Seems fairly true to size other than maybe a wee bit narrow if wearing heavy socks. I would size up a 1/2 size for heavy socks. Returning though because the arch is too high for my flat feet and is causing knee pain. I have to admit these look very cheaply made.

I tried this shoe in a variety of sizes and widths to determine which was best for me, and I'd say it was true to size. My foot is on the wider side, but the "wide" version was WAY too big for me. The sole on this shoe is quite firm, which I'm not really used to, but they are attractive and fit well, so I'll adjust to the firm sole.

Great tennis shoe! Fits really well on my high-arch feet. I usually wear a size 8, and the size 8's in this shoe definitely fit better than the 8.5s, which I also tried. So I'd say these fit true-to-size. For me, New Balance shoes are always more comfortable than their overly narrow counterparts in Nike and Adidas.

I love these shoes. the mesh uppers accommodate my wide foot well.

It seemed like most people recommended going up half a size, so even though I wear an 8 I ordered 8.5. They were definitely too big and I had to return them.

These are very comfortable but I was looking for a soft blue. I really don't know how to explain the color... they are between a blue and a gray. I put them next to a blue shirt and they look more gray and next to a gray shirt they look blue.

I have always found New Balance shoes to be comfortable and have a "true to size" fit. I have high arches and these shoes feel great after long dog walks. Definitely would recommend these.

really comfortable sneaker. I wear them to the gym. However, the first pair I ordered, after about a week of wearing them, the part of the sole was lifting, like it wasn't well glued. I talked to a Zappos team member, and they replaced the sneaker, and I'm loving them. Really comfortable, fit true to size. I use them on the elliptical, treadmill, spin class, etc.

I usually wear size 8 but know that NB run smaller, so I ordered 8.5 women's and they fit perfectly. were comfortable and the colors are cool. A great shoe at a great price!

These shoes are very comfortable. I wear them as work shoes. I am an RN and work long hours on my feet. The New Balance 680v4 keep my feet comfortable all day long.

Shoe Feels as comfortable as a Slipper..Having the proper width an Correct shoe Size makes all the Difference...Soo Very Comfortable my Toes dont feel Cramped..New Balance Makes the Withs for a Comfortable shoe..Do you see Nike doing that ?? Nope!

Love these shoes. I wanted them just because they look good but was pleased they are comfortable as well. I wear them to the gym with my insole for my high arches and they support my feet well. I would definitely buy these again.

Love the style and the comfort! I have been trying to find a comfortable pair of sneakers that are wide during which I purchased and returned many! Thankfully these are perfect!

I like the shoe color and the arch support but the heel sits too high for the rest of the foot and it causes pain on the front of my knees. After walking for about 5 minutes, they get uncomfortable. I did not wear them very often and when I did I was sorry. My only regret is that I did not return them in the required time frame.

Love New Balance shoes, they do run small, so I sized up a half size and ordered the wide for comfort. They are very comfortable and room.. I'd buy them again.

I liked these shoes in terms of the style and size, but as I walked, where the shoe flexed over my toes was hitting the tops of my toes. They also came up high around the inside of my ankle bone and was rubbing, so I returned them.

I used to wear size 11N but now that I have orthotics, I needed to order 1/2 larger. NB was suggested, because they have a removeable insole, and I know that they run 1/2 size smaller. I ordered 12B. I removed the insole and found that the front half of the shoe was really too large, even with my orthotics. I replaced the insole and put the orthotics over it and it fits perfectly now.

I'm on a never ending quest for sneakers and I thought these would be the "one". Unfortunately these were small in the toe box with little to no cushioning at end of the shoe.

I thought these were going to be great shoes, so I kept them. But, would not buy them again. While my old shoes have been New Balance, unfortunately, I've realized that for an 8.5D, these are both a bit narrower and definitely short in length, compared to others. They are heavier than I realized and the synthetics, especially around the toe, make them hotter than expected. Also, they are absolutely mesh, so if you use them out on a trail or in the garden, expect to have really dirty feet.

This was the first NB shoe that I purchased that was made on the larger size. I probably should have returned and gotten a half size smaller but since I use them for walking I kept them hoping socks would take away some of the excess length. The toe box is much larger than normal. They do have good support at the arch is why I kept them. I've owned this shoe for a few weeks now and the longer I wear them the more I wish I had returned them. Over time they seem to have gotten larger so I feel like I'm swimming in them. I will still purchase NB shoes but I will be very careful about the fit the next time.

Disappointed in the fit. I lean forward in the shoe with more cushion under the heel and not enough toward the ball/toe area. As a result, my toe is a bit compressed.

The D width was a little too wide for me and the shoe lacks support. Disappointing

Truly disappointed with these sneakers. They run small (in length) and have almost no support. They almost feel too wide. My feet hurt in these, just simply doing errands. I could never work out in them. The laces aren't great either. I've never had a pair of sneakers hurt my feet like this.
