I always buy Asics for their arch support. These did not have it.

I ordered this style because I had the GEl-Rocket 7 and loved it. This shoe seems to be of cheaper quality and less supportive. The sole felt hard and uncomfortable. I want to use them for aerobics. I need support and cushioning. This shoe did not provide that.

I love the previous version of this shoe. I this style for cross-training- weights, step aerobics, plyometrics and more. The previous version has a good amount of spring and feel supportive and comfy on. This new version, not so much. The shoe feels very flat and doesn't provide adequate support. I'm not sure if the heel drop is lower or if the insole just lacks good arch support and sponginess. I am disappointed it feels so different from the Gel-Rocket 8. In general, I'm not sure why athletic shoe companies feel the need to keep changing models that work. I'll keep the ones I ordered and use them for activities that don't require much jumping. But, I'll likely order some Gel-Rocket 7's to squirrel away until Asics gets it right again. One good thing? It's a good looking shoe. I like the simplicity. Asics seemed to go with a modest approach on decoration this time around. Pair the look of the 8 with the functionality of the 7 and Asics would have a winner.

Perfect design for walking. I purchased this brand and model since they are the #1 recommended pickle ball shoe. I was not disappointed.

I purchased them for my daughter for volleyball - they are comfortable and supportive.

Love this shoe! I have a wide foot, and I find that ASICS tend to have a wide toe box which works well for me. I’m planning to wear these for casual times and, hopefully, pickleball in the fall. Wore them right out of the box, and they felt great!

This was my daughter's first pair of volleyball shoes. At first she thought the arch support was uncomfortable but she got used to it. Overall we thought it was a good shoe for the season for a great price. Thanks Zappos!

Very comfortable out of the box. I have hard to find size women's 13.

Had to order a few pairs to find the right fit for my daughter, but as usual Zappos is great/easy with returns so we were able to get the right fitting size. Looks great and is a proven long lasting volleyball shoe.

I like the look of these BUT too tight on my toes, probably shoes altogether too small. I can wear a 5.5 or 6B usually but these felt too small.

these would be so perfect if only the leather at the toe came up a little higher. i put these on and they were super cute and comfy BUT i knew that my big toe would bust through the webbing material in no time.

Overall nice shoes, good quality. Bought for daughter to wear during volleyball practice. Happy with purchase, true to size with room to move in.

I am a consistent 8 in non-athletic shoes, and I wear socks on the thinner side. The 8's fit perfectly. The 8.5 were clearly too big.

Purchased these for my 11 yr old for volleyball . She loves them!
