I bought these to compare to the Hoka One One recovery sandals. I need slip ons to wear around the house because of a metatarsal issue (I have been instructed not to walk barefoot at ANY time, ...grrr). If you have a metatarsal injury/issue, read on. The Oofos are going back. Though they are super squishy and pleasant at first, the squishiness lacks any real support, requiring your foot to compensate with all manner of muscle and ligament effort. Also they are intended to be oversized, but they are comically long in the big toe area. I wear a 9, sometimes a 9.5, and might have tried a 8.5, but they only offer whole sizes. I found I had to curl my toes to walk without shuffling. I preferred the matte grey color of the Oofos to the boring black of the Hoka One Ones, and the texture is more appealing but both promise to be fairly sweaty in the summertime. If you need metatarsal support, there is quite a lot in the Hoka One Ones. These have a more rounded toe, and the 9 feel like a 9, even though they are plenty roomy. There's still plenty of squish, but I'm walking naturally and not working to keep them from flinging off my foot. The texture is smooth and somewhat glossy compared to the Oofos. I plan to wear socks sometimes, and they will accommodate. Pic shows Hoka One Ones on left, Oofos on right. Both are women's size 9's.

Since these only come in full sizes, the OOFOS instructions indicate a woman should order up a half size if her normal size is a half size. (A man should order down a half size if his normal shoe size is a half size.) At first, I thought they might be a bit large. I ordered women's size 10 (which is men's size 8) for this unisex sport sandal because my normal shoe size is 9.5 The size is working out well; they didn't feel too large despite my initial impression. Arch support: This is one of the best features. OOahh is a good name for this slide because it provides great arch support when you slip it on. Other slides and flip flops I've worn have had a flat footbed. Safe shower shoes: These are a 'must have' for me for a shower at a campground or gym. Water collects a bit in the footbed due to the curviness, but I just shake it out. Most importantly, I haven't had the sandal slide or stick to any floor; sticking or sliding could be a disaster for a knee. I'm really pleased about this because I've had problems with other shower shoes. Just Walking Around: I've tried flip flops, slides and Crocs. The flat flip flops make my Achilles tendons tight if I wear them too much, and Crocs cut into the tops of my bony feet. Slides fit my feet better, and the addition of arch support along with a cushy sole is great. The tops are not causing any hot spots on the top of my feet. I can walk around in these for hours.

I received the oofos slides. My mistake was being guided by the reviews which stated they ran large.. I found that they were narrower than I thought, and they caused my foot to swell. The fault was mine. The shoes help with planters fasciitis.

Comfortable, cushiony. But in humid weather or if they get wet, my foot almost slides out of the shoe. Also, I tried walking around my neighborhood in the shoes, but feet got sweaty and it was not a pleasant experience. Has a good arch support.

I think they are great for a comfy slip on shoe! I have severe peripheral neuropathy in both feet and I needed something that I could slip on and that would stay put on my feet and these Oofas did the job! They have a textured foot bed which I will have to get used too, but other then that they are comfy and easy to get on. One more thing, the arch support hits at a certain part of the shoe which tends to make you think you need a smaller size because the shoe is longer in front? Confusing but I wear a 10 in sandals but in order for the arch to hit in the write place I had to go up a size and now they fit perfect! Alittle to long but more comfortable!!!!

This sandal is HUGE. See pics. Both are supposed to be sized as women’s 9 but the sport sandal is more like a men’s shoe. This style is also not very durable. I bought the sport sandal this past June (2020) and it’s already lost it’s tread and worn thin. The smaller pair I’ve had for three years. It’s impossible to wear when your foot gets wet like gardening or poolside because your foot slides forward and out of the shoe. It’s a really creepy feeling ? Most importantly, the toe bed constantly folds under while I’m walking causing me to trip. Very dangerous!

I bought these after a recommendation from my brother and trying them on for the correct sizing at a local running shoe store. This is my first pair of slides ever....absolutely love them! Exactly what I wanted - something i can slip on and off quickly, a shoe that is easily washable if they get wet or muddy, plus they are SO comfortable! Its been over a year and the cushion is as soft (and firm) as the day i bought them. The most comfortable shoes I own by far. You won't regret buying these over any similar slide by the big brands. Also, pay the extra $$ for the sport colors...:)

This is my third pair of this brand I have I have ordered from Zappos. They are the most comfortable that I have found. I have plantar fasciitis and they are comfortable and have the most cushion. I am on my feet all day so that helps.

Lightweight foam sandal provides good cushioning, similar to standing on an anti-fatigue mat. Upper band fits fairly snug across my somewhat narrow foot, so those with wide feet may find the fit too tight. Good arch support, though footbed didn't quite seem to conform to my foot in all the right places - I expect this will improve as the sandals are broken in. Material seems to scuff and scratch easily, so durability may be a concern. Overall, a comfortable slip-on sandal that isn't necessarily the most stylish, but works well around the house or at the gym.

