I feel slightly embarrassed at how much I love these shoes! I have a large foot-size 11 and leans toward "wide" without really needing to order an official "W" width. I LOVE these. My foot looks smaller, sexier and the comfort is ridiculous. Padding in the sole under the ball of my foot was a shock-and appreciated. The toe band is the right width to not cut into my foot but keep things stable. I'm also 5'11" tall and love heels but am often discouraged about wearing them because they are too high or make me feel too tall. NOT THESE!! I'm seriously debating on ordering other colors and have talked my sister into ordering them too.

Nice sandal with just the right heel. It is comfortable with just the right amount of support. The fit is good. My feet are normal width, but on the wide side of normal.

See photos. Not made for very wide feet or possibly high instep. I have very wide and long feet. I normally wear size 10.5 in heels. Pros: Soft and flexible leather, the most COMFORTABLE FOOTBED I've ever worn (your feet literally melt into the footbed because of the cushion--not like memory foam that flattens out after a few wears), heel height is ~2 inches so not too high, the heel is designed so that the majority of your weight will fall on the heels of your feet and not the balls of your feet like most heels/wedges which is great. Some reviewers say the toe box is too wide, but for me it was just right. It could have actually been a little wider. This is the struggle I have and usually avoid most shoes that have a strap across the toe box. Cons: I only have one! I wish Sofft would offer wide sizes! The leather upper is super soft and has a little bit of stretch, but if you have very wide feet like mines it won't accommodate the width because it's a zipper and not velcro. The bridge of of my feet felt squished like a sausage even though the heels and toe box fit fine. Overall, these are perfect if you have narrow-medium width feet. If you have wide feet, I'd size up. If you have have super wide feet, the leather upper might give you trouble.

This shoe runs extremely WIDE!!!! Had to return due to how wide they are, my feet were swimming in them!! I only write reviews when I have something different to say - I only saw one review saying it might be wide and some even said they were on the narrow side. I wear a size 10. Perhaps they are only disproportionate with the larger sizes. I do agree on the comments - gorgeous quality leather, comfy, well made, flattering, extremely stylish. Sad to return. I hope this will help someone.

These shoes are super cute! I just got them and they feel very comfortable on. I read reviews about them being wide but they are not on me and my foot is borderline narrow. I wear a 6 or 6 1/2 and I decided to order a 6 in these and they fit perfect! Love them!

This shoe is awesome! Very stylish, and has enough support. They're extremely comfortable. Hard to find cute shoes that I'm able to wear because of my foot pain.

These are really cute and look great with a lot of different outfits. They are comfortable, but a little too roomy. They are going to stretch out which means they will be even more roomy and I think that will be a problem for me. The upper part with the zipper would be a lot cuter if it was a little more fitted. I don't think these would be attractive on someone with thick ankles. I have thin ankles and because the upper part isn't fitted it makes my ankles and lower calves look a little thick.

Love love love. They look chic but ultra understated, are hella comfy, and are so much easier to put on and kick of than sandals w buckles. The caged top of shoe is soft and no seams or edges rub skin raw. Can’t believe how far I can walk in them (Ohare Intl Airport, long day sightseeing etc) w this heel — usually it’s a trade off. Show virtually no wear after 8 months. And they’re not ridiculously pricey. Might be my best ever purchase from Zappos in 10 years. Six stars ;-) Ok ok I’ll stop gushing now... they’re just shoes right?

Best Sandal ever. Stylish and very comfortable (I wear orthotics and have a high arch and a morton's neuroma). I just got my second pair (black) after owning my first pair for a couple of years (platino distressed foil). The orthotics don't fit in this shoe, of course, but for brief periods of walking and standing - like a day at the office, my feet feel fine. It is nice to have a sandal that gives me some height without hurting my feet. The toe bed is wide and doesn't squish my toes at all. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller size.

I can't tell you how much I love this shoe. It's exactly what I'm looking for in style with a slight edge. The heel height is perfect and feel stable while walking. Leather is soft with a comfortable footbed. The ankle diameter is just right for my skinny ankles, which is usually not the case in this style of shoe. I wear a 7.5-8, with a wide foot, high arch, narrow heel and moderate bunions. I got these in 7.5 with no room to spare. Unfortunately, the strap across the front of the shoe cuts into my foot. So, because I love this shoe so much, I'm going to try to go up in size to an 8. I'm hoping this may give me more width. Wishful thinking?? We'll see! Thank you Zappos for easy returns.

The shoe is extremely comfortable and I have problems where I can't wear high heels. I would change them out for narrower fit because they are loose but not so bad that I can't still wear them and enjoy them. I really like them either way-they do run loose for the toe strap and arch.

I bought these in black also because they are so comfortable. I can wear all day and do a lot of walking. Definitely a keeper!!

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, including flats! These do look like heels (because they are) but barely feel like heels. They are super padded and fit my narrow feet perfectly, but without squishing toes. They are also very stylish and look good with skinny jeans and dresses/skirts. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 and the 8 fits perfectly.

These shoes are amazing. So flattering. They look great with skinny jeans or dresses. I am in love with them. Worth every penny.

I'm in love with this shoe. I am going to have to order it in at least one other color. Super comfortable, the heel is not too high, the leather is soft, the zipper doesn't make noise when you walk, the list goes on. They're just perfect. The only possible complaint I can think of is the label sewn into the footbed- you can definitely feel the contrast from the rest of the soft footbed. Not sure that it will make any difference in terms of comfort, but if I had to change one thing, that would be it.

I really like these shoes, they are really cute. But, I'm returning them because they to large. I wear a size 6 shoe and ordered my usual size. But my feet where moving around in the shoes, the right shoe actually felt wider than the left.

First off, I love Soddy brand shoes. It never fails, their shoes offer the comfort I am looking for. These Milan’s are so comfortable. My foot has wiggle room and the foot bed is soft and sturdy. My foot breathes easily and sits pretty flat considering there is a wide heel on these. They’re beautiful and I love how they look with my outfits. Thumbs up! I recommend these beauties!

I now own 2 pairs of these heels - one of the gold and one of the brown leather. They're very comfortable, like crazy super comfortable for heels. I sometimes go 1/2 size up in Sofft shoes, but for these I stuck with my usual size and that was fine (for both pairs). They're pretty sturdy, the first pair I have has a chip on the heel but otherwise look brand new (and I'm pretty sure that chip was due to walking on a trail at a wedding, so not normal wear or anything like that). I highly recommend these heels!

Fit rue to size are very comfortable.

Super cute and super comfortable. I tend to have problems with sandals like this being too wide and my foot sliding down to the point my toes hang over but NOT with these!!!! Wore them all day at an outdoor wedding and they were fabulous from the moment I put them on for the first time (in the car on the way there) until I took them off that night. Love the rich color too.

These are very cute and comfortable! I am a teacher/on my feet all day and I have no issue at all. The heel is just enough height.
