These shoes are not only beautiful, they are incredibly comfortable!!! And how often can you say that about a pair of heels...? Every gal needs a black pair of pumps, and those are it! The heel is not too high, not to low. Plenty of cushion inside. Very well made out of extremely soft leather, both inside and out! Enough support all around. I'm an average size 7 and they fit just right. I can't say enough about this pair, except: BUY THEM, you won't regret!

Wonderfully comfortable with ample toe room. I have extremely sensitive feet and, like other reviewers, required no break-in period. Love the look and LOVE the fit! If they were cheaper I'd buy all three colors

These are BY FAR the most comfy heels, ever. The heel is thick enough to be stable but high enough to not be dowdy. I have them in two colors, debating the pink...

I love these shoes! I did have to order a half size up, for them to fit comfortably. The leather is so soft and I get compliments on them every time I wear them from both men and women. Easy to dress up or down and easy to walk in despite the high heel. I have them in the pink and am deliberating about getting the black too. Buy these shoes!

So comfortable and stylish! I work in sales and I'm on the road all day. Great for comfort but they look great in front of prospects :) just what I was looking for!

This is an attractive, well made and professional shoe; just not the right fit for my wide foot. Wish it came in a wide. Must return.

Very comfortable - right out of the box. As high as the heel is, I think these might work great even when I am running from a meeting straight to the airport. I'll let you know! The pink is a perfect neutral to go with my black and blue suits.

If I could choose to keep only a single pair of black heels (and I own many), hands down, I would choose these. So versatile, goes with everything and can easily be worn both at work and going out. They are also more comfortable than most of my other heels. Buy them. You won't regret it.

The elastic around the top of the foot really looks odd on these shoes. They’re comfortable, but it looked a little like I was wearing my mother’s too-big ballet shoes (with heels) - like when I was a kid. There are better options out there for pumps, so I returned them. Love Zappos’ return policy!

Super cute shoes! I went with my running shoe size 7 and they are great (I wear a 6.5 in most other shoes.). I needed to add some cushioning at the toe but otherwise all around great. No prob wearing right out of the box otherwise.

Way too narrow. These shoes are gorgeous and super comfy. Too bad they don't run as the width marked. My toes were curled over inside! I really wish these came in wide and extra wide. I'd buy them in all colors. The are a perfect simple heel.

Gorgeous shoe, great style, nice heel height. Didn't work for me though. The style of this shoe with super soft leather is incredibly supple and feels very nice when you pit it on but due to the elasticity around the toe, the front of the shoe tends to curl up which put extra pressure on my toes and top of my foot and made these shoes hurt pretty quickly. I also noticed a big gap along the inside arch of my feet so they weren't super flattering. Thanks to Zappos amazing shipping and returns i orders several pairs of blush and nude heels to try, ended up going with Cole Haan's Lacey wedge in nude patent, similar heel height and just a little more sleek styling.

The toe is rounder than expected. Hell is nice and sturdy. I am usually a true size and likely will need to go a half size larger.

Runs small. Ordered my usual size but was incredibly uncomfortable because my toes bumped up against the end of the shoe.
