Really cute shoe, but a tad too wide for me.

I love these shoes! So cute. But they are quite an investment, hence them only getting 4 stars overall. For the price, I need to see how they wear long-term before they would earn 5 stars. I usually wear size 8, but I did decide to go up a half-size to get a slightly better fit. Good thing Zappos has free returns!

I love the look of these shoes. They are pretty comfortable too. My only problem has been the painted medallion on the top. The paint started to chip off within a few months. I'm not hard on shoes at all. I think all it takes is lightly bumping them on a chair leg or other common activity to start a chip. Zappos was great about sending me a new pair. Maybe I had a bad set. I do get lots of compliments.

Loved how these shoes fit - I didn't love just how shiny they were. If you are okay with the shininess you will love these. Fit true to size and had some nice support. Probably will purchase in another color.

These were the first ballet flats I have been able to put on and wear immediately! They don't cut off the circulation in my feet or leave blisters. They are a bit wider than I would like them to be but otherwise, they are great!

I have admired these shoes for a couple of years but haven't taken the leap. Finally I ordered them and am so disappointed they won't work for me. They are soft and comfortable with pretty good padding on the bottom and it seems like the heels won't rub. BUT, the edge of the shoe goes right over the edge of the large toe joint on the side of the foot. I don't have bunions but that joint is a little bony and it was painful. Maybe it would stretch out eventually but I don't think I could wear them long enough for that to happen. A wide shoe would be too wide so unfortunately they have to go back. So sad!

They're comfortable for short periods. Have no arch support whatsoever, but I've resigned myself to story Burch flats having that issue. The one fatal flaw they have, as travel flats, when I go through TSA Pre-Check with my shoes on these set off the metal detector. Overall, a nice idea, but not perfect.

I had some old silver Tory Burch flats that needed to be replaced so I ordered these. WOW - these are like Wizard of Oz sparkly! Yuck. Sent them back. The original TB flats were a more subtle silvery/gray and not so blingy. Wish they kept that shade instead. But I found and loved the 9 West D'Orsay flat in a nice subtle silver.

These shoes are super cute and are way more comfortable than the Reva flats I bought 4 years ago. That said, I bought these in Gold less than 2 months ago and the gold finish seems to wear off SUPER easily. I have big scuff marks on a few different spots on these flats and I have worn them maybe 5 times. They don't have the same resiliency that the smooth leather does. Sort of regretting my purchase because I know I won't get years of wear out of these like I did my black leather Revas. A shame, because they are WAY more comfortable!

Interior stitching at toe of L shoe rubs against one's (my} big toe. Same issue in R shoe, but not as uncomfortable. Ordered another pair: perhaps an anomaly--hoping replacement pair doesn't have same defect.

I coveted these and was on the waiting list for the tortoise. I finally got them, anticipating being in love with them like so many of these amazing reviews. Unfortunately, they weren't a good for cot me (literally), and I sent them back. They squeak with every step, have zero support, and are generally uncomfortable. Additionally, and somewhat surprisingly, I didn't like the look of them in person. They looked a little on the cheap side and a little matronly, with the huge plastic logo. I've seen TB flats on others and they always look so chic, but these missed the mark for me.

Most uncomfortable shoes - they aren't wide enough and rub across the toes.

Absolutely in love with this shoe. I got them in the black color with the gold emblem. I had to return these because they squeaked with every step. I was so sad to have to return these.

Slightly tight on the toe (I usually have to size up in Tory Burch flats). Love the style and color, very versatile. Provides a polished and conservative look with skirts or ankle pants.

These are super cute and pretty comfortable. The color is spot on to the photo. Nicely made. I own a few pairs of these and they always travel well. My joints are picky so I have one star down because I need to use insoles. That being said, a bit more padding would be nice.

Pretty and soft

All my shoes are size 9-1/2 but these pinched my toes, so I had to return them. Since Zappos didn't have size 10 in the colors I wanted, I ordered them directly from Tory Burch (and received a 15% discount). They're a tiny bit long, but at least they don't pinch my toes. They're really cute, nice leather, perfect for going out for dinner or other short events. I couldn't wear them all day long for sure. Not as comfortable as Nine West or Toms, but they look better.

This shoe is a winner for fit and look and versatile to go with lots of outfits. Love the brand and Zappos!
