So I ordered this jacket off of the Internet. It got here pretty fast. But when I opened it I realize it was going to be to big for my son. So I called customer service and they said I could return it to the store. Well when I got to the store they advised me they didn't carry those jackets at the stores. I was bummed as this was a Christmas present. But the workers at the store were the nicest people I've met in a long time that worked customer service. He took care of us and now the right size jacket will be on its way soon. He was very helpful.

Once he opens his Christmas present....because it's exactly what he asked for...

Love this raincoat, it is perfect for all seasons. I have one & recently just bought this for my husband because he liked mine so much.

I first bought this jacket when I was stationed at Ft Lewis in Washington. It was perfect for the weather, cold rainy days. Now a few years later and I'm back in California, I recently ordered another. I absolutely love how light and durable this jacket is. It's very stylish also. It protect from the wind and rain. It's also light enough to keep on when indoors. This is definitely my favorite jacket.

This jacket is really warm! It keeps you dry and prevents you from getting cold and wet when it's raining! I would recommend this jacket to anyone that is interested in buying a rain jacket. The price is definitley worth it!

The resolve man jacket is so brilliantly design. I love the fact that the hoodie can be exposed or zipped up and put away when there's no need for it. The color goes great with the design of the jacket and jacket fits perfectly. I would recommend this jacket to anybody during this time of year or in the spring time.

The Resolve Jacket is my favorite and I wear it around all the the time. It is one of the best jackets I have owned. It is very practical and it looks great.

I was getting ready for my hike to machu pichu and I looked everywhere for a rain jacket, finally i opted to buy the north face water proof jacket and it was a great decision, it is super light and breathable, highly recommended

Just purchased this jacket and it does a great job for me. I like to layer my clothes and this jacket works great for keeping the cold wind and rain out. It is very stylish and I have had several great comments. North face has created a great jacket at a good price.

Have only gotten to wear this a couple times but it's a great rain jacket. Keeps you plenty dry and also is a great wind breaker.

This is probably one of the nicest jackets I've owned in a very long time. As for the sizing of the jacket... I'm 5'8" and 165lbs and the jacket fits very well. Not too lengthy, has adjustable drawcords, and a pack able hood. What I'm most satisfied with is the eggplant color way. Its exactly what I wanted!

The North Face MEN'S RESOLVE JACKET is the best quality rain jacket in its category, as I previously purchased a Patogonia torrent shell jack ($120) but found it a little big and bland in color / style scheme. This item was returned to REI for said reasons. After that, I found a great buy at City Sports the Endavour rain jacket ($60) which seemed great quality and color / style scheme but after a day of use the front pockets broke. This item was returned to City Sports. I then proceeded with the North Face jacket and has thus gone thru several heavy rains in comfort, dry, and peace of mind the rain coat will not break.

It's great quality and very warm. I've been looking for a jacket like this forever and now I'm finally glad I found one!!

My son loves it! Its thin so dont plan on it working on a chilly day. Its exactly for what it says RAIN.

I purchased this jacket my my youngest son. He attends UCF and I just want him to stay dry when it's pouring and he's running to and from classes. This came just in time. The day after I got it, bam down poor rain in downtown Seattle. Stayed perfectly dry! Love the comfort and fit :)

Wore it for the first time the other day. I stayed dry, wears great and as always very happy with North Face's strong zippers and stitching. I just love it and it is the best rain jacket that I've ever owned. Another welcomed addition to to my NF collection.
