The second day I wore these sunglasses I went to take them off, gently and a small piece must have snapped off where the glasses turn in and out on the sides because now it turns all kinds of directions. Very disappointing as I love all my Quay sunglasses and this has never happened to me before.

I love everything about the look of these sunnies. and as an added bonus they're not as heavy as you'd think so they're very comfortable on the face. The only reason these are getting such a low review is because I only had them for 2 weeks before one of the bolts on the lens fell out (right lens, closest to the nose piece). the lens now jiggles a lot and often slips over to one side. I'm still trying to make the best of them because i love them so much but i'll def have to get them repaired first.

I loved these sunnies but I barely had them for 2 weeks before one of the screws fell out and they broke. :(

Hi! I love the style of these but on ones of the lenses a metal stud/screw is missing and the lens just spins around. Please help!

Not liking the shape on my face, Too small in size

I've had these sunnies before and i loved them so I got them again but they have been poorly put together this time :( they sit unevenly on my face. They sit unevenly even on a flat surface like a table :( so I pretty much can't wear them as it's noticeable.. Pretty Devo because I really love the sunnies. But just haven't obviously been tested before despatched to a buyer.

I purchased these because of the amazing mirrored lenses. On first arrival was impressed with delivery and packaging. However after just under a month's use the screws keep falling out of the lenses. I've managed to fix them a few times but have now lost one of the screws. So for the price and quality of these sunglasses I'd look elsewhere.

Lost a screw on third wear

Screws came off after the first use. Looked online but I can not get extra screws. Glasses are nice but I can't wear them now

I opted for the "find your style" option and this came under squarish face shapes (my face shape) and sadly wasn't flattering. If this had more of the cat eye effect then maybe it would have worked. Quality is good though.

received these sunnies and they washed fell off the screw within minutes of wearing them. quay sent a new pair instead of just replacing the washer, and the screw immediately fell out of the new pair as well. I strongly suggest this company begins sending additional screws and washers with glasses that have a unique type of hardware that can't be picked up at every store.

The glasses looked cool online.. unhappy when i received the the bridge of the nose was crooked and uneven. :/

I love the sunglasses and think they are adorable but the screw came out in one of the lens and I only wore them once before

These sunglasses are super cute but they broke easily within the first few weeks I had them with minimal wear and attentive care, and customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

They broke right away, but i had thrown the package away so i couldnt send them back.

The sunglasses are very cheap, mine broke the first time I put them on. And of course they were final sale. Cheap material, one of the screws came off the lenses and I can no longer wear them.

Got my 2nd pair of Lexi sunglasses because after a few months of use, the screw they hold the frames fell off. I bought a 2nd pair and got them early this February and another screw has already fallen off after only 5 uses. I'm so sad ):

My glasses were missing a screw and when I reached out to the chat I got two different answers on what to do.

Faulty hardware. The army and lens broke two days after they arrive.

Not only are my sunglasses misshapen (in that the frame is smaller than the actual glass part), my sunglasses began to fall apart after 10 days of owning them as a screw fell out. Really disappointed with what I received.

They were scratch when I received them. I called to see if I could exchange them but with the lens being such a mirror image I couldn't get a good picture.

Poor quality sunglasses. Fell apart after 2 months. I've had ray bans for 5 years in mint condition. Don't waste your money here.

i think the frame are too heavy and has a cheap metal feel.

The sunglasses seem to have poor quality - I've kept them in the hard case most of the time since purchasing, with the exception of wearing them, and they're incredibly loose with wobbly sides.
