I'm currently in college and use this backpack for school. It has enough room to carry my laptop, books, notebooks- you name it. I love that even when it is heavy to carry it feels like the weight is evenly distributed amongst the shoulders. The way this North Face backpack has been made doesn't strain my back like my prevoius backpack did when I would carry a heavier load. I only wish it had one more big pocket so that I could carry even more things. I love that it's stylish and large enough to carry a good amount of things.

I really like the style and color of this backpack, it's very sleek and good quality. It's also very comfortable with good padding and durable. I like how many pockets there are in it too. It doesn't fit as many things in it as I hoped when I saw how big it was online. It is very difficult to load books into it as well and it's pretty stiff. The product shipped pretty fast, and in good condition.

This bag is really nice, good matirial, but the hard backing for the laptop make the bag very unflexable and halrd to fill due to how stiff it is in the main section. Overall its a great bad I just would be mlre happy if the laptop sections was optional or allowed for better movment.

I have last year's model of this backpack in the grey and purple color. Right now, it is the fullest it has ever been, and it has 8 3-prong folders, 3 textbooks (Algebra 2, Anatomy and Physiology, and AP U.S History... We're not talking about little ones here), a pencil pouch, my agenda planner, two calculators (1 scientific, 1 graphing), my piccolo, a stainless steel waterbottle, a 200 page hardback, two paperbacks, an iPad, a folding Bluetooth keyboard, a phone, and various small things. Admittedly, this is probably overloading the bag. I also probably should have bought a larger bag. However, it would be nice if it could fit my gym bag. From a durability standpoint, so far it's been awesome. I carry all of my stuff around (minus the gym bag) all day during school (7a-3p) and there's no noticeable fraying. The capacity is lower than my big Nike Elite basketball bag, but this bag distributes the weight better and has more comfortable straps. All in all, I like it.

I am a college student and use this backpack everyday. It is very comfortable and I can fit all my school items in it for the whole day. The only thing is is the backpack is slightly on the heavy side, but overall is a great backpack and would recommend!

I love the Borealis Backpack. This is my 2nd purchase of this style, I had to repurchase because my other one ripped in one of the straps. Therefore I went with the same style and I am so happy I did! Holds my laptop, charger, notebook, 32 oz water bottle, and other personal items throughout the day comfortably. The only downside to this new version of the Borealis is that the straps hurt your shoulders with the padding being a lot harder than the other style of the Borealis. Maybe it is because it is brand new and hasn't been worn down a little, but just the only issue that came up with this backpack. Other than that I recommend this backpack to any full-time college student looking for an easy way to carry their things around campus!

I'm officially a freshman this year for college, and having a backpack that provides support is very important since there's lots of walking around the campus for me. My original backpack from highschool was hurting my back due to how much it dragged my back when I carried my stuff, so I decided that I would buy a new backpack. I saw that Northface was very popular among other students, so I went ahead and ordered one of the most high-rated models. I'm pretty satisfied with my Northface backpack, and I use it everyday. At first the back of he backpack was unusual for me because it has a board-like support inside, but after a while I realized how much support it provided. The mesh on the straps were also very scratchy, but only irritates me when I were a sleeveless top. Besides from that, I think this backpack is very useful, and I would recommend it.

I use this product to go to classes around my university and so far it has been very comfortable. I have enough space to load all of my books and a computer with out having to cram things in. The only con wth the back is that the zipper can be a little difficult sometimes.

I bought this backpack for my college student. She rides a scooter to get around and we needed something functional and safe. This backpack hits on all the marks!

I use this backpack for college and it helps keep everything in place and it holds a lot of things. The only thing is that the shoulder pads are to rough and it hurts my shoulders.

Living in southeast Alaska there is no shortage or mountains to climb trails to run and beaches to camp on! This backpack works great for all of these things if it's a nice day. I have used it in the rain a lot and it does fairly well but with how hard it rains here it has its moments which you can't really hold against the backpack because it's not really built for that kind of weather, it sits really nice on long hikes and can actually carry a medium heavy load. I think this backpack is a great car camping bag just due to its size it can really be put anywhere and not be in the way all the time with a lot of pockets for your more expensive items/ electronics. This backpack is an all around great backpack and have already told a lot of people about it and love to see others with it to see what they have to say! Happy adventures everyone.

I bought this backpack for my older daughter for school a couple years ago and it's been great. I just got the same one for my younger daughter and she loves it too. It costs more than some backpacks but it's worth it because it is made so well.
