LOVE this bag! Here are the reasons why: Stylish; UBER-functional / practical; excellent price for the value. Inner compartment is a bit slimmer than I had imagined, but that's a positive for me, as I use it for day-to-day commute to the office. The inner laptop compartment stores a lenovo PC pretty nicely. There's room for a folder or 2. I can cram a small journal sized notebook in here, but would love this pocket to have just a tad more room. Main compartment: 2 accessory pockets can fit a phone, pens, tissue packet...not bad. I could fit sneakers and light workout gear if needed in here, or several notebooks. NOTE THAT THIS IS A FRAMED BAG, in that the main compartment is framed along the outside opening. Again, a positive for me because it has some form. Some people may not like this, though, as it might make loading the bag a bit tight. Outerpocket is sizable but not overly so - I fit my daily makeup/ toiletry bag in here with plenty of room. pockets here are the same 2 accessory pockets as inside main compartment Side pockets (which don't really show on the picture here) are big enough for water bottle & umbrella, which is perfect for me. The blush-colored lining is very pretty. Lots of safety features that are a plus. The back area allows you to tuck the straps so that you can carry it like a briefcase - LOVE THIS!! The top handles are long enough to be useful for this without looking awkward in backpack mode Hardware is all subtle - none of that cheap-looking, shiny gold. The top zipper lock is tricky to figure out. There's a video on youtube for the Citisafe CX Tote that will walk you through unlocking it. It's simple once you see this. (In a nutshell, you slide it over, but ckeck the video) I haven't used it yet, but seems to be as good as Tumi quality for half the price. I only wish there were more color options so that I can order a replacement right away, but black is always a safe bet and it's so darn pretty it works.

This was a last minute "hail Mary" purchase. I needed a bag for a weekend motor cycle trip that can fit in the side trunk of a motorcycle, yet pack enough to accommodate for a weekend. What I received was probably the best bag/backpack ever created: I love the wide zippered opening, the carrying handle lets me convert it to an office bag when not traveling. The inside pockets and front zip pocket a big plus. But here is the kicker: I was able to accommodate everything I needed, with room to spare. Then came the big test, carrying it as a backpack while visiting a site for a good 4 hours. It was so light and so comfortable, at times I forgot I was wearing a backpack. The nice color was just the icing on the cake. I am a huge fan of this backpack.

I LOVE this bag! I get compliments on it every time I use it. I originally purchased for taking BART into S.F. and a recent trip to NYC. I wanted a secure bag to feel safe on the crowded subway and around the city. This was perfect! I especially like the zipper loop secure closure for the front pocket, anti-slash straps, and pink lining. The sort of satin-like sheen of the bag makes it dressier and I find myself using for work as well. The handle at the top of the bag is longer than standard backpacks so it can be carried like a satchel or on my wrist giving more versatility in ways to carry it. The two side water bottle holders are great and even hold my larger 24oz. Hydroflask or Swell bottles. There are a couple of changes I'd love to see, but still am so happy I purchased. I wish it had a clip for my keys so they don't get lost in the bag. The straps also slowly loosen over time so I occasionally have to readjust them. Although I wish it was slightly larger (I love large bags), it does hold a lot more than I thought. I don't travel without it.

I bought the bag for a recent trip out of state - and I bought it from Zappos because I could get it overnight once I decided to place an order. It is comfortable to wear and very stylish. I like that I can carry a DSL camera and 1 additional lens by using a padded camera insert laying on the bottom of the bag (I use an insert from a different camera backpack). On top of the insert (it closes with a drawstring), I can carry a wallet and small cosmetic bag for misc items. The zippered pocket inside the bag was great for carrying a jewelry roll and business card case. There is a bit of an issue with the zipper. Unless you hold the bag just so, it's difficult to zip. I usually have to put it on the ground to zip, or on a table, etc. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but I can see how it would be annoying if you want to close it while holding the bag. I love that you can tuck the straps in on the backside if you want to carry it by the handles, or slide it over a wheeled carry on suitcase handle. The black is nice for traveling, but it does come in two other colors on the manufacturer's website - please add those! They are a nice merlot and a tan. I would ideally like the bag to be a tad larger to carry both my camera insert and a 15-inch laptop. The laptop sleeve doesn't fit my new, slim laptop. It would work for a tablet or file folders.

