This is the first time we bought a Crocband croc. Compared to the original these are a waste of money. The crocband keeps coming apart from the shoe during normal wear. The band is kept in place with a peg. If you lose the peg, you need to buy a new pair. The peg does not seem to be available nor does the pair come with replacement pegs. So after two months of use, we need new shoes.

These were too big, where I got another CROC the same size (kids size 3) and the other pair were too small!! inconsistent sizing.

This model is beautiful for my little son but unfortunately it is not his size and I do not know how to make the change :(

Children sizes can be deceiving. C5 for kids is not the same as a size 5 for a 10 year old. C5 is an infant size. Customer service sucks and not responsive. Find an actual store and you may have better luck!

I ordered a size 5 for children and receivef a five in toddler. Had to return.

These shoes were way too wide for my son. I would have returned them had he not put them on and traipsed around outside with them on before I got home from work.

Bought one size up for child to replace old crocbands. Old ones made in Vietnam fit fine, new ones are two or three times WIDER and made in Mexico. There are other reviews stating the same about Mexico vs Vietnam fit. SOMEONE CHECK IN ON QC PLEASE. This is now the second Mexico pair I have to return - I wish I had seen the other reviews first. Sadly no more crocs for us - tired of returns.

band is very tight in the back - you almost have to move up a size, but then that would be too big. returned it.

Piece of garbage

These are not listed as wide in their description, but they are very wide for my son. Have to return them. We have been classic croc people for 5+years (between two boys), and my son wanted the stripe on them, but it is sadly a no go. Will order classic croc to replace this one.

Both of my boys ended up with blisters on the inside of their feet where the inside straps connects . All 3 of my kids hate wearing their crocs.

I bought crocs for my 3 grandkids. 2 pair had to be exchanged for larger size . Following their instructions, I returned 2 pair for refund. Then had to re-purchase the 2 pair that were too small. The price had gone up and I was charged almost as much for 2 pair as I originally paid for 3. I let them know what had happened and was told they would get back to me within 48 hours. Now 2 weeks and still waiting.

They arrived damaged.

This clog says "roomy" on the tag not "relaxed" fit as described on the website. I first was on hold for 10 minutes to hear automated message over and over to go online to speak with an agent. So I hung up and was number 60 in que (after 30 minutes I moved up a few spots). I gave up and decided to do an email submission. I do not feel I should have to pay to ship these back. They are WAY too wide for my 8 yr old's feet. Never heard from anyone and it's been 3 days. Booooo....not a fan.
