I felt like this she was just a little too small so the strike of my heel to toe felt restricted. The arch wasn’t that good. However, that could be because she wasn’t the right size for me. I normally wear a 7 1/2 and I ordered a 7 in the sneakers but should’ve ordered a 7 1/2.

I rated excellent arch support, but really it's overboard to the point it hurts. I so wanted to keep these shoes as they are so good looking!! Sad. They are not comfortable. The mid arch area is too stiff and I have super high arches but this is overboard. As for looks, if only we could keep shoes for their looks these would win my top top prize.

Not as supportive as I thought they would be. Will not by On products again. Nice looking shoe, but need to work on quality.

The shoe was true to size. The color was exactly what I wanted. The tongue of the shoe is uncomfortable, rubbing on the front of my leg. Sorry...have to go back.

Clousflow looks very similar to other On running shoes so style is nice. The problem I have is the tounge on the shoes is so long it hits lower part of leg , so every time I step it pushes in. Super annoying

Size was good, but unfortunately, the shoe gaps at my ankles when I walk, causing instability. I have small ankles, so perhaps this won't be a problem for some. Really appreciate the ease and professionalism of Zappos.

Unfortunately their size 5 is more like a 5.5 or 6.

These shoes are definitely a 1/2 size bigger than ON other shoe styles

Clunkier than I expected based on other On Cloud models I've seen. I ordered two different On Cloud models and they felt a full size different. I was not crazy about the color or style of these. When wearing them around the house, they felt comfortable but I was not convinced they'd last me through 6 or 9 months of 12-15 miles per week on the treadmill. Sent them back.

The On Cloudflow runs about a half size too big.

These shoes are just average, in every category. On the style front they are slightly below average because they slightly resemble bowling shoes, especially from the wearer’s perspective. I’m sticking with Nike Air Max.

At first they felt great but I couldn’t get a snug enough fit with the stretchy laces. Seemed not supportive in that way. Very comfortable to walk around in but to run that was a different story. Gave them 3 runs before returning them. Two treadmill runs of 8 and 9 miles and each time around mile 5 the ball of my foot killed me then made my big toe suffer. Felt like when I fractured my metatarsal but all over both balls of my feet. Decided to take out on my 11 miler today on the road and same thing at mile 5. I actually tried to call for a sag ride home. Ended up walk running the rest of the way and at mile 10 I removed them and walked barefoot. I wanted so badly to love them. All my fellow runners and triathletes told me they were their new favorite shoe so I strayed from my hoka Clifton. Bad move I will be faithful to the Clifton from here on out! They are really a slick looking shoe tho!

This shoe isn’t giving me the support I need in my foot . The other ones I’ve purchased seemed better for me .

I ordered a pair of these 2 years ago and they were amazing. Not sure what happened, but the quality has gone downhill with the new pair I ordered. Looks the same, but doesn’t feel like the same shoe. Most notably, the soles were not soft and comfy like the old ones (which felt amazing out of the box). Also the shoes felt heavier and stiffer compared to the old ones. Difference laces. Sending back and off to find a different brand to try.

These shoes are so narrow I could barely get my foot in them. I have a slightly wide foot but normally wear medium width shoes.

I am between a 6 and 6.5 ordered the 6.5 and it was too big. The footbed is too firm with zero "cloud" feeling. Love the color but that was all.

I actually returned these shoes twice. This model was no where near as comfortable as the other on Cloud shoes I own.

This brand runs narrow, but some of the wide versions fit (and are almost too wide), but this pair of "wide" fit even smaller than a regular/medium width shoe. It also has a weird bump on the lateral edge near the arch which was also uncomfortable. These look cute, but were a terrible fit and should be considered narrow rather than wide.

I bought the shoe because it said it was wide. It is so narrow -please iCloud make a shoe for wide feet!

This shoe is a joke. They charge so much and deliver very little. The fabric feels like cheap plastic. There is zero cushion and arch support. Color combination boring. Returned it.

I love ON running shoes. And this was the second time i rebought this shoe to give it a try again. But they redesigned the cloudflow shoe and its horrible. The tongue has so weird padding, around the ankle the lowered the support and its a heavier shoe. I was truly disappointed in this shoe because I own like 3 pairs of ON shoes. The first pair I bought I actually looked at the box because i thought i ordered the wrong shoe. I returned it. And tried a brooks shoe that was a brick. So i decided to retry the ON cloudflow again. And nope double nope. Super disappointed in this redesigned shoe. Even my running store manager told their ON rep he was disappointed in the new design and it was a no for him.

I need to return them. They were too narrow.

was disappointed to receive my ON running shoes in a Dolce Vita box and the shoes were a bit dirty on the bottom, like they had been worn before I was not happy as I did not order an open box item or a discounted shoe. This was going to be returned no matter how it fit
