Wow is all I can say! I had ordered no less than 20 pairs of sandals over a period of a month, looking for something sturdy and comfortable for a trip to Greece where I was averaging 10+ miles a day walking. I needed something that accommodated my wide toe area, didnt rub, could be dressed up, and wasnt a flip flop or slide that could pop off easily. Everyone I knew was telling me to get the Olokais which I did and immediately knew they would drive me crazy with that huge leather strap between the toes. Seemed like an instant blister to me so I returned. 5 days before my trip my Mom actually suggested looking at the Taos, and truthfully I thought they may be a little "mature" looking for me if you catch my drift, and they were pricey. I actually got a great deal on the yellow which also happens to be one of my favorite colors. These blew the rest out of the water and I can tell you as someone who used to throw tantrums as a kid when shoes were too tight or too uncomfortable (I didnt even have shoes with laces until I was almost a teenager because I hated tight shoes and clothing). I wore them for my entire 12 day vacation with ZERO issues. They are completely adjustable meaning you can widen them at your toes but tighten them at your heels. The foot bed is incredibly comfy, theyre light to pack, and they actually look adorable on. If I were to fault them on anything, they dont have a rugged sole, i.e. I wouldnt take them out on a trail, and they were ever so slightly slippery on marble (theres a lot of that in certain ancient sites in Greece) Nevertheless I would buy every color of these and take them everywhere. You cant go wrong with them.

I ordered these hoping to replace my 3 year old Taos Trophy sandals that have been the most comfortable sandals ever! I could walk miles in those sandals. Sadly, I was disappointed by the new version. The footbed is very flat with no toe bump and less cushion than my old sandals. They seemed much cheaper in quality and were much less comfortable. You might like these if you have never tried the old version, but I’m going to try something new. Taos, please bring back the old version of this sandal!

I bought a pair of TEVA Elizada sandals and these, with the intent of going with the Elizada but these as a second option. I am SO. GLAD. I got these. The TEVAs looked funny on my feet to me. Although I really loved the strappy toe area and it was the style of sandal I originally wanted, I decided to try on the Taos Trophy 2. They felt sooo good. Great arch support, and so soft and comfy on my feet. I wanted sandals for a summer cruise, to use on shore excursions, so I was looking for sandals with “active” soles but that were still going to look fashionable with a sundress or khakis. These sandals are so perfect. They have a very nice footbed, and the straps are all velcro and adjustable. The back heel strap has a nice soft bump to keep your heel from being rubbed raw by the strap, and the soles are very grippy so I’ll be less likely to slip on wet steps (although it won’t fix my klutzy tendencies entirely). I was really surprised by how nice these looked compared to the TEVAs as well. The TEVAs were just a wee bit too utilitarian—the wide ankle strap ruined it for me. The Taos sandals have all dainty straps, except for the main one up the middle. I’m very, very happy I tried the Taos Trophy 2, they’re definitely keepers!

I have had a pair of the original Trophy in silver for two years. I like something dressier than a Teva-type sandal but comfortable to go for a walk on a moments notice. These are very comfortable, good for walking, I can wear with a shorts or a casual skirt/dress, and they have lasted well. So I decided to pick up a couple pairs of the Trophy 2. I bought the Bronze and the Navy. There were a couple changes from the original design. I really like that all three straps are now adjustable. This also means that the t-strap can be on or off, which is great because for walking the shoe is more stable with the T, but for casual wear the shoe looks nicer without the T. On the other hand, I don't understand why they used the cutesy flowered footbed on the new model. I liked the plain footbed in the original version. The Bronze is a nice neutral. The Navy IS NOT navy. It can best be described as slate blue/gray. It's actually so neutral it can go with blue, black or gray (as shown in photo). If you want a true navy, do not buy this shoe.

These are the most comfortable, supportive sandals I have ever worn. The footbed is soft and the velcro straps make the shoe fit perfectly - even if you have an enlarged great toe joint like me. I will add that the color "navy" is not a true navy but a greyish navy. So it is a bit of an understated blue which I really like, classy. My favorite pair of blue sandals.

PAIN RELIEF! I'm 46, a cyclist, and suffer from plantar fasciitis and nerve damage in my left leg. I am not ready to be my grandmother with hideous comfort shoes, and yet "normal" shoes are NOT happening right now, or maybe ever. I cannot wear flats or heals without paying for it even worse for days. The outside part of both of my arches hurt all the time, and my heels feel like they are on fire almost always. Putting these shoes on honestly felt like a massage on my arches. The inside of the arches are not super high, the OUTSIDE arches are where there is actually more support and pain relief which is apparently what I've needed all this time. I've desperately purchased every pair of Vionic flip flops and sandals known to man and am embarrassed by wearing most of them outside of the house. I was mortified that they are secured with velcro but actually it's not noticeable at all (and super fast to put on and off which is nice), and I got tons of compliments on these shoes already. Getting ready to purchase more colors. Uploading an image but please ignore the Covid self-pedicure.

One fabulously comfortable sandal, TWO great looks! The moulded footbed makes this sandal SO comfortable, as do the three points of adjustment. I usually wear an 11N, but because of the adjustments in this shoe I can wear it too! THE HIDDEN PLUS - as another reviewer mentioned, you can take the "T" strap off for a completely different look - what's not to love about that?! I ordered it in Nude and Red, but the red is more like a burgundy, not a true red. No matter, it's still beautiful! am considering keeping it for a summer/fall sandal ... not sure yet. This sandal is a true winner!!

