The most cushiony shoes I think I've ever owned. My broken ankle doesn't have a problem in these (old injury) and most shoes are not protective enough or cushioned enough for it. I'm ordering more.

I purchased these for my 65 year old aunt. She has arch problems and wide feet and these were great for both.

This shoe looks cuter on the internet, I got this shoe as a gift I picked it out but I don't like it. Aside from looks the shoe runs very wide & hits the arch in an uncomfortable way. I will be exchanging.

SO disappointed! These shoes were awful and uncomfortable literally right out of the box. I wear a 71/2 , an 8 in gym shoes and got an 8/12 to be safe and still too small. I need a wide shoe due to a number of foot and ankle problems but though I got a D, it felt more like a medium width. The shoes rubbed in several spots which seemed to be a result of how the were constructed. On a positive note, they are cute (as gym shoes go )and the grey/aqua colors are nice.

These are very, very comfortable. They run about one half size smaller than usual.

Love my New Balance shoes. The gray and light blue are perfect together. The shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on.

My feet hurt, in this shoe. It is probably not due the shoe because I have problems with my feet. I intend on getting a larger pair.

Most running shoes advise sizing up a size. This shoe is no different. I saw it in a local store but they didn't have my size so I found it at Zappos. Love the gray and aqua colors!

Loved everything about this shoe but it was just to short. Will reorder in 1/2 size larger.

Ordered a 9W and these were a bit snug on the foot - not at all like the other NB I have tried. Had to go back, too uncomfortable.

I love this shoe. It fits my wide feet, it has cushiony support, and I can wear it with my orthotics without taking out the original inner sole. Buying another pair before they discontinue it!

Like the shoe just ran small. Reordering in a half size larger

The shoe is great, the cushion is great too. The shoes are comfortable but it would be a problem at the end of the day after wearing these shoes. Normally, feet tend to swell after a long day of walking.

I usually have a pair of New Balance in my closet. I really liked the look of these, not too bright or bulbous-looking, unlike my hot purple 1080s. Fit was very good and true to brand. But the tread angled up at the heel, more and farther in than usual. My gait felt off. Returned with regret. I hope this isn't the new standard for NB.

Loved the look and cushion but the shoe felt smaller than I expected.

The sole is more rounded in the arch area so it left me feeling as though I was rocking backwards. Also I have a wide foot and typically wear a size 8 1/2 but in running shoes I get a 9 1/2 to allow for swelling. These were way too long. I do have short toes so that may be part of it.

I wear a 6-1/2 W, but always give myself plenty of room in athletic shoes and get a 7W. This shoe runs very small on me and too narrow. I don't like the heel either, which tilts up. It's just too tight and uncomfortable.

The width is not wide enough. The length is true to size. I do not like the slope to the heel. I'm sure for some it is fine but I don't like the feel when walking.

These are a bit heavier than I wanted but tried them anyway, However, my heel keeps slipping out which is not safe for exercising, let alone walking.

Been wearing for a while and my heal keeps coming out, so not the best. Great support though...

these shoes are a full size smaller than any other New Balance shoe I've ever had. When I hold them next to other NB 9.5's I have and the WA85GY1 I just ordered,they are a full inch shorter. For many yrs I could always count on NB 9.5 M to fit right out of the box, but no more.

I ordered 8 Wide, but they are too short, and definitely not wide. Going to send back and try a 8 1/2 wide.

I Love them. They are stylish, comfy and very lightweight.
