This shoe is beautifully made with a soft, cushioned foot bed and soft, expensive-looking and -feeling leather uppers. I'm age 60, 5'5", 135 pounds and size 8.5 shoe size with a high arch and instep. The 8.5 fit perfectly and provides good support. I ordered black ... it works with shorts, capris, jeans, skinny jeans, maxis, midis, knee-length skirts, and shorter. It makes everything I wear with it look ab-fabulous. It has a reserved but contemporary, chic vibe with edge--yes, it's all that! Although it has personality, it has chameleon qualities as well. It can go casual with any kind of leggings or beach wear, then turn around and class up my best dress for a wedding or fancy restaurant. You could even pair it with a Goth-Girl look. The best thing about this shoe (besides the wonderful comfort) is that it is really cool, but never looks try-hard. This and my minimalist running shoes are all I need to pack for a trip.

These sandals are beautiful, and seemed like they would be comfortable, but they were very wide for me, so I had to return them.

These shoes are very comfortable and cute. The leather is soft and the style is on trend without being edgy. I feel like you could wear these on vacation to Europe and not stand out as an American. I did have to send these back and get a half size smaller. I typically wear a 6 in sandals even though I'm a 6.5 or 7 in any other style of shoe. If this is your situation, too, I recommended going with your usual sandal size.

Love these shoes! They are sooooo cute and comfy. I got the beige/neutral color and they go great with EVERYTHING. I normally wear a 10 or 10.5 in Earth Shoes (loafers) .... I read the reviews and decided to go a half size up and glad I did. I bought size 11....these are roomy but fit close enough without feeling tight. I have sort of wide feet and these are perfect. The length is good also, there's extra room at the heel and toe area. I get tons of compliments on these! Hope the price goes down a bit and I will get these in black as well.

Super cute and incredibly comfortable sole. I returned them because there were too many straps. I thought I wanted gladiator sandals but these are more leather than breeze. Don't get me wrong, it's lovely soft leather; I just didn't think I'd feel comfortable on a hot summer day in _that_ much leather.

These are incredibly comfortable while being very stylish. I was looking for the perfect sandal to replace a beloved pair of gladiators, but most styles have no support and/or padding. This pair is perfect! This is my second pair of Earth shoes, and I laugh every time I order them because this brand used to be for only the "granola" crowd! But they are now making on trend styles that are great for your feet. Love them!

These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned, and really beautiful on your feet! I put them on right out of the box the day they arrived, and they fit like a glove. The leather is so soft inside and out, and due to the little elastic inserts around the ankle they conform perfectly to your feet. I ordered them in that gorgeous rich looking Almond color, but went back to get them in Black as well! I have wide feet, so I ordered up 1/2 size to compensate for the medium width, and they were a perfect fit! If you are looking for both comfort and a very stylish Gladiator sandal, the "Earth Sky" is is the one to purchase!

These are the cutest, most stylish gladiator sandals I've found. I can wear them with skirts and dresses or with leggings or capris or shorts. Super comfortable. Worth every penny!

I wanted to love them, but the heel opening dug into my foot and left a red mark after walking around the room. I had to return them.

I love love these. they go with pretty much everything that i wear. the fit is nice and they look exactly as pictured.

These are so cute and comfortable! I was sort of between a 7.5 and 8 so I actually went with the 8s since the 7.5s would have been a little too pinch-ey. Color is lovely shades of brown, seriously well-made, and as always comfortable with good arch support relative to other similar styles.

I love these sandals! I picked them for the style but they are super comfortable. I bought a half size big because I thought with warmer weather my feet my swell or be hot, but actually, I didn't need to do that - they are really true to size and a few of the leather straps have some hidden elastic. Very well thought out.

Great shoes! They are well made with awesome soft leather. Originally got a pair of Kork Ease but didn't like the fit,found these and with live chat my new ones were on their way before I shipped the others back.So simple and fast. Love Zappos!!!

Perfect fit... I am a size 5.5 and have been looking for a comfortable gladiator sandal for years. This is the first I found that is available in half sizes. It is a beautiful shoe and I am really happy with it.

:( Sad I have to send them back. Has nothing to do with the sandal they are the bomb. I was looking for a walking sandal with style and these are it. True size true width good support. Only reason for return is I had to choose only one Gladiator style and I went with the Born. IF I could keep both I would!!

I ordered a pair of these a few weeks ago , and they were perfect and so comfortable. My daughter stole them from me, so I ordered a second pair in the same size. The fit was very different, with the ankle being much wider and the heel looser and rubbing. I ordered a third pair, and the fit was somewhere in-between the first two.

I love the look of these shoes, which I have, but I need to send them back. They are way too wide for me, and any remedies that I would typically use would show. Very bummed!

Beautiful and comfortable but as another reviewer stated, there are just too many straps. They almost look like an open toe bootie rather than a sandal. I wish Zappos had pictures of what the shoe looks like on a foot, would've saved me some time. The sandal swallowed up my entire foot. Really great quality and very comfortable just not three style I was hoping for. They also run large. I ordered my size and they were too big. Especially in the open heel area. I'd suggest sizing down a half size.

The sandals are really beautiful. The two-tone leather will go with just about anything. The foot bed has a nice soft cushioning. I have a very narrow foot and I ordered a half size smaller to get The proper fit. Might not be great for a wider foot or ankle. Great customer service in exchanging for proper size!

The footbed was fine for my flat feet. The strap across the top wer good, too. The opening for the heel was uncomfortable and rubbed. Sending them back.

I wanted these to work so bad but after returning size 6.5 and tried the 7 I knew these shoes were not for my foot. I have never bought a wide shoe but in these I think I would have to. Couldn't get my toes down enough to fit my foot correctly.

These are just huge. I ordered a half size down from my normal size 10 and the 9.5 are still too big. The style is great, although I wonder if the top buckle area would still be too big, even if I went down another half size. They're very attractive and I keep buying Earth shoes because the foot beds look so darn comfy, but haven't found a pair yet that fit. Not sure if I'll bother trying a full size down.
