When I tried on this shoe, I felt like one of Cinderella's ugly stepsisters. I ordered 9 Wide and my foot could barely squeeze into this. I don't think ordering a size up would solve the problem. It was not a length issue, it simply was not wide.

Positives: Adorable shoes, and much more comfortable and well made then most other espadrilles or cloth shoes; with good cushioning in the sole. Negatives: Run an entire size too small. I compared them to other shoes in my closet and these were a full half inch shorter. Because I wear a 12, a larger size is not available. They are also narrow which I happen to like; but may not be for you if you are a true medium or wide. I own several pairs of VanEli shoes as they used to be very true to size, but over last 18 months that seems to have changed. Zappos please ask the manufacturer to get back to true sizing!

Great looking shoe, sizing is impossible. I have a 7.5, M foot and I could not get these on! Very frustrating!!

Runs small, but great looking shoe

Runs quite small. I've worn many Vanelli shoes in the past, but never had this issue.

I have a very narrow foot and these fit perfectly. They are comfortable and cute. Have them in black. Zappos customer service is the BEST.

Wow. Such a disappointment. These are cute shoes but they run so small. I ordered a full size larger and they are so narrow. Plus my toes would push thru the top in no time. They also were in a generic box..no name brand or size info on the box.

I can't believe how small this shoes is. I normally wear size 5 for sneakers and size 4 to 4.5 for high heels. Normally size 5 is a little big big for me, but this shoes, I ordered size 5 and I could barely squeeze my feet in the shoes. I will try to order size 6 since the cushion felt really comfy with the perfect 1" high that I was looking for.

I have narrow feet and sometimes order narrows, depending on the shoe. These are CRAZY narrow! My first order was the medium, and my narrow foot barely fit in it. I then ordered the wide, since the shoes are super cute. I would consider the wide to fit like a normal "narrow" shoe, with a bit wider heal.

i tired these shoes in 7 and 7 1/2 wide. my foot did not fit in either shoe. i think that they would be great for narrow to medium width sizes, as they certainly do not even remotely accomodate a wide foot. style wise, they are a very cute, somewhat dressy espadrille. thank you to zappos for having a program that lets me try many pairs of shoes with no shipping costs!
