Bought this for our new born. Covered in stickers and good luck trying to remove all the glue stuck to the tub once you have peeled the stickers off (we have tried everything!) Very disappointing and given the chance we wouldn't buy this again.

Received this as a gift, it was very useful at first. We used it daily, cleaned it, and let it dry AND it still go MOLD all over the back of the sling. It is horrible!! Also, the warning sticking is located on the inside of the tub, no instructions to tell us to remove it before use, so I'm assuming it's water resistant. One day I noticed all these tiny particles in the bath water with my son in it, then I realized the sticker were slow deteriorating!! Luckily my son did not swallow the bath water. I am furious with the product, so disappointed!!!!! What a waste of product. I want to to return it for a new bathtub, but I'll just be throwing it in the trash.

The mash smells really bad even after one use! Consider removing the whole thing and wash it and dry it, if yoh ready to do all this work then only buy this.

Went to wash the sling and I fight with it every time . Hurts my fingers well I tugged on it and snapped it now I can't use the bath tub for my son. Super annoying

I bought this for my newborn and he hates it. He did not enjoy using it in newborn mode as half of his body is not under water and is exposed and gets cold. We moved the sling to the next mode and it doesn't support him at all, I have no idea how ir would support any baby. So I can't use it alone, by husband has to hold him and I have to wash him. It's not great. I would not recommend.

As someone else mentioned, I also could not get the sling to unclip. I tried using a tool to press it out but cannot get it to budge. Definitely annoying because I cannot remove the sling to wash it. Will be buying a different tub.

It is super cute and looked like it would be a good fit, but I have to readjust my son every few minutes bc he's sunk down and is hunched over from the middle option. We tried the end option for the netting as well and that was worse. We will try again when he is bigger but for now, we are getting a new tub :(

I wanted to love it but the clips are IMPOSSIBLE to unclip to change the sling. Every time I tried to unclip it I had to use a handle of utensil to push the clip to push it up. Even then, I needed lots of effort to unclip it. Perhaps I've got a defected one.

Just can't get rid of the moldy smell! I hung it up to dry after each use and put in the wash 2-3 times a week - still smelled. Even tried soaking and washing with vinegar and baking soda. So disappointed. Wish I didn't put on my registry.

I washed this twice a week and hung it to dry after each use. I found black mold on it! This shouldn't happen for a product designed for newborns!

It's such a shame for this brand to have a bad product. We were looking forward for this tub. But after using it twice the mesh seat got a bad moldy odor. I've washed it so many times and the smell won't go away. The smell is so bad that my whole bathroom smelled like this moldy wt towel. I don't know what to do with it no more. The warning tag on the tub melts every time I use it so there's little pieces of paper floating on the water when my baby is taking a bath. So bad! wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. Bad experience with it for sure. I was looking forward on ordering the other bath products but now I'm afraid of using any.

The bath comes with 3 large stickers inside the tub. When I tried to remove the sticker residue, it will not come off after multiple tries. The sticker residue comes off as I am bathing my child in little pieces. I have tried everything and I am extremely disappointed that I am having to purchase another bath because of sticker residue. Also this bath collects mold very easily as others have stated.

The sling got all moldy. I don't think there is an option to buy a replacement either.

I bought the grey whale tub and the matching accessories for my son. I love this tub as it's comfortable for my baby, however I wring out the sling after every bath and hang it to dry and put it through the washing machine every second or third day and I can't get rid of the mildew smell. I came online to check for a replacement sling and they aren't offered. So disappointed.

I got this as a baby shower gift. There should never had been a sticker placed on it because it soaks away and leaves bits of paper in the water after time. I wash the net often but it got moldy and smells horrible. Now I can't use it and there's no replacement net to buy, what a waste! Hoping customer service will offer a replacement.

Stickers on the tub interior are impossible to remove. Why can't they use the same adhesive as they did for the exterior sticker and make it peel away? The three enormous warning stickers INSIDE the tub are impossible to fully scrape or soak away, and I don't want my baby accidentally soaking in flecks of sticker and adhesive.

Not a fan of this bathtub. Right away, I knew I was going to have trouble with the design. 1) the infant seating (stage 1) doesnt accommodate larger babies. My son was born quite long and his feet was sticking out of the bathtub. We couldn't find a comfortable position for him. . 2) The stage 2 seating just made him sit in an awkward position! The position of the net pushed his head forward which I'm sure isn't comfortable for the baby and there's not enough back support for the baby to sit to accommodate the head area. The product is just poorly designed for smaller babies. My (now) three month old has decent neck strength but still isn't fully ready to sit on his own.. he's too big for stage one but not strong enough to use the stage 2 position. I wouldn't recommend this tub.

I bought this tub last week for our newborn and there are three stickers on the insider of the tub that is impossible to take off. Even after spending over an hour using different methods to remove the stickers and adhesive, there is still a sticky glue residue. Not sure if I can even use the tub at this point. I should have purchased a different tub. Waste of time and money.

I bought this item before my baby was born in April. After he was born we used it once a week. We noticed that after few uses the blue sling started to smell like rotten water. We wash the sling as per directions and it still has a nasty smell. Now my son is 5 months and we bath him more often and the sling is still smelling. I am dissapointed in this.

I bought this about 5 weeks ago. At first I thought it was great, but you can't remove the sling to wash it and it's mildewed and moldy and disgusting. I've tried a million ways to get the sling off and cannot, although it is supposed to be able to transition as the baby grows. I would not recommend this product.
