This backpack is even better in person! When it showed up I was surprised how roomy it is and well constructed.

Great pack for traveling. Laptop fits great in the laptop sleeve and no issues going through TSA during travel. Enough pockets to utilize them properly and not just start shoving stuff in pockets. Would highly recommend this pack to people.

This backpack is perfect for weekend trips, overnighters or daily use as a gym bag and work bag. It's comfortable and stylish but also functional. I really like the organization the pack allows. I like everything to have a place and I can definitely do that with this pack.

I use it for school and it's great! It holds my laptop perfect and my laptop is huge! Overall it's really spacious and durable and It really is an awesome pack!

This is my sons backpack and he loves it, roomy enough for all his books and carries his music equipment in it on the weekends.

This is my first northface backpack and I'm glad it turns out to be the best . It has a great style and choice of colours. It fits my 15 inch HP spectre laptop really well. To me the number of pockets are really the reason I chose this. Right from the space for keeping your specs and the mesh pockets it's an amazing bag. It is so durable and doesn't feel like you wearing it on your shoulder. Must buy !!!

The pack is great. I love all of the storage/utility pockets. I selected personal but only because I couldn't select personal and work. I use it daily for work but also as a personal bag for traveling and for hiking if I'm going for a day or less. I would 100% recommend this bag to EVERYONE!

Backpack came as a different color than what the images on the website showed. I expected a lighter grey. It looks more like a black backpack

I use my backpack for everyday use, to and from school, and once and awhile for the gym. This back pack has enough compartments to keep my Mac book, books, and supplies organized and secure. I will not be buying another product from a different company after receiving my Surge Transit Backpack. The color scheme I chose was the black and grey, but the grey is more appealing than I anticipated. I am highly satisfied with my purchase!

I use this bag to carry my computer and class materials, and also my gym clothes-sneakers, etc. I've also used it as a "personal item" on flights-just small enough to get by, though I doubt it would qualify under their strictest measurements.

So far, this product has been amazingly durable! Not only is it extremely roomy and is littered with accessory pockets, the backpack itself is durable too. I was on a slight hill so I jumped down and accidentally hit the backpack hard against a sharp rock and surprisingly, nothing happened to the backpack.

This backpack is simply perfect. I Carry my 15 inch laptop and about 20-30 pounds worth of books, (not including my school supplies) so you do the math. Super comfortable padding for both your back and shoulders for all day comfort. Have gotten a lot of compliments on this pack too, I have the navy blue. Definitely worth the money.

I use it mostly for school, and some travelling. I would recommend on getting rid of the straps

Very nice design. Durable and light. This is the second backpack from the same design and I liked it a lot. I am planning for the third one for my wife.

It's an excellent bag that we're really enjoying! I got it for my wife & I thought it would be a bit big on her since she is 5'4 but it works excellent! She wears it everywhere! Super spacious & versatile! We can't wait to hike with it as well!

Back pack was a gift, it works great for my son who uses for computer and carrying work materials. Great workmanship and design

Excellent back pack, the weight distribution is great, however seems a bit bulky.

My son loves his new backpack. He uses it for school and it is an upgrade from his previous non-NF pack. There is plenty of room for his books and there is special areas for his laptop, phone and headphones, making them easily accessible. He says it is light and comfortable.

I have been looking for a backpack that I can use for daily office use and outdoor activities at the same time for quite some time. One with enough pockets for me to store my things in order the way I like it. Surge Transit fits my needs. My only disappointment was that the zippers are not red as I have imagined they would be, instead they are more of brown than red. Pity! I would have loved it even more with eye-catching red! :)