Very happy with these :) Recently got some Crocs for additional arch support, but my friend recommended these, which are much more comfortable. Excellent support for my flat feet, so I returned the Crocs. Was experiencing slight achilles tendinitis before. The only slight negative was that my feet tend to get warm in these at times, but I think this would be a common issue. Highly recommended!

I own 6 pairs of Oofos and literally wear them down to nubs and they still stay comfortable. My experience with sizung has been the paint coated vs. non painted slides do differ in width. The painted slide is narrower. I usually buy a size larger if I'm getting those. I live in Hawaii and they are amazing walking shoes, on lava, the beach, trails, rocky areas, hot asphalt. They will get sweaty and when wet my slide will flip completely around on my foot, and they have little traction in the rain. But I swear by these. Great for people with podiatric issues for sure.

Bought these to wear in Disney after a half marathon. While they aren’t the cutest shoes I own, they are certainly comfortable. They have a lot of arch support and I felt they helped with recovery after a long run followed by lots of waking through the parks after. I wear a 7.5 in dress shoes and 8.5 in running shoes. I got the 8 in these and they were a little big, but I don’t think the 7 would have fit as well. I would definitely recommend these for post run recovery shoes.

Great shoe. I followed the other reviews and ordered a size up. Thank goodness I also ordered my size in a . I. women's shoe. The shoe does run wide but if you have a high arch it will not be a problem. I suggest you order two sizes since these are unisex just to be safe. If you have really bad arthritis like I do these will feel like you are walking on a cloud. I think will take a little getting used to however.Tn

I LOVE these! My friends have the thong type but it rubs between my toes. I've been wanting slides but have narrow feet and were afraid they'd be too wide like nearly every pair of slides I try. These were unbelievably perfect and super comfortable with the arch in the just the right place. I can't wait to take my walks in them when it gets warmer. I wear them around the house and hate to take them off because they fit like cozy gloves.

These. Are. Amazing. I wear them with socks in place of house slippers. I have plantar fasciitis and these help me so much early in the morning and later at night. My son runs long distances and he has started wearing his pair after his runs for recovery. He loves them too. They aren’t pretty or sexy. I’d never wear them out of the house. But if you’re looking for comfort, you’ve found it.

So comfy, and great cushiony support, but definitely not true to size. I wear a women’s size 7 / 38 (EU), and as you can see in the pic there’s some excess. If you wear half-sizes, do note that this show runs a little larger. I’m gonna keep these because my son’s foot is slightly larger than mine and I know he’ll wear these, but I have to order another pair, a size down.

I love oofos. Excellent arch support. I injured my foot and my PT recommended these for recovery. I'm not supposed to walk around the house barefoot, and these are amazing. At first the arch seemed to high, but I have high arches and they took the pressure off my achy joints. These are amazing shoes for athletes and folks with medical foot issues too. The sizing is odd. I am a 7 in normal shoes, but my feet are wide so the 8s are more comfortable but a tad long for me.

I purchased a pair of these nearly a year ago, looking for something to wear inside since our floors are entirely tiled on concrete slab, and doctors told me NOT to go barefoot (my favorite indoor state) inside. Concrete and tile are both very hard on my feet and legs; I wear a 35EU in Birkenstock, both clogs and sandals, 5-6 in American brands depending upon the style. Since OOFOS are unable in half/sizes, this M4/W6 OOFOS unisex oofoam sport sandal fits me much better than the women's size 6 of the OOFOOS Luxe Sandal, which is too loose and rubs the top of my foot uncomfortably; I also bought a pair of the luxe at the same time and it has never been as comfortable. Apparently the M4/W6 unisex Sport sandal runs slightly smaller (1/2 size probably) than the W6 Luxe sandal. I have one previous pair of each style, and long term found the sport sandal to continue to fit much better long term. My small feet make it difficult to find good shoes with a reasonably wide toe box and good arch support (I have a high arch). Thank goodness Zappos stocks various alternatives and allows returns. Reading other reviews has also been very helpful. I usually wear Merrell sneakers or Birkinstock sandals or clogs and Dansko away from home, because these soles do become slippery when wet and do not have as much durability as outdoor shoes. Great for relaxing.

These sandals are hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. They are the first shoes I reach for when I arrive home. I constantly wear them around the house, in my gardens, and doing yard work, and not so much where I would do a lot of walking. I appreciate the reliable construction and comfort of these sandals. Plus it’s SO easy to hose off any mud or debris at the back door. I’ve had the same pair for going on two years which is much longer than I can say for several pair of running shoes which cost at least $100 more. Be sure to get at least half-size down in size.
