I'm new to the Finn Comfort Brand and a recent "convert". This is a quality-made, very comfortable sandal (of course, it's Finn Comfort! Right?!), but it just didn't work for my skinny, thin, bony feet. The width was perfect though! I have C-D width feet and the foot bed is plenty wide enough. I wouldn't recommend these for narrow feet. The problem for me with these sandals wasn't the sandals at all, it was my feet... they don't have enough "volume" to accommodate the length of the velcro straps. I had to cinch the straps down too far for it to grab onto my feet and it just looked like I was a kid trying to wear my grandpa's shoes! The length was good, I wear a 9.5 - 10 and the 41 was just right giving me just slightly less than 1/4 of an inch of extra space behind my heel and in front of my toes, which I prefer with sandals. Also, and maybe this was, again, due to my thin feet, my feet kept sliding backwards off of the sandal as I walked ...but this is also partially due to the fact that the sole is kinda heavy on this model. I learned very quickly that, at least with the sandals-styles, so far, that the "Finnamic" line only works for my feet if there is a back/heel strap. I wish they had worked because I love the "Finnamic" foot bed and rocker sole and strong arch support (although, the arch support didn't seem to be quite as strong on this style as in the other 2 I already have). It's all good though, since I already have the "Sausalito" and the "Tiberias", which fit wonderfully! I was just curious as to how their slide sandals would be so thought I would give'em a try.
