I'd been searching for a perfect white sneaker for a couple of months now. Most of the ones I tried on felt too bulky, looked cheap, or didn't look feminine enough to wear with a classic skirt. I think I finally found the ones. I was stalking them for a while as all stores were out of popular sizes in white color. I finally snagged them when Zappos restocked. These sneakers seem well-made, they are versatile and would look good with a skirt or leggings, but at the same time, they have an interesting detail on their sides - the crocodile logo, so they are not just plain Jane white. The insole is very cushion-y and supportive. They fit like like a glove without any weird bulging in the lace area and do not make my feet look bulky (my feet are on the bigger side). They do run much larger though. Since this is a European brand, their European sizes are spot on, but they do not convert right to the US sizes. For example, I usually wear 8.5 and these sneakers in 7.5 were perfect. If you know your size in European shoes, the conversion chart can be found on Lacoste's website.

Order only 1/2 size down, not full. I ordered a full size down after looking at the Lacoste website (which indicates that a 7 is a Euro 38)-- that was a mistake. I normally wear an 8 US/38 Euro, in these shoes I wear a 7.5 U.S.

I really like these shoes! They brought back the nostalgia of my early teen years when Izod Lacoste reined supreme.

Really cute and well made shoes that will go with anything. I normally wear an 8.5 in regular shoes and a 9 in running shoes. After reading other reviews, I ordered one size down, but that was a mistake. I would say these are true to size. If you are between sizes, maybe go a half size down. The 7.5 in these was way too small. I think my normal 8.5 would’ve been perfect. I will say, the leather is a bit stiff and would take some time to break in. I would definitely need to wear a decent sock with them.

Purchased size 5 but it was too small so I exchanged it. For me this fits true to size. The shoes is very comfy and soft.. Will recommend it!

I bought these in 2019 and wore them a lot. When they got dirty and stinky, I would spray bleach on the inside, let them sit for 10, take a toothbrush and soap to the out side, and throw them in the wash. Air dry and they were back to pristine. I did that about 10 times over the years and they did not fall apart and still look great. I'm only here to get another pair because the tread has worn down on the sole and that can be dangerous on certain surfaces. I did the math and in 4 years these cost me .00006164 less than 1 cent a day

Very pretty on the foot. Flattering taper at toe, but not so much it pinches.

I love these shoes - they go great with anything! I’m between a 7 and 7.5 depending on the shoe so I went with a 7 and they fit perfect. Still roomy in width. Very comfortable. Walked around the village in them after our dinner and no issues. I wear the thin, low socks with them. I want to buy another pair so I have them when these get worn out!

I liked this shoe but am returning it for a smaller size and for the canvas rather than leather. I am usually sz 8 but in gym shoes 8.5 I ordered 8.5 but they were large. I ordered the Straightset BL 2 in size 8 and they are perfect. The leather was great if you like that much support. I felt confined. I was looking for a casual gym shoe for everyday a little more slouchy.

Great looking and fitting shoe! I am an 8.5 in athletic shoes and boots and went with an 8.5 in these as well. Perfect fit because I wanted to be able to slide them on and off. Flattering height and great structure for a very on trend look. ??

These are perfect. They have the right amount of support, especially if you need a daily shoe. I ordered these in my usual size.

I loved the simple look of this shoe. I was concerned that the tinny pinch of my baby toe would be a long time easing. The leather is quite firm. Beautiful good looking white sneaker for sure!

These shoes look great with everything. It has some arch support and they are true to size. They look great with skinny jeans and leggings. The quality is great and they are easy to clean if they get dirty.

I absolutely love these. They're plain without being boring, and look sleek and modern with a skirt or jeans. I looked a long time to find this particular look and have had Lacoste sneakers before that were wonderfully comfortable but that were just getting too worn to wear well. These last, and they're worth the price. Highly recommend!

I love these shoes so much. I bought them for a trip around Europe and they were super comfortable and stylish. And since they are leather they were easy to wipe off. They do keep your feet warm, so I didn't wear them when it was very hot, but I wear them all the time- for the last year. I finally am ordering another pair of the exact same ones since they have gotten scuffed now and also my teen daughter has starting wearing them all the time. So they are cool for all ages. I ordered 1/2 size up from my normal and they are perfect, but probably I could have ordered my regular size and they would have been fine too.

I had forgotten about Lacoste until I saw these and fell in love with them on the Zappos site. I followed another reviewers advice and sized a full size down. I wear an 8.5 and the 7.5 fit perfectly. Super comfy, this type of leather will feel a little snug at first but shapes out to the form of your foot. Breaking them in does not mean blisters, just snug the first couple of wears. They are super confy and stylish. I wipe them down every wear just to keep them sparkling white.

Buy this shoe, you need to lower the number, the shoes are very comfortable.

LOVE THESE SHOES!!!! Great minimalist vibe without being obnoxiously trendy. Be aware: they are women’s UK sizes roughly converted to women’s US sizes, so go with a whole size down— I’m an 8.5 US women’s and got a 7.5 that fits perfectly. If you’re looking for a great pair of white shoes, GET THESE!!!

These shoes run somewhat large. I had to buy inserts so make them fit better. But with the inserts they are very comfortable and really cute!

If you have a bunion, I wouldn’t recommend.

I like these shoes. I bought them for a trip to Paris and walked in them for miles. My only complaint is the tongue keeps sliding to the outside on each shoe. This causes the leather at the bottom of the laces near the toe, to pucker on one side. I’ve tried lacing them differently through the slit in the tongue - no success. It looks sloppy if I don’t correct it whenever I sit. The fit is perfect and they looked great in my photos.

These are classy sneakers that can be worn with almost anything (I purchased the white color.) They are very comfortable but run at least a half size large. Luckily, I listened to the other reviewers and ordered a half size down from my normal sneaker size. For reference, I wear a size 8 in normal shoes and anywhere from an 8.5-9.0 in running shoes. In sneakers I wear a size 7.5 in Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars and 8.5 in Pumas. I purchased a 7.5 in the Lacoste Straightset and could probably have even gone down to a size 7.0. I'm keeping the 7.5's that I ordered and will just wear thicker socks. I purchased them for my upcoming vacation to Florida....and the alligator logo will fit right in! :)

Looks fine but the leather is stiff. Certainly, not the most comfortable shoes. I liked the style, so kept them for the short walks, had to buy an extra cushion for the heel, though.

These look trim in the description image, but they are a disappointing huge. Maybe it was because at least a half size larger on me, but they also looked huge. Good leather.
