Had nice, thick insoles. I took them out to put in my own inserts, but they were big and cushy. Felt like the whole boot was just too big. Too wide, very boxy toe box. I don't own any other keens for similar reasons, however. I would be able to fit some pretty thick socks in there if I had a need for that. Thought the boots were cute though.

Overall I loved these boots. Cute with solid design. The fur interior in the upper boot is magical. I have WIDE feet normally requiring a wide width. I went off another review and took a chance with these. Unfortunately, I have to return them as they are NOT wise enough. Sad though, look like a great boot.

Love these boots!! They are much warmer than I expected, snow and waterproof, but also not so clunky that you can’t wear them all day. These far exceeded my expectations!

I love these boots! Above all else they are warm. I live in the upper Midwest and it gets very cold here! I wanted a boot that was cute and warm and Keen nailed it on this one! Plus the inside liner is soft on the skin!! I have a pretty high arch so I can't say for sure that the arch support is all that great but for the most part these are a great wintertime boot!

I have wide feet and these are fantastic. I usually order size 11 to accommodate the width of my feet but I had to go down to 10.5 in these.

These boots are awesome! I own the snow like a boss in these boots. We recently moved the day after an ice and snow storm in Columbus. My feet were warm, dry, comfortable, and looking good in these boots. I was skeptical about them being waterproof since the outside is as suede material. I was nervous I would immediately ruin the fabric. But, after heavy wear and tons of snow, they still look great and never a drop of moisture from the outside of the boot, my feet were of course a little sweaty from all that hard work. The fuzzy interior really helps conform to your ankle and foot. I can slip them on and off without untying and they still provide good support. They're more flexible than heavy leather and rubber boots, which is why I chose them. I am very happy with this purchase.

Out of all the boots my daughter tried on this season, these were the winners. Stylish, warm and comfortable, and with a wide enough toe box (used to wear Sorels but they changed the fit of their boots this season and most were too narrow in front). She also really liked that they didn't have a giant fluff of fake fur on top. Thank you Keen and Zappos. What would I have done without you?

I love these boots! They look so cute on. I got them in a size 8 and I felt like the size was right, however I have narrow feet and felt it was a little big on the width. But I can just wear thicker socks. They’re also easy to pull on and toe off. They lace up, but if you lace them a little loose you can just pull them on (the boots have little loops at the top on both sides) and tuck the laces in. The treads felt like they’d provide good traction too. And they are warm. So I’ll make sure the socks I wear with them are breathable.

This style is unique. And I like the box-toe because my feet are wide. I decided against them because they were a little too bulky than what I was seeking. I was looking for a slimmer profile.

I love the boots! They are warm & cute, but had to return and upsize by 1/2 size because I like to wear a medium to thick sock w/ snow boots for extra warmth. Keen quality evident w/ these boots.
