The ankles straps are just too bulky for my small frame. They look so huge in a size 36.

I've been stalking these beautiful shoes since they were released, trying to justify the expense. Finally had good reason to order them (a tirp to Europe with lots of walking) and pulled the trigger. SO SO disappointed: they fit nothing at all like any of the other Naot shoes I own, and are an epic fail for my feet. For once, they were long enough in my US size (Naot often run shorter), but they were so narrow that I could barely get my foot into them, and once I did the edge of the footbed cut into my arch. I have LOT of Naots from different collections (in different widths), and this is the first one I've ever tried on that was actively uncomfortable. Back they go.

The Naot Verbena size 38 shoes may have worked for me. They arrived in an obviously opened box and the left shoe upper leather was creased and obviously stretched along toe line. The condition of the shoes- supposedly new- and at almost $200.00 was extremely disappointing. NOT going to reorder from Zappos.

You will never regret this purchase. I am 7.5 shoe with slim, medium foot, between narrow and medium. These are perfect size 38. Love Naot, have a several different styles, very well made and durable. Just loving these verbinas, might even buy another colour....

These NAOT brand shoes are very comfortable and true to size. This is my 2nd pair and there really is no breaking in period.

LOVE!! I have HORRIBLE feet (Charcot-marie-tooth) and lots of surgery. Finding shoes that are comfortable is difficult! These do the trick! I have weak ankles, but these prevent my ankles from buckling. I have painful bottoms of feet, but the arch support is excellent on these! The to ankle buckle is padded and quite comfy! I’m normally a 37, but the 36 fit much better both in length and width! My only “issue” is the white bottoms don’t feel participation “sturdy “. If I was walking on wet sidewalk, I think they’d be slippery!! But the comfort is worth it!!

Love the look ! Around the toe and ankle felt rough when I first walked in them but that soon improved. No problem now . Appreciate the slight increase in height without the ‘pitch’ of a higher heel. Foot support is very good .

The fit is perfect for my size 8M feet. I have a high instep and arch, but the leather is so soft and the arch support more than adequate, that I wore them today while running errands in 90 degree heat. No blisters, no sore spots, even though I walked and stood on cement floors.

These shoes are very cute and comfortable. I love the fact that I can put my own orthotics in them, so the fit is perfect. The only issue I have with them, and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that after several hours of wearing them, the strap becomes a little uncomfortable. But the thing I love about the strap is that it is cushioned, so the discomfort is minor compared with other sandals I have had with this style.

This sandal has a nicely padded strap around the ankle so it doesn’t rub on the ankle bones. Comfortable fit across the toes on my size 7 feet. There is a removable footbed and the sole of the shoe under the footbed actually has space between where your foot rest and the bottom of the shoe. It’s hard to describe but I think this reduces the impact your feet must absorb as you walk. This is my second pair of this style of footbed and it works well with my high arches.

Love them! But in Naot shoes this was the first time I had to return for a smaller size. I wear an in between size. I can wear a Naot in size 7M (I'm a 7.5) for a perfect fit. I had to return this pair for their size 6.

I wear a 6.5 and purchased the size 38. They fit great (tiny bit of extra space by the toes, which is so much better than not having that cushion and hanging off the edge). Very comfortable, even when walking and standing a lot. I get compliments about how cute these shoes all the time -- from people I know to strangers. Considering purchasing in another color.

This is my first pair of Naot shoes but it will not be my last. I absolutely love these shoes. Well worth the price.

I have 3 pairs now and love wearing them for work. Wish that were less expensive.

Love naots!!! I got the black with grey straps and they are awesome! I wear size 10 so I got the 41’s and they are totally cool and so stylish. So much support! I’ll be wearing them out I’m a shoe nut so when I find a pair I love I really wear them.

Do yourself and your feet a favor and buy Naot shoes! I cannot say this enough! I have finicky feet AND I'm an active teacher (one that actually stands/walks all day). So, I am the problem child when it comes to buying shoes and still having style, but let me tell you- Naot is doing it and I could not be more happy!! These shoes are SO cute! I got like 5 compliments the first day I wore them to work and everyone raved about them. They're very versatile, well made, and the best part is you feel like you're wearing house shoes because of the soft sole and cork inserts. I usually have to put in my own shoe inserts for extra metatarsal support, but not with these puppies! They work wonderfully just by themselves. I have had them now for about 5 months and they have held up beautifully. Noat shoes are for sure not cheap, but they are worth every penny for the style + comfort that you get with each pair. This was my first Naot purchase, but definitely will not be my last!! The ONLY con to this pair of Naots is that they do squeak a little when you walk in them (I think it is due to that ultra comfy removable cork insert). If you need to be super quiet at your job or occasions for wearing these shoes, then keep that in mind. If you're like me and you don't care, then don't hesitate and go for it!! You won't regret it!

I adore these shoes & now have them in 3 color combos. They look fantastic with skinny jeans & shorts & are so cushioned & comfy I've walked & walked around downtown Chicago all day (3-4 miles) with ease. They're sandals but fit more like shoes, smooth & soft rather than strappy. Like a summer glove for your feet. My favorite Naots yet--happy surprise! Get lots of compliments too!

I love these sandals! I need flat(ish) and comfortable sandals as I spend a lot of time on my feet - and want to look stylish too. These are perfect! I have narrow feet, and loved the fit. The leather front is soft and snug. I'm very happy!

I wanted to love these but the strap is just way too bulky and felt awkward. The sizing was perfect—narrow is narrow and the length was just right (which is weird because I ordered a different Naot and the same length was too short and the narrow too wide). Have to return.

Love so much about this show, very fashion forward yet comfortable with great arch support and cushioned sole. The velcro closure is super easy and affords a great range of adjustment. The slight platform and wedge give a little height but are still very comfortable to walk or bike in. I usually wear a size 9, sometimes 8.5; I had to size down to the 39 in this shoe as the 40 was way too long. The price is high, but so far is worth it for such a beautiful and functional sandal.

These were comfy and padded right out of the box. Giving 4 stars because they were so darn pricy!

A foot hug. I've been pining over this shoe and finally ordered it. To my high arched foot, this shoe offers amazing support. The only slight neg is the ankle strap has at least 1/4' padding and although very comfortable looks a bit puffy and the weight of the shoe leather may create some extra warmth in the summertime. In Naot, I'm consistently finding the 40 to be my size with my US sizing being 8.5M and 8.5W in heels Being constantly on the hung for stylish, up-scale, versatile comfort shoes, Verbena is a strong contender.

These would fit anyone with a normal foot and be comfortable. Unfortunately, mine is not a normal foot. Nonetheless, they are really cute and I wish that I could wear them.

Own 2 pairs of these, splurged on third pair to ensure I will always have them in my closet. But these are much wider than previous pairs and my foot slides all the way forward. Will be returning these. Hoping it’s a fluke and maybe try another pair.
