I ordered 8.5w and a 9. The 8.5 was too short, squishing my toes, and the 9 wouldn't stay on my feet. Also, both sizes seemed to buckle on the sides, they weren't snug to the sides of my feet. I think these shoes are probably best for normal to narrow feet. They would be comfortable if they fit me right. The padding is nice.

I love these flats but I had to send the second pair back - again, too wide. I desperately want these Aerosoles Hey Girl flats in black & white stripes and I wear a 12 (a regular 12 – not narrow, not wide). I ordered the first pair 12 medium, and they were crazy wide. I thought if I ordered an 11 medium (no 12 narrow available - I have NEVER needed a narrow shoe), maybe they'd fit. Nope, still too wide. These are ADORABLE. Why can’t I have them? C'mon Aerosoles, make them in a 12 narrow, or make your 12 medium… a true 12 medium. I don’t have narrow feet but I don’t have kayak feet either. Thankfully Zappos has free shipping both ways so it makes it easier on the wallet to deal with rare issues like these.

The black & white striped flats are exactly what I was looking for; so excited when they arrived. Far too wide though; and I have a wide foot. I'm a true 12 so I ordered a 12 medium (based on reviews stating the shoe is wide). The shoe is very wide; too wide to wear. I wish they carried a 12 narrow; they'd be perfect. I’m returning for an 11 medium. Fingers crossed; these shoes are adorable. Very flat though, and no cleavage (which I like).

These run big because your foot sort of slides into the pointed front of the shoe. They're amazingly cute shoes, and I'm keeping them because of that, but they don't have the typical Aerosoles comfort that I love and am used to. Also, the shoe's sole seems like it lacks tread, so I'm slipping on the floor more than I ever have in a pair of Aerosoles before. In other Aerosoles, I'm an 8 medium, but I needed to go with a 7.5 wide in these and even that feels somewhat on the long side.
