I bought this jacket for work in the outdoor education field and it did not disappoint! I was rarely cold standing outside for long periods of time this winter which was a huge win as I have poor circulation and am always cold. Great for hiking on cold days and winter camping. I also used this jacket under an Arc'teryx shell for resort skiing. It felt like wearing a sleeping bag! I usually wear a medium but decided to buy a large for extra room to layer underneath. I would highly recommend this jacket if you're looking for winter warmth.

I've owned this product for years, and I literally live in this jacket. It's my go-to jacket to bring in my travels, it came with me to China, Morocco, Tasmania, Turkey, the US, all over Europe and kept me warm through our Canadian winters. It sure has seen better days, but is still super warm and cozy... It packs very small, is super light, keeps you warm and the fit is great - I can lift my arms up, it doesn't expose my belly and lower back. Best puffy I've ever owned, I love it!

I was looking for a really warm down parka that would not make me look like a marshmallow. I am petite, 5 feet 2 inches and 113 pounds and easily get cold. I have two American Akitas who thrive in the cold weather and I take them for walks all the time no matter what the weather conditions are. Today I received the Cerium SV Hoody, size small in the Enigma color. It fits true to size and even though I only just tried it on, I can tell it will be extremely warm. I can wear it under my Arcteryx Zeta SL jacket if it's very windy and/or rainy. Since it's form fitting, I can also put a base layer underneath such as the Arcteryx Rho AR Zip-Neck. The hood is awesome too and I can also fit a hat underneath which I usually like to do. When I put it on, I felt like I was in a comfy sleeping bag; I absolutely love it and now I can't wait for the cold weather. Thank you for offering such an awesome and well made product.

I bought this hoody 2 months ago. I bought it mainly for ski touring and backpacking. I get super cold really fast once i stop moving, or start descending so i wanted something packable and VERY warm. I'm really happy with how truly warm this hoody is. Super comfortable and fits true to size. I've used it backpacking so far and cannot wait to take it out ski touring this winter. It is very very warm though, so if you arnt looking for something for severe weather i would go with another puffy.

I actually have two of these in different colors. Amazing that as warm as the jacket is, it doesn't feel or look bulky- nice and snug around the wrists- the zipper closes appropriately and all the way up- hood is comfortable- great for windy days as well. Has a good shape around the hips. I'm 5'2 and purchased a S. The great thing also is that no heavy clothing is required under this jacket. A must in your winter wardrobe!

Two of my friends recommended this jacket to me and I finally made the purchase and I absolutely love it! It's super warm, super light and I love the hood! I am always cold and this jacket has been a game changer for keeping me warm. I am 5'10" and 130lbs and went with a medium and it fits great with enough room for layers. If you're looking for a puffy upgrade you won't be disappointed.

The outer fabric is so soft and the jacket itself is so weightless that I almost couldn't believe how it warmed me to the core the minute I put it on. Perfect for colder days on the mountain layering under a shell, around town, or packed into it's stuff sack (included) and kept in a bag for emergency. Absolutely love this jacket!

I wore this jacket for snowshoeing in the mountains yesterday and it did not disappoint! Light weight so that I could really move, kept me warm in shady/windy areas and plenty of pockets to keep a few things I did not want in my pack. The hood is excellent and I love that if I zip up then my nose and mouth are covered from the wind.

Wow, this jacket is amazing at keeping me toasty and warm. As someone who is easily chilled switching up to the Cerium SV from the Cerium LT has been awesome for cooler winter days. The roomier fit, baffles and extra down has increased my comfort zones significantly. It's wonderful to be able to check the temperatures outside and choose between the two jackets. The Cerium SV is my go to jacket for cooler windy days. It is noticeably warmer than my Cerium LT and with the regular fit it allows for more layers underneath if I'm really chilled. Every time I pull this jacket on it immediately reminds me of feeling warm and cozy in my sleeping bag.

My husband and I recently moved up into the Arctic Circle in the Northwest Territories and I bought this jacket to keep me warm while I shopped around for a Canada Goose jacket. As the temperatures have dropped to -35 - 40C I have found myself kept extremely warm with this jacket as-is! My husband has the Canada Goose Resolute and is no warmer than I am. In -20 weather, I will wear a t-shirt underneath and be completely fine while I might need a light sweater when it drops to -30C. The outer material has held up to excited dog jumps, skidoo rides, and light backpack use. A balaclava is recommended for windy days as the hood is not designed to cut the wind.

This jacket is very warm and feels very cosy. When I tried it on I especially liked how it can be fixed around the head. In the end I opted for the Thorium AR hoody though (which is a little less warm) because I personally did not like in the Cerium SV hoody that the collar is so high that it covers the mouth.

I had an older jacket that needed some repairs so I sent it in and Arc'teryx honored my older jacket (as it wasn't able to be repaired). I was able to get credit to get this amazing new puffy that has made me so warm and happy in the hills of Vermont and beyond! Such a great company and product! Touche' to Arc'teryx! Thank you

This is my favorite puffy. It packs down ultra small in my pack and is the warmest piece I own for it's weight. The hood is very roomy and fits over my big head and my helmet. I'm tall and it still hits me comfortably below the hips, with a nice longer fit in the back for extra comfort. It's the perfect piece to pull out on the summit or back at camp when temps dip. I highly recommend it!

The Cerium SV is a great jacket if you need warmth without a lot of weight. If space is a concern, it compacts down nicely in a stuff sack that comes with the jacket. I use a Cerium LT Jacket for activities where I'll be very active but need to trap heat, and I use this jacket to stay warm in less aerobic scenarios that are also very cold. This jacket is a little bit of a trim fit. If you want room for extra layers then size up.

I love this jacket! It fits very true to size and cinches in at the waist for an hourglass profile. It is warm, lightweight, and pretty packable. I use this from Fall to Spring, and it comfortable fits another mid-layer underneath without pinching under the arms or being too tight through the chest/hips. Good length in the body and arms (something I often struggle with coming up short) and the hood doesn't constantly blow off my head; nice slim profile. My only wish is that I found this product sooner! I tried to use this jacket under a shell going skiing, but it was much too warm for a high output activity.
