These are skateboard shoes! NOT regular shoes. These have no sole, no padding, no comfort at all!

If you've worn classic Converse All Stars, you know what these feel like. They don't have much support and the soles are very thin. Which is great if you want thin soles, but I need some more protection under my feet. The uppers held up surprisingly well. The beefy toe rubber helps, and the suede patch holds up to ollies. I appreciated the extra set of laces because I destroyed these laces more quickly than usual. The soles weren't especially durable. I often foot brake when cruising around town, and after just a couple of weeks of riding around, the sole under the ball of my foot was worn nearly smooth. By contrast, the soles on a pair of Vans or Addidas sometimes outlast the upper. The footbed started out quite slippery, by the way. Socks that feel secure in other skate shoes slid around in these until I had been wearing them for a few weeks. Despite the warning that these run large, Zappos recommended my usual size, 9.5. It feels a little snug, although I think a 10 would be too large. I think if you are into tech tricks, you might like the thin soles and sturdy uppers on these shoes. If you want more substantial protection, like I do, these probably aren't your shoe.

Super small. I have other NB shoes in a size 10, and this was much narrower and smaller than their other ones. I would recommend going a size up.

These were comfortable right out if the box! Nice wide toe-box. :)

These are really comfortable and look great under jeans. Do order a half size smaller than usual like Zappos recommends.

I love the style of keds like sneakers , but I couldn’t wear them because they never fit right and had no arch support. I always wear NB and thought when I saw these, perfect! AND they are! Stylish and comfortable right out of the box.

The shoes feel like you are wearing a glove; they are terrific.

Love the look and style of these NB shoes. I have the tan on white. I had read where they run big so I got a 1/2 smaller. They fit not too snug but not as lose as I normally like them so could have gone a full size smaller. I have a wide foot so these shoes are perfect width wise for me. I'm very happy with these shoes!!

These are super comfortable shoes, low profile trendy sneaker with plenty of space in the toe box. Comes with an extra set of laces.

Why is it that all the cool looking shoes New Balance makes are so narrow my sister couldn't squeeze her feet into them? I'm tired of having to wear the dad shoes, which are the only ones wide enough to fit my grotesque flippers.

Right shoe is a slightly tighter fit, but this is a common issue for me and shoes. I wanted a white sneaker and these are great in that they are not super bright white; almost look they’ve been worn a little. Love the three different materials: canvas, rubber, and suede.

Great looking shoe for the price! Comfortable shoe that looks good for a casual Friday at the office.
