Munro Yuma is a great shoe. The platform gives you extra height without exerting too much pressure on your feet. I first ordered size 8 W and then decided to try the 7 1/2 W which turned out to be a perfect fit. Of course, Zappos and its free return policy credited my account for the first pair in its usual excellent fashion! Another shoe company made me pay for my own shipping when I had to return a pair of shoes. I'll only order from Zappos from now on!

I am in total agreement with several of the reviews already posted. I have big toe arthritis and a high arch and it is almost impossible to find a comfortable heel I can wear all evening at a formal event without pain. This shoe is not only the most comfortable dress shoe I have worn, I received many complements on them. They actually look stylish and were perfect with the maxi dress I wore with them to a recent event. They also look great with short dresses, skirts and pants. They are pricey but so worth it! I consider them an investment. I am still amazed that they felt so wonderful right out of the box.

Bought this tan sandal because the Munro brand is known for comfort. The price made me gasp, but thought it might be worth a try if it would save my feet. I am pleased to report that this sandal fit like a glove and the inside is so soft! I wore these sandals off and on for two weeks and then ordered them in black. I wear a size 4 and feel that they're true to size.

I really do love this shoe! So comfortable it feels like I am wearing tennis shoe. Great width (WW) my foot slides straight in and feels secure.

I can't wait for open toe weather. These shoes are so comfortable. I ordered the 9 1/2 WW. The upper hugs your foot so the shoe feels secure. The pitch of the shoe feels like a very small heel. Munro continues to make cute, quality shoes for WW feet - thank you!

These shoes fit like a glove. That happens so rarely that at first I thought they might be too tight but they are perfect. They are cushioned and extremely comfortable. I bought the black snake style. They almost look like an "old lady" shoe but they are so comfortable I am keeping them anyways.

I ordered this shoe 1/2 size larger than my normal size per other's recommendation. I ordered a medium width & a wide width.
This style was very unflattering on my foot. The "V" shape created by the cross of the 2 straps was exactly where my tailor's bunion is, & emphasized it more than any other shoe I've tried. The wider width didn't emphasize it as much, but then the strap on the other side gapped.
Both pair went back.
The style was comfortable, but this shoe is too expensive to keep an unflattering style.

I ordered these in Wide..... they CLEARLY run narrow! I had to return them. Tried to order double-wide (which I have NEVER had to order before!), but they are out of stock. I recommend going up in the width when ordering.

I have these in red. I loved them enough to put an insert into them so my narrow foot would not swim around in them; but, they still feel a bit loose and not the easiest to walk in.

These shoes are beautiful. And they fit perfectly, which is no mean feat when you wear size 5 EE! Sadly, I felt that the platform without ankle support was unstable. The first day I wore them the shoe turned and I fell--spraining an ankle, wrist, and bruising ribs. I hated to have to return these shoes, as I loved them SO much, but just too risky. I am exchanging for another Munro style.

When are Trotters, SAS, Munro, Walking Cradles, etc and the like going to get out of this frumpy 80 something-year-old styles and add some modern younger designs to their lines? Elderly women aren't the only ones who wear narrow shoes and when I do find a 10.5 narrow they are so old looking I'd go barefoot before I would wear them. When I do find one that fits and the style is okay, the price is astronomical! This is ridiculous. Those styles haven't changed in the last 25 years.

I was soooo disappointed when I received these shoes. I had very high hopes about them fitting nicely -- especially because Munro is such a well-respected brand. These shoes run VERY small. I could barely get my foot into them. Sadly I had to return them for a refund.

I loved this pair of shoes. They fit like a glove and were comfortable yet stylish. I am writing this review in past tense though, because after a few months of moderate wear, the glue holding the sole of the shoe to the heel gave way. I took the shoes to have them repaired, and the problem quickly happened again. Great shoes, but I expect much better quality for $175.

These are my first pair of Munros. Some of the things I dislike about them are probably true for all Munro shoes, so I doubt I'll try this brand again.
First, what I like: I like the fact that they come in so many widths (great for my super-wide feet), and I really like the style of these, with the chunky heel and platform that doesn't look frumpy.
What I DO NOT like: They have a weird lining material (Zappos calls it "microfiber"; the Munro website calls it "comfortable polyester") that is crazily HOT. The skin on my feet where the straps are feels like it's on fire--and this is after just a few minutes. I wore them once for 10 minutes with tights (I know that sounds weird; it wasn't a planned fashion choice), and when I took them off, the fabric of my tights was soaked with sweat in the exact shape of the crossed straps. I could never make it through a whole day in these sweat-boxes. No other reviews mention this lining problem, though, so maybe I'm just especially sensitive about this and it doesn't bother anyone else. But . . . how can people stand this? (At this price, they should have a leather lining.)
Another quality I don't like: I'm not a fan of the super "arch support" thing. I know for a lot of people that's what makes the sale, but I find fierce built-up arch support very irritating and uncomfortable. I realize that Munro is considered a "comfort" shoe, so the arch support is a big deal. I get that. I don't dislike the arch support as much as I do the sizzlingly-hot, much-cheaper-than-real-leather lining.
I'm keeping them because I really need some grown-up summer shoes right now, but they won't be the ones I live in, unfortunately.

very cheap looking, as the stitching on the leather was uneven, and edge rough in some spots. Definitely not worth the $175. Returned.
