This is why it's scary to be the first to review, cause there is a good reason no one is ordering these. I ordered the XL and the fit is more like a L. Not good, fabric makes an almost squeaky noise when walking, waist band sits low, and this/sheer fabric won't last long without getting holes. Why is it so hard to find a good pair of tights :?

I would suggest you to size up because I am usually a medium (size 6) and it's snug on me. Large could've fit me better. Overall great stretchy material and quality, and a good feeling to make a purchase that contributes to the planet.

I returned these and brought the jockey leggings these ran about 2 sizes to small they looked like tights when I put them on so I went with the jockey black leggings from Zappos they were so comfortable great to wear to work or just to wear on the weekend the jockey leggings were true to size and much more comfy

Medium was too small/snug. I’ll get a size larger for a looser fit.

Best value! I bought 3 different brands and these were the best price and quality. I usually wear a size 8 and the mediums were good for me.

I LOVE THESE LEGGINGS! I don't know what sort of day the first reviewer was having, but it's a shame that she posted that awful review as the very 1st one that people see. I hope it doesn't turn people off, as these are the very BEST leggings I've ever worn - and the price is even reasonable! The fabric is very soft and extremely comfortable; they're also are nice and long, although I wouldn't wash them in warm water or put them in the dryer - being cotton I would expect that sort of treatment to cause shrinking, although I'm not willing to risk ruining a pair just to test the theory... But when washed in cold water and hung to dry, the sizing remains as on point as the day I bought them and they fit wonderfully with no need for tugging - either up or down. I absolutely LOVE these leggings and will definitely be buying more!

I love these! I don't usually wear leggings so I ordered a few pairs. I really like the length (I'm only 5 feet tall and they are just a tiny bit longer than I'd like.) I love the weight, the smooth feel, nice amount of stretch, and that they are organic.

These are made of super soft cotton, but while they fit in the waist and hips, they're super tight around the legs -- all the way from the thighs to the ankles. If you're waffling between sizes, go a size up.

These were a wonderful material. Not see thru at all and really comfortable. The only thing wrong with these leggings was the low waist. Sat way below my bellybutton! Sadly, need to return.

It's probably best to size up. I'm 140 to 145 lbs with narrow hips and a mushy belly and the XL fit very comfortably, not loose at all. I'd normally get large leggings, sometimes mediums. I like that they sit lower because I can't stand having a waist band over my belly. So if you're awkwardly apple shaped like me, and if you ever roll or fold tights or leggings down at the waist because they're too high, these might work. I very much like that these are organic and fair trade.

Style was very cute, material was super soft and nice feeling, but all of the other reviewers were right when they said that they run SMALL. I am 5"6 and 130 lbs and the small was so tight, I literally couldn't get it up one leg and they run somewhat short as well. Do not recommend unless you go 1-2 sizes up.

They were a great quality legging I had to return them They ran about a size and 1/2 to 2 sizes to small do I returned them I went w the jockey legging from Zappos and those are fabulous true to size comfy as well as dressy I can wear to work

Nice pants have to return them they seem to run two sizes to small so I’m going to try a different brand

It makes me so sad to give these 2 stars! Positively, the material is super soft and feels really nice against the skin. I'm 5'9" with long legs and usually wear a large in Hue leggings. I bought a large in these and the fit is nice - not too tight around the waist and the bottom hits right to the top of my ankles. The problem is, these are so see through already. Standing upright is ok, but when I bend over you can definitely see right through. They feel a little more like tights, thickness-wise. Maybe possible to wear boyshort underwear (PACT has great ones!) along with them to block the view? I'm totally considering it. But once they wear even a little bit....I'm concerned they'll be way too thin, way too fast. :( PACT, can you sew in another panel? I could deal with a seam down the side of the leg (or straight down the front and back, that'd be cute) for more coverage and strength.

It was very tight I should have got a medium but in the calf it was tight as well. The fabric was also sheer enough I could not wear these as pants only under long shirts or a dress.

Fit and size were fine. I ordered my usual size and it worked for me. Look and feel as expected, no problems there. But these leggings developed a small hole on one leg BEFORE I even put them in the laundry. Organic cotton isn't environmentally-friendly at all if the material is so thin or poorly constructed that you end up having to replace it in a few months. It's so wasteful. I didn't return because I had worn them a few times but I don't think I'll buy Pact clothing again. I've seen other reviews that mention holes as well, and honestly it's just not worth it.
