Consider sizing down on these. They’re very stretchy and run bit large, especially in the waist. The Mara style is a nice middle ground between skinny and boyfriend. A little too high-rise for my short torso, but wearable without looking too silly or being uncomfortable. The distressing on this wash isn’t overdone, and the frayed hem is reinforced so it’s not likely to unravel further. They look better with a heel then with sneakers/flats. I wish they were and inch or so shorter, to show more ankle - I’m 5’4” but with long legs for my height - they’d be more versatile that way, I think.

I returned these jeans for two reasons. I love the dark denim shown in the photo, but the actual jeans are a lighter medium wash which i didn’t like. Also, the holes in the jeans I received were much larger than the light shredding shown in the photos, which took the jeans from “cool” to “sloppy” for me. Re sizing, I wear a 4 in Jcrew dress pants and got a size 28 in these. The waist was a little loose and the thighs and calves were very very snug.

New go-to jean! Very comfy but still trendy.

A great basic straight leg. Super soft fabric that stretches but doesnt get stretched out!