I love these sandals. Hard to look schnazzy when you are a size 12, but these did the job. Dress them up or down. Very comfortable and right away, too. Put them on and wore them all day shopping. These are adjustable at every point for an absolutely perfect fit. Love the back strap cushion too.

These shoes are soooo super comfy and they're a perfect fit! I wear a size 12, slightly narrow foot so it's often hard for me to find shoes that fit well, let alone sandals. Yes, I balked at the price initially but decided I needed comfort and quality and these sandals hit the mark! They're well made and all of the straps are adjustable for a truly custom fit. They have nice arch support and nice bottom grip, making them feel secure on the foot. The padding on the back of the ankle is a plus too! I'll definitely buy another pair.

Pleasantly surprised! Looks cute, not clunky like a lot of support sandals. Super comfortable right out of the box. I'll buy more!

These sandals are made of butter-soft leather, quite comfortable from day one. I love that all the straps are adjustable, so my ever so slightly narrow foot gets a perfect fit.

These are my favorite sandals..I consider them my walking ‘shoes’ in the summer. I literally can walk all day..shopping or an amusement park, and my feet do not hurt! I have problems with my feet, and generally have to wear sneakers (which I hate)! I ?? Sandals!

Last summer I found a pair of Taos "Beauty 2" sandals in a discount store and felt like I had scored the deal of the century. They are perfect in every way: quality, style, fit (I have very hi arches) and comfort. So much so , that I felt a second pair in the same size would be worth the investment. Alas, I have to send these back. The size 7 footbed is just too short....my big toe rubs against the rise along the edge of the footbed and extends the tiniest bit over the edge at the front. Just enough to bug me. This sandal is a different style which could account for the inconsistency. Pretty sure the 8 would be too big. I am a 7.5 and the "7 is too small, 8 is too big" is a common problem for me. Sure wish they made 1/2 sizes! I still rated them hi because it is a great sandal and I'll try again when some new styles come out.

Incredibly comfortable and with plenty of adjustment capability. I have very wide feet and am technically a size 10.5. I ordered size 11 and couldn't be happier. These are intended to be my go-to warm weather walking shoes and I'm taking them to Greece at the end of the summer. I've had them several months now and they were comfy right off the bat, still in great shape after wearing for a while. I'd think they'd last me at least 3 summers wearing continuously. I really like the way they look with skirts and dresses. Classy, but still practical enough for all stone streets and wooded paths.

These are super comfortable sandals and I personally think they're cute! I do wish they came in half sizes. However, unlike other reviewers and the Taos website recommendations, I sized down and not up. In sandals, I hate having a footbed that is too long! With these, my foot fits completely on the 7, but the 8s felt like I would trip over the extra length at my heels and toes (and I do wear an 8 in boots and running shoes; 7-7.5 in most other styles). I also have a very high arch and usually wear a wide width, so I love that these can be adjusted in 3 places to accommodate these things.

These are keepers. Super cushiony in the footbed and padded strap on the ankle. I took off my Keen Sandals to wear these the rest of the day. That's how nice they feel on your feet. I'm a 7.5, but the 8's fit perfect.

True confessions....this is my fifth pair of these sandals. All in different colors. I can wear them comfortably all day, even with lots of walking. They are the best fitting sandal I have ever owned. I hope they make them forever!

Bought these on a great sale in grey size 8 (normally wear a 7.5) and they are wonderful. I love grey and they are light enough that they can pass as a muted white. So I'm coming back for another pair in black! Bonus: I can walk anywhere in these sandals. They are not clunky, they are stylish and have enough thin straps for support that don't make the sandal look so naked on the foot . Cute with a dress, shorts, skirts, jeans, etc. I wore these traveling on the plane and a long time in a shoe and NO problems!! Highly recommend. (I too have a high arch and for a sandal I feel a good amount of arch support).

Because of the adjustable straps on this sandal I ordered a 9. I'm usually a 9N but many reviews suggested that these could fit because the straps had velcro. Yes, they did fit after adjusting the straps but I did not like the look of these on my narrow foot. They looked and felt "clunky" to me. They are very well made, however.

This is my second pair and Taos has improved them even further. You can adjust every strap with the velcro closures which makes adjustment easy and allows my narrow feet to fit perfectly. No loose straps. These are quality materials and my last pair had heavy use for 7 years and still look great. What I appreciate most is the arch support with a firm (but not hard) footbed. My podiatrist would approve!

This is a great shoe for those dealing with plantar fasciitis. It provides the arch support I need for my low arches. I found the T-strap style not flattering, so I cut off the "T" with no loss of support. People ask me about my cute sandals.

These sandals were comfortable right out of the box. Though I usually wear a narrow width (not available for this sandal), the velcro strap allowed me to make the medium width snug and secure. I purchased them in white but am considering additional colors because this pair fits so well.

Good fit! I love Taos sandals.... a little thin to wear for long periods of time because I pronate on the left foot because of tibial tendon injury. Will also try a more substantial pair. I have very narrow, bony feet, with long ties! Hard to fit!!Thank you, Zappos for making it easy for me to return so many shoes!!

This is my second pair! I love these sandals. Put them on and forget it for the day. Dress or casual, both fit. Very adjustable, too. I have large feet and I don’t look like I’m wearing the shoeboxes. So glad I found them.

Haven’t had too many chances to wear these, but so far they’ve been ok...I’m a bit worried they’re too short. My toes come *right* up to the edge (on my larger foot), and I worry I’m sliding forward and off the shoe. A half size up would’ve been perfect. But the fact that these can be adjusted in three places makes them really appealing for a hard-to-fit foot, so I’ve decided to stick it out and keep messing with the straps until they work for me. :D
