This style is exactly what I wanted. Shoe appeared to be of excellent quality and workmanship - just a beautiful shoe! BUT - am returning these as the front patent strap was huge on me and stood away from my foot at least an inch 1/4 - didn't even touch my foot at all.

I wear a size 7.5 and these fit nicely, toes do not hang off the end. If you are size 7 they will be perfect with a little extra room. Although I have not worn them for an extended period of time, they are comfortable right out of the box. I buy Eccos often because of their comfort. I love this style too.

Very comfortable - I'm 67 years old and still work full time. I can wear these shoes ten hours a day with ease. A really nice looking "comfort" shoe.

Loved it, but had to return and reorder a size smaller.

I love the style, quality and fit. The ankle strap could be a bit longer. I'm wearing it in the last hole. The platform/wedge design offers cushioned comfort when walking. I like that the shoe is flat without my foot being on the ground. The black patent leather toe strap is pretty and allows it to be dressy or casual.

Comfort and support

Really cute sandal and very comfortable. Was hoping medium would work, but really need wide. Fingers crossed Ecco will make a wide sandal!

These sandals are cute and dressy. Unfortunately I'm returning them as the front toe strap, being patent leather, does not allow for expansion to accommodate a wider width. Otherwise fit is excellent and true to size. Best for narrow feet.

Really pretty shoes, but the (unadjustable) front strap was a tad too big for my feet. I love ECCO, though!

Very comfortable. Color is beautifully neutral (w/rose tint) and goes w/various outfits.

Gorgeous (sp?!) ankle strap too narrow~thought it would cut into my ankle if i wore them too long.

Great shoes - run wide in the front...

I ordered these shoes in the nude color. They were cute, but the sizing is way off. I'm normally a size 6 and ordered the equivalent. They were easily two sizes too big. I cannot comment on comfort because the sizing made it impossible to tell.

Have been looking for this basic style since another pair of black strappy sandals I had finally fell apart. Unfortunately, these are going back. Like a previous reviewer said, these sandals are similar to mules/slides in that there isn't an integration between the footbed and the straps to properly secure your foot. I didn't feel like I could walk with confidence in them; I'd have to make an effort to keep the shoes on my feet as I walked. Part of this is because of that narrow front strap. It looks clean and elegant, but itsn't wide enough to keep the front of the foot secure (I say this comparing the shoe to my previous black sandals that had a wider front strap). Another issue is I feel my foot my actually slip out from under the front slap like the pair of Tevas I have. I am a 9.5 and have a somewhat narrow foot. Sometimes I wear a 10, pending the show. The 10's fit fine length-wise, but were a little too floppy in the front. I even buckled the buckle on the first hole. Overall, these shoes look pretty but need a little tweaking in design or sizing (width) description. It seems like they were designed for someone to stand in and look nice in, but not to walk in.

The strap across the toes is a bit roomy compared to equivalent sized Ecco sandals that I own and love. The toe strap material is not leather and is not stretchy... after a day of moderate walking, I had blisters along my toes. I love the look of this shoe and the overall comfort along the footbed but returned it due to the toe strap material and design.
