The Care Kit worked WONDERFULLY. I’ve had this pair of Uggs since 2012 and they have been well loved and worn every season, but haven’t been cleaned or treated in 7 years. I followed the directions exactly as noted as the bottle and was really blown away by the results. Leaving them to dry for 24 hours after cleaning with the toes stuffed with paper towels also helped to restore some structure. Also glad that a little bit went a long way and know that I’ll get many uses from the cleaner, protector and freshener. Will definitely be using more frequently from here on out!

GREAT. I use this to take care of my Ugg boots, especially the pre-treater to protect from rain and snow. Doesn’t turn your Uggs into rain or snow boots, but prevents them from getting ruined if they get a little wet. I give this as a gift when I gift Uggs as well.

I used the eraser on a pair of winter boots (non UGG) and found it to be surprisingly effective with little effort.

It's intended purpose was to get a current stain out of my new ugg boots and it did not. In fact it created a larger stain and made them worse. Also I used the cleaners on my old ugg boots and it literally did NOTHING to even clean them.

After wearing my UGGS in the snow without protecting them first, I was worried they were ruined from the salt and water penetration. Thankfully I bought the care/cleaning kit and my UGGS look almost as good as new. The kit came with protector so I will be sure to treat them before wearing them in the snow or rain again.

I used this product on my pair of brand new boots because something spilled on my boots in my suit case and I used this solution and it messed my boots completely up! I never got a chance to wear my $180 boots, they look wet when they are actually dry

At first I was iffy about buying this thinking it wouldn't help the snow water marks and the salt stains come out! I did exactly what the instructions told me to do and boy they look brand new almost. Only a little bit of color change but I can't wait to wear them again

Works well to get unwanted stains/dirt off. YouTube tutorials are great, as well as the clip that is provided on website. Worth the $$ spent on it, will stock up once I run out.

Everything is great about this product. I have my UGG boots for 3 years now. I have a navy blue pair and the bedazzled tan color. It removed the dirt as expected and the insole deodorizer smelled really good and fresh. I ended up using a regular sponge that you would normally wash dishes with. You know yellow on one side and green on the rough side. I used the soft yellow side and it worked well.

I needed this kit so bad. I ordered some Gita uggs and they were not water resistant like the other uggs. I wore them out on a day when it was wet outside and kind of messed up the outside material. I got this kit and fixed up my uggs and now they're looking brand new. It comes with a whole lot of nice things to make your uggs look nice. I recommend this. It has so much stuff in it that it'll last me a really long time because it has nice size bottles. It comes in a pretty cute ugg box too. Glad I got to make my uggs pretty again :)

I just got some gita ugg boots and they were not the water resistant ones. The first day I wore them the material on the outside of the boots got damaged. With this kit, I was easily able to repair my boots and make them look brand new. Now I can wear them without the fear of messing them up. This kit comes with a lot of nice things that can help fix up your uggs.

This Ugg Cleaning Kit is an Ugg product necessity!! This kit is an essential when maintaining your Ugg products! It can be used to maintain, clean, and restore Ugg products. If you're going to buy one of the sprays/cleaners you might as well purchase the whole kit to get more bang for your buck! This is also a great gift to give to family/friends who have Ugg products!

I was interested in the ugg kit because I wanted to keep my boots clean & finally decided to buy. I wanted to clean my boots so I decided to go ahead and use the cleaner. I didn't know if I was using it correctly so I pulled up a YouTube video and it stated to clean the boots & allow 24 hours to dry. I really only cleaned the top of my boots because I just got them a month ago and they are still in good condition. After cleaning my boots they started to dry & I noticed that my boots were turning a ashy white color & I felt on my boots & they felt very stiff. I left dry for a day and they still looked the same, I am very upset that I paid $200 for these boots and then decided to buy this ugg kit and it did more harm than good. Other than that, I would use everything else in the kit but be careful of that cleaner.

just spent $250+ on @ugg and the UGG cleaner just for the Ugg cleaner to ruin my Uggs to a unrepairable extent. When I called about the warranty (still have warranty on the Uggs as well as the Ugg cleaner product) they refund or replacement shoe, they told me no! And blamed me for the damage. I stated that I watched the YouTube video posted by UGG directly on how to clean the shoes and that the product ruined it. They refused to send a replacement and told me I would have to buy another. Why would I want to spend my money with this company again? It feels like such a loss and I'm so upset my money was wasted like this. DO NOT BUY THE UGG CLEANER. You have better luck going to a dry cleaners.
