I love the look of my Jacks, but for years, I was willing to "suffer" a bit for beauty. The heels of Jack Rogers (for me) are well...hard on my heel. After a bit of walking the Avenue, doing a bit of window shopping, my feet and legs ache. Let's be honest, I still wear them. BUT these BOAT Jacks are leather bottoms! Much like your Rainbow® Sandals!!! (which I have worn for years, but hate to wear with a cute Lilly dress, right?) So, these Jack Rogers are a perfect solution for wimps like me with tender heels and a passion for fashion! They fit great! However, you might with to try on your normal size and a half size down if you normally wear a smaller size leather flip flop. I preferred the 7 1/2 instead of the 8, as I do not like much overhang. (trip hazard). Needless to say, I want a pair in every color! Love, Love, Love!

I am absolutely thrilled with this sandal! I bought it to wear on a yachting trip which required "boat" sole shoes. Went island hopping in the US & British Virgin Islands on the Gallant Lady and these non-skid soles were perfect! And stylish? Yes! I bought the coral color in a size 9M & the fit is perfect. I own several Jack Rogers & Palm Beach sandals, but they have leather soles & would not be allowed to be worn on the yacht. I am thrilled that my favorite style of sandal has a softer sole. Need more color options, please. Oh, the information is incorrect about the upper/strap. It is not all leather. Rather, it is a cotton canvas material lined with leather. I took off a star because that was the only thing I didn't like and I was disappointed that the strap was not all leather like the original JRs. Otherwise, it's a great sandal!

Cute shoe but definitely not as good quality as their Hamptons/Palm Beach sandal.I did get them in the first place because it's a pain to break in the the other version of the sandal and these ones were a lot more comfortable at first. The top part is canvas and the metallic stitching was already rubbing off after a few weeks of wear. I have had the Hamptons classic in platinum for many many years and no metallic has came off and they still are holding up great. I would definitely recommend spending the little bit of extra money to go for the Hamptons/Palm Beach version. Even if they are hard to break in, in the end it's worth it to get a better quality shoe.

These are my new favorite summer sandals. I bought them because I needed a "dressier" flat for summer dresses. These fit the bill! I bought the white, they are super cute and surprisingly comfortable. I had tried the traditional leather Jack Roger flats before, but, they were so uncomfortable and unforgiving. After wearing these an hour, they felt perfect, the strap on mine was a little bent backwards from shipping, but, after wearing for a short time, they adjusted to my feet. And, according to other reviews, I'm relieved to know that if I find myself yachting the Virgin Islands I will have the right shoe to wear, phew! ;) Comfortable, cute and ready for yachting! Highly recommend!

These shoes are adorable! They can be dressed up or down. They run a little narrow which helps them stay on my daughter's feet. Because of the fit higher up on the foot, they don't make a lot of flopping noises when she walks. Great shoes!

I've never written a review but these are well worth being my first one. I have another pair of JR wedges that hurt my feet so I was hesitant to try another style. These are my new favorite sandals. Comfortable from Day One, maybe because the heel doesn't have a separate metal piece. I absolutely LOVE these and will order more styles with the flat, one-piece soles.

I love these Jack Rogers sandals. More comfortable than other styles and the color is amazing! These are perfect with so many Lilly outfits! Love them! Now to order more in other colors! Of course, Zappos delivered the next day!

This is one of those iconic styles you might see on "ladies who lunch", but there's a reason styles are iconic. This is a less expensive version of the all leather Jacks, so a good gateway shoe if you're not sure it will fit or look good on you. During a beach week I found myself slipping into these for the beach, trip to the store, dinner. Not for hiking, long dog walks, long days walking around the city. More dressy than my Keens (Capris! own several colors). Less arch support than Keens or Merrells. Overall, a nice find that already seems a good value. Can't speak about durability, but just right for summer fun. Gotta go, it's lunchtime!

This "boating" style is much more comfortable than regular sandal

I love JR & own several pair. They are normally snug across the toe box area but since they're leather, they stretch out in time. Since these boat shoes aren't leather, they won't stretch out. I normally wear an 8M but these were just too narrow. If JR ever makes this shoe in a wide width, I would try them again.

i ordered a 9.5 and received a 9. so disappointed...even tho there is no shipping charge it is a hassle taking to the post office. Pls do better attention to orders placed

Was hoping this shoe may be more comfortable than the traditional Jack Rogers but the sole is so stiff that i'm not sure it would stretch out. The straps on the traditional Jacks are usually snug until you break in, but these were actually a bit loose. Disappointing - I thought these would be a great more comfy alternative.

I thought these were a cute color, and I liked the idea of a flat, comfortable boat shoe. However, I found the size 8 way too tight across the banding. I wear a 7.5 normally. Since they are not leather, they won't stretch so I need to return them. But they are a cute shoe and the pink is pretty. More hot pink than it looks in the photo. I would order a full size up if you do not have super narrow feet.

I was expecting a more comfortable shoe due to the sole. It was not comfortable at all. The sole felt cheap. The top was nice and expected.

Pretty shoe but not worth the money. The upper is mostly canvas, not leather.