I love this backpack! I don't usually carry backpacks but we went on a trip to Greece where we were traveling by planes, ferries, boats and ATVs and the backpack was perfect! Loved the security features and it is very stylish.

I am 5'9" and this backpack fits me perfect. I love the material and security. It is very functional. I bought the wallet too. Although the wallet is very casual it is perfect with this backpack. It would not fit my 15" laptop in the side pocket, but it might fit a small 13". My laptop does fit in the main compartment, but barely. I used it for a week and received lots of compliments. You can tell it's not just a backpack for school. One of the things I love is when you set it on the ground or table it doesn't usually fall over. So cute!!

This backpack fits a lot in a slim profile, and looks very fashionable. It holds up well to rain and is pretty comfortable, with padded straps. If you overload it, it definitely feels heavy and makes me wish for a chest strap, but that wouldn't look as professional, so it's better without that strap. The zipper clasp to keep thieves out of the main section was tough to open at first. Finally, a coworker got it to function by putting his fingernail in there, and I haven't had a problem since then - I just stick my nail in, and it has gotten easier with use. I would highly recommend this bag. I love that it has waterbottle/umbrella holders, too!

I wanted to replace my old Pacsafe CS300 and this backpack is an excellent choice. I chose the black color this time instead of a less dirt concealing color. The straps are long though for my frame (the same problem I had with my old Pacsafe). Nevertheless I like it very much. It’s not too big so I won’t be able to over pack and make my back suffer the consequences. While traveling I place a compression bag with extra socks, underware and a t-shirt at the bottom of the backpack and on top of it my camera, cosmetic bag, wallet, cables and chargers bag and inflatable travel pillow. My iPad goes in the special padded compartment. In the font I carry my reading glasses, cell phone, earphones, pen and medicine bag. On one side I carry sun glasses and on the other side I carry a water bottle. It is a good looking backpack and very safe to travel with it on my back instead of moving it to my front for security.

This travel bag is great overall and I was so excited to try it out! Unfortunately, the straps cannot adjust short enough for someone who is 5'1". I would recommend this bag if you don't mind it resting on your bottom while you wear it.

I love this bag so much. I am a medical student and this is the bag I use during my hospital rotations. It fits all my stuff and is ultra stylish!! I love the material, it's shiny and always looks good/new. This bag is pricey, but amazing. I have no regrets!!!

I just got it in the mail and it's looks and feels just as I expected from the website. I really like the size and texture, and that it opens up wide on the top. The inside material is also nice. It's a little more narrow than I had expected, but I'm glad that it will not let me fill it with too many things and make it bulky and less sleek looking.

This bag was everything I was looking for. We were so excited that my mom and grandma both wanted one also. I was getting ready to order them but we noticed the straps are too long. You can’t adjust them down enough to fit the way a backpack is supposed to (for us) I have a short torso and they both have regular sized torsos but are shorter than me. I’m 5’7 they are 5’5 and 5’2. Everything else about the bag is perfect.

I wish I could keep this chic travel/work bag. It has great designs and nice materials. Unfortunately, the shoulder straps are way to long for my petite body frame.

Perfect for my needs! Exactly what I wanted. It has plenty of space for everything I need. The safety features are great. And it is very stylish. I get tons of compliments.

This is a super cute bag and has all the wonderful features that Pacsafe bags usually have, but the straps are WAY too long and not adjustable enough for my 5'4" self. It's too bad, as the bag was really nice and I would have kept it otherwise.

I have not used this yet, but I think it will work perfectly! It's nice and roomy while not being too bulky. As other reviewers noted, the straps are a bit too long even at their shortest length, but I don't see it as a big enough problem to return the bag; and I think the straps will be fine when I'm wearing a jacket.

backpack is way too bug and shoulders straps are not fit for someone who is 5'1 or below. also hard to open top zipper and in order to close it, you need to have it standing... too much of an effort. well constructed thou.

I bought this primarily for the safety features. I returned it however, because I find the top closure difficult to zip because of the way the sides slope down. If it is not a concern, it is a great travel bag.

I really wanted to like this bag. The straps are too long for me (5'3") and the buckle that should hold the straps in place doesn't really do the job. It's a great looking bag, I love the flat bottom, makes it easy to get into it during travel, but it's just too big for me even at the tightest adjustment. I don't have this issue with Tumi, Minkoff, etc.
