I always wear a 9 but these shoes felt too big. First shoe I’ve ever gotten in this brand that felt too big. Other than that the comfort was amazing! Will definitely get a smaller size when in stock.

Wow. All I can say. These are fantastic! I’m an Orangetheory addict, and these were amazing for the treadmill. Zappos suggested my actual shoe size; I was skeptical as I normally run in a size larger. These are perfect at my “normal” size! I’ll be ordering many more.

This is my 2nd pair of ON...and I love them! They are very comfortable and fit well. The only complaint I have is that rocks get stuck in the tread at times, but it doesn't keep me from wearing them. I wear a size 9 in all shoes but tennis shoes, so I ordered a 10 in these and they fit perfect.

These are now my daughter’s favorite running shoes. She runs cross country and has to have new shoes often because of the number of miles she puts in. Right out of the box the Cloudflow are perfect for running. These are definitely her go to shoes.

I dearly love this shoe! I have a couple of pairs in different colors that fit me perfectly. However, this particular black and white pair that I ordered is big. It seems like the shoe may have been sized incorrectly and it's a 9 1/2 or 10 because there's more room at the end of the shoe than there is on my other size nines in the same style. I am sending this pair back.

I bought this shoes as a new running shoe and so far it has been great! I did change the laces out as I need stronger laces. Overall this is a great runnimgbor walking shoe, lots of comfort and support.

My new favorite running shoes! I’ve been a minimalist shoe enthusiast for years, but after I moved to an area with less trail access, I started having some forefoot soreness with longer runs on pavement. These shoes gave me some forefoot cushion with minimal loss of flexibility, and the “pods” are adaptable enough that I don’t miss a more immediate ground feel. I do tend to run slightly faster in these. The insoles announce that they are the “shortcut to a runner’s high,” and I have to agree!

After reading reviews on this shoe, I really though my normal 9.5 size would feel a bit too large, but I ordered it anyway. It was infact a half size too small! Sent it back and ordered a 10 and am EXTREMELY happy. Tis is by far the most comfortable shoe I have EVER owned. I ordered the black with contrasting white tonge for a "spats" type liooik and LOVE it. Only wish it had the bungie lace option!

The On Cloudflow fits to size in length and width. I am a Women’s 8M. The arch support is positioned a little further back than what I am used to, but this feature helps propel my gait to my toes instead of my heels. I run several times a week and was looking for a shoe that was comfortable right out of the box. I was REALLY hopeful, but alas, they need more wear before they feel like “my shoes.” I just finished my third jog in the On Cloudflow’s and I have a little calf/shin soreness. I am hoping this fades as I break them in. I’ve worn far less expensive shoes and felt better about them. Maybe I’m holding these shoes to a higher expectation of greatness due to their popularity and price tag.

I really wanted to like this shoe - like the look - toe box is generous - it was lacking arch support and my heel fet like it was slipping out - had to return

Very comfortable. Well constructed. The only gripe I have about the design is that the treads are spaced in such a way that pieces of gravel easily and frequently get stuck on the bottom my my shoe. Annoying. But otherwise, a terrific shoe.

I'm not sure what to think about these shoes. I wanted a solid walking shoe because I do treadmill workouts on the peloton app. More like power walks on the treadmill. I can get about a mile in before I have severe shin splints and my toes are numb. I had to switch to my old shoes after only a months use because I can't bare it anymore. I wear them to do errands now which is such a waste of money for casual shoes.

I first bought a pair of On Cloud X. I definitely like them better over the On cloud flow. Color and style were fine but I just like the way the On cloud X fit over these.

I’m writing this review based on the 11 women’s On Cloudflows. I’m a woman who typically wears 11 women’s sneakers. The reviews about sizing being all over the place are 100% true. These were about 1/2 size too small. Generally 11 women’s and 9.5 men’s are equivalent, so I went to a men’s 10, which was gigantic. I dropped down to a men’s 9.5 and it was still slightly larger than what I would typical experience, but it worked. I think they have manufacturing quality issues where sizing is different based on the color you get, but also women’s sizing run anywhere from .5-1 size smaller, while the men’s run .5-1 size larger than what you’d typically expect. I’m on the top end of women’s 11, hence the frustration. If you are on the small side of a size, you may be ok. So take this into consideration when purchasing, honestly just buy 2 sizes if you are unsure and return one - you’ll save time and the extra trip to UPS. As for the rest of the review, I moved from Brooks when they discontinued their Pureflows. I need a low differential sneaker and that has gone out of favor, there aren’t many sneakers out there with less than 8mm drop. These fit the bill. There is minimal arch support - the perfect amount where the shoe isn’t completely flimsy, but low arches don’t get rubbed against a plastic frame. There have been other reviews about the tongue digging in, and I can see why those reviews exist, the tongue doesn’t curl up and is completely flat and thin. It may bother you, especially if you use the super lo-pro socks. Hasn’t been an issue for me. The laces are complete garbage. Replace them immediately. They are super thin, which isn’t great for dispersing pressure when you lace up, but more frustrating is they loosen up, even when you lace lock them. You’ll also need brand new laces as the holes are very tight, so old beat up laces won’t go through them. Seriously though, replace the laces. I have narrow, long feet, they fit well, that probably means it’s going to be slightly narrow for normal feet. The toe box is definitely not as roomy as other sneakers either (Brooks for example). These are minor concerns and not hugely divergent from what you’d expect for a normal width. If you are the wider side of normal or need a big toe box, you might want to look elsewhere. With all that said, I run about 15-20 miles a week, and these are working well. I haven’t been able to review how well the material holds up, as some reviewers complained the upper break down very fast. When I get a few more runs in, I’ll update this review.

The Right shoe fit ok but the left shoe hurt my instep. Also, not as cushiony as they look, but nice looking shoe, I especially liked the color, purple/lavender.

The Cloudflow is a really light weight show that provides my foot with some structure and a flat base for training. They run a little larger than the 9.5 I ordered but with socks they fit very well. The heel looks a little high but is still negative enough to prevent shin splints ( for me ) and they have little arch support which is important for me as I have really high arches and prefer a little to none. The toe box is wide enough to feel comfortable with socks on and the colors are bright and vibrant. My only issue is the really long shoe strings t hat I have to tie twice. I get that some people like to lace their shoes to make designs but I don't, so it would be nice if there was an option to choose from maybe two different sizes laces. I gave up running a while back but I wouldn't have used this shoe for running, only for gym training. I think they'll be perfect for it !

I had this same model last year in size 7.5. This year I had to go down a full size to a 6.5! I tried a 7 and that was still too big. They must have changed the design or something. Hope this saves someone from having to order 3 pairs before getting the right size.
