I bought these shoes to see if they were comfortable enough for a second 500 mile trek. I wanted something lightweight and wide in the toebox with a narrow heel. That's exactly what I got!! I wore them to work to see if I could stand on them all day. Let's just say I just received my second pair! I'm going to keep one for work and one for my trip. They run about a half size big FYI. I love mine.

Wow!! These hiking shoes are amazing!! I bought them before my trip to the Azores as I knew we would be doing a lot of hiking. They did not disappoint! They are exceptionally comfortable, are 100% waterproof (I walked through streams in them), and have fantastic tread (we walked along wet, slippery mud trails up and down mountains and I never once lost grip). To top it off, they look superb. So glad I got these!

At first glance, these shoes look like a great 1990's hightop throwback, but they are so much more. Being made by an athletic shoe company, rather than a hiking company, I was a bit hesitant, but wanted to try them. They are wonderful! They are super lightweight, like Adidas athletic/running shoes, and very durable. Upon receiving them, I took them out for a 3 mile break-in hike. They have a great stiff sole for easy balancing on smaller rocks and inclines, but enough flexibility around the ankle to make hills easy. I am very happy with these shoes and would highly recommend them.

I was looking for either a lightweight hiking shoe or a more serious trail runner for a 3 day trek on Vancouver Island, so I bought 12 different styles of Gore-Tex trail runners and light hikers to evaluate. I currently have Adidas outdoor adizeros that I use for pretty much everything outdoors here in Florida. For trail runners or light hikers, I found these shoes to be way too heavy. They are also much less flexible than I would like from a trail shoe or light hiker - the limited mobility alters my gait too much. This is a shoe for someone looking for more help with stability (though that comes with a price - you aren't helping to build the muscles in your foot and leg that would help make you stronger and more stable in the long run. instead, you depend on your shoe and start to lose ankle mobility). The build quality is good, but this is not a light shoe for what it is. For a true lightweight adidas outdoor shoe, stick with the Terrex Fast or Terrex Agravic.

I love, love, love these shoes. I bought my 1st one last year for the Winter Season and also for our Iceland 11 day tour. We hiked/walked everyday on different terrains almost all day everyday and I did not have any problems with my feet and legs at all. Perfect shoes for hiking for sure. They waterproof which is perfect for Iceland and the winter season in New England. I just bought my 2nd pair and it is a little tight right now, but I know it will be just right when we go to Norway this May. I highly recommend these shoes.

These are just what I needed a hiking boot for more traction that fits like a sneaker. I ordered the 7 1/2and 8 based on reviews that it ran big. I’m an 8 in most shoes and the 8 fit perfectly. They were so comfortable out of the box and through a 45 minute hike.

I could not be happier. I bought these for myself and my daughter for a trip to Iceland where it has been cold and rainy and these have been AWEOME!kelt is comfortable and dry during long hikes in cold, wet weather!

I LOVE THIS HIKING SHOE! I tried on so many pairs before my trip to Zion National Park. I finally decided on these, 4 days before the trip. These shoes were amazing. I didn't get any blisters (didn't need to break them in). I stepped in water above the top of the shoe, and my socks didn't get wet until the 3rd time. They gripped on all surfaces: sandy rocks, wet rock, dirt, gravel, etc. They feel like I'm wearing sneakers. They're lightweight. I can't say enough about them. I have somewhat narrow feet, and a pretty high arch, and these were just superb. I hiked over 70 miles in them so far, and they still look brand new.

This is a cute, light-weight hiking boot but it runs a half size too large. I wear an 8.5/39 in regular womens shoes and I would need an 8 in these.

I take an 8 1/2 in most boots shoes sneakers... Not these. toe hit the top, shoe felt all around snug, and more of a beefed up sneaker than a "hiking" boot. I did like the look though.

I will have to return these. Was trying to replace another pair of the Gortex trail shoes that I purchased over a yr ago and couldn't find them. These shoes do not for like a med, wide width shoe. They seem like they're made cheaper than the old pair I have.
