I loved this bag so very much....everything about it until I took it on a weekend trip and found that the straps due not meet the quality of the rest of the bag. the bag allows quite a bit of packed items; it even expands. I had not expanded it or fully loaded it and when i wore it as a backpack, the straps dug into my arms. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. However, for the price, it has to go back if it's not perfect. I hope KNOMO takes note and pads the straps in the manner the rest of the bag is padded. Then it would be perfect!

I love this bag!! It looks so elegant and it’s amazingly functional. I have a job that requires I haul my computer and documents everywhere. This bag is quite comfortable when worn as a backpack and very professional looking when carried by the straps. One thing to keep in mind, there isn’t enough padding for the computer in the bag so it’s helpful to put it in a sleeve before placing it in the bag.

I bought this to give as a gift so I can't speak with 100% authority, but the recipient seemed very pleased. The recipient is a teacher who uses her laptop a lot; she also attends competitions with her students. I was originally thinking of a standard leather tote-type bag but thought this backpack would allow her to comfortably carry her laptop plus accessories and other needed items. It is a little larger than a tote-type bag, but it has way more usefulness.

I love this bag, it’s a really great item for travelling but a massive thumbs down is that on the zips, the eyelet is too tiny to thread a pad lock through. I’m always cautious and with the increase of inflight thefts try to ensure that my possessions are secure at all times. I’m trying to devise a work around but this is a major design flaw, IMHO!
